The same ones who criticize this (and an excellent choice it is) are same ones who didn’t care when Mr. Power sharing SML Trent Lott saw to it his pizza delivery boy son stepped into a six figure job on the Hill. Barron is an unusually great young man. The GOP needs him. Sons of, daughters of are all over DC and state politics with in many cases little to offer but the last name. Yay!!!

While I'm surprised to hear this I have no problem with it. He's old enough and reportedly quite intelligent enough to make the choice, certainly with the blessing of his wonderful mother. Even if she would prefer that he not get involved, she knows the young man she has raised and that it's his time to explore his possibilities. He's not involved in international charity scams and shakedowns, fake art careers, the movie business (with no qualifications), a drug & hooked lifestyle, etc. He's not running the campaign. If he wants to get his feet wet at the convention, good for him. He's learned plenty about politics and I I look forward to his debut.

There was an article just posted a day or two ago that stated Barron has an interest in politics. Having him attend a convention as a delegate seems to be a good introduction into that area.

This is a common courtesy frequently extended in the past so that family members are "on the floor" to call out the state delegation's vote that will put the candidate over the top at the convention. It helps to have a photogenic young person in the media pictures. Praise for this young man for having the confidence to do the job.

FOX News anchor Maria Bartiromo held nothing back as she confronted Congressman Russell Fry (R-SC) during an interview, expressing her frustration—and that of the public—at the inaction of the GOP lawmakers and lack of accountability amid the ongoing witch hunts against former President Donald Trump. As Trump faces these politically motivated witch hunts—with nearly 100 felony counts across four jurisdictions—Bartiromo voiced the exasperation of a public weary of what they see as political theater without substantial outcomes. The counts against Trump carry a potential for roughly 700 years of combined incarceration.

Wildwood, N.J.— After a long week in court, Donald Trump is heading to the Jersey Shore. And he’s being greeted by thousands of his friends. Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, expects to draw what his team is calling a “mega crowd” to a Saturday evening rally in the southern New Jersey resort town of Wildwood. It was being held 150 miles (241 kilometers) south of the New York City courthouse where he has been forced to spend most weekdays sitting silently through his felony hush money trial. The beachfront gathering was designed to serve as a show of force at a critical moment for Trump, a presidential candidate known for drawing

“Don’t jump,” President Joe Biden shouted this week for at least the 20th time as president, raising concerns on the campaign trail about his mental acuity. Biden, 81, whom special counsel Robert Hur described as “an elderly man with a poor memory,” often uses the phrase “Don’t jump” to joke or taunt his critics.Biden typically directs his wisecrack at individuals who are standing near a ledge or on a balcony, though no video evidence shows anyone seeking to “jump” from their perch. He once told a person standing just a few feet in front of him not to jump. Another time, Biden told a seated individual

Opponents waging lawfare against former President Donald Trump are failing to prevent him from completing the greatest political comeback in history, establishment media reports recently acknowledged. The numerous indictments against Trump were meant to politically sabotage his reelection campaign, many Republicans believe, buoyed by reports of multiple meetings between the Biden administration and Trump prosecutors. That strategy appears not to be working from Georgia to Florida to Washington, DC. Trump remains the political favorite to win reelection in November, swing state polling shows.

The Republican National Committee (RNC), in conjunction with the Arizona Republican Party, has announced an appeal against a portion of a federal court decision related to Arizona’s election laws. The appeal, filed on May 8, challenges the court’s ruling that prevents the state from requiring documentary proof of citizenship for presidential elections or mail-in voting. The legal action intends to reinforce measures against the participation of non-citizens in Arizona’s elections, a move that the committees believe will uphold the integrity of the electoral process. In February, Judge Susan Bolton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona ruled in favor of maintaining two critical laws,

With less than six months to go until Election Day, Americans have ample reason to be concerned that a wave of non-citizens casting ballots could undermine the integrity of our elections. Urgent federal action is needed to address this threat before it is too late. Many in the corporate media and the political establishment have assured Americans that they need not worry because non-citizens voting, or even registering to vote in federal elections is already illegal – and indeed, this is the case. But this prohibition has been effectively neutralized by caveats and special carve-outs in dozens of states’ laws which create ample opportunity to violate federal election law.
