More anti-terrorism Marines have been sent to Haiti to beef up security at the American embassy 24 hours after the prime minister announced his resignation.
The elite F.A.S.T team was dispatched as gang violence continued to cause bedlam on the streets and after gang leader Jimmy 'Barbecue' Cherizier called for a 'bloody revolution'.
The prime minister Ariel Henry stepped down amid the chaos that has pushed the Caribbean nation to the brink of civil war. A Republican congressman has helped rescue Americans stranded during the violence and slammed the Biden administration for a 'pattern of abandonment' of U.S. citizens.

With Biden’s recent past record of flooding the USA with Third World origin illegal aliens by the millions, you would not be out of line in forecasting, “here come the Haitians”, gang members and all, in unlimited numbers, under the Biden umbrella of being “refugees” to be resettled in Florida and to be transformed into future leftist and socialist Democrat supporters and voters.

Haiti has been a violent sewer essentially non-stop since the "successful" slave revolt in 1791. For over 225 years this half of the island has been a roiling sewer if violence, corruption and death.
Just keep it isolated and don't let any of them leave to infect other places with their hellish behavior.

And leaving little people in peril. Thank you Rep. Cory Mills, R-Fl for what you did. '...helped rescue a group of Americans from Haiti, marking the third rescue of US citizens during a foreign crisis under the Biden administration. ...'

I'm more than a bit put off by the author's use of "anti-terrorism" as a modifier for "Marines."

They should consult with Hillary on how to properly protect an American embassy.

Does the USMC have a new specialty? Never heard of “…anti-terrorism Marines “ before.
How many were sent?
Are they armed? What are their rules of engagement?
Are they allowed to have live ammunition? Bet that Barbecue does.

Did Spring Break move to Haiti? Maybe Baby Doc Devalier wasn't such a bad "president " of Haiti after all. He knew how to keep the natives in line.

Just go in and get our people and then get out! We have enough on our plate right here in this country. Definitely do not bring Haitians here. We do not need or want them. Biden is a fool for getting us in the middle of what is a civil war. Had enough of this old doddering reprobate?

Oh great, Biden is going to create some new Gold Star Families. The only question is what stupid move is he going to make this time to get people killed. Give every Haitian a new house and three meals a day and they will settle down.

Wonder if the Clintons are involved somehow...they took most of the money allocated for relief during the hurricane fiasco...and gave the gold mine operation to crooked Hillary's brother...thus starting the mess WE see today....

Why is there even an embassy in Haiti. The country is the sewer of the caribbean. We should get Americans out and not spend another dime on that he** hole. But then again it will become another money laundering scam for democrats to steal taxpayer money. The amount of taxpayer money being stolen by democrats is appalling. Wake up..

A setup for Benghazi II. I don't doubt the Marines were given orders to not fire for any reason.

Watch as Biden and his leftist Democrat crew use the US base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, that is located right across the Windward Passage from Haiti, and is very easy for unlimited numbers of Haitians, including cannibals and violent gang members to reach on small boats, as a staging ground to process unlimited numbers of Haitians as “refugees” and then to transport them to Florida where they will released. Remember Biden and the socialist Democrats consider those Haitians to be future Democrat supporters and voters after being legalized in the USA. So to the Democrats the more Haitians they can get into the USA the better off it will be for the Democrat political agenda in future years.

I thought that I read a few days ago that the embassy had been completely evacuated.
Well, I hope the Marines have plenty of ammo. ..... And their bosses have figured out good, secure supply logistics. .... And maybe some good 'anti-voodoo charms' wouldn't hurt.

Re: #22 - I understand the acronym but also understand that regular Marines have a lengthy and distinguished history of conducting military operations in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) regions, long before "terrorism" and "anti-terrorism" became a political term. That includes numerous 19th century deployments in 1853, 1854, 1856, 1860, 1865, 1867, 1873, 1885,1891, 1894, 1895, 1898, and 1899. Perhaps the most famous Marine, Lewis Burwell "Chesty" Puller, began his storied career as a Marine, fighting guerrillas in Haiti and Nicaragua during the so-called Banana Wars, roughly from 1900 - 1934. My point is that our rank-and-file Marines have always been our country's anti-terrorism force on speed dial.
