The Nevada Secretary of State’s Office launched an investigation after some residents were told that their votes had been counted in the recent primary election despite the fact that they had not voted. (snip) Registered Republican Daphne Lee told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that she and her family were all listed as having voted by mail even though they hadn’t. She added that she was told she was no longer registered to vote after attempting to opt out of getting mail ballots. And you can be 100% certain that they "voted" a straight Demonrat ticket. Massive fraud, in ALL the big Dem run cities. My bet is that 100% of those cities are completely crooked elections and have been for decades. That's why the Dems have them so locked up.

This is the true ballot fraud. Mail out ballots even if they are not requested, so they are now in the system. Once in the system, anyone can fill it out, sign it, and return it. Anyone.

If the Captain of a police precinct orders a patrolman to plant evidence to frame a suspect, does that patrolman have a legal duty to disobey that order? At the same time, Border Patrol Agents are ordered to process illegal immigrants illegally. Do they have a right to refuse? Doesn’t it seem that the Border Patrol Union has a valid court case with the issue being that they are pressured to act outside current federal immigration laws? Governor Abbott began the rebellion by citing the U. S. Constitution in legally refusing to allow unfettered illegal immigration in the state of Texas in defiance of Biden and the federal government. Will anyone else follow his example?

I don’t see how eliminating certain steps in uploading voter registration can result in counting votes that were not cast. This is probably the reason Republicans demanded holding a caucus which required same day voting, voter registration card, personal identification and signature in order to vote with a paper ballot. Yes, I am sorry for posting twice. The above comment was meant for a different article.

The majority of voting in California has been mail-in since 2012. The push to have counties adopt the practice began in the 1990's. In the 2020 election mail-in ballots were 87%, for Governor's Brillcream's sham '21 recall it was 91%, and in '22 it was 88%. Our polling places are generally quiet on election day. For our upcoming primary a funny thing happened in my local county. Despite our dysfunctional state's "Jungle Primary", both the Democrats and Republicans still have the counties send out Democrat and Republican Primary Ballots to their voters who have stated a party preference. My far-left leaning county sent every voter a Republican Party ballot! There, across the top header in bold print, "Republican Party Primary Ballot"! It must have sent shock waves of disgust and caused multiple cases of uncontrolled spasms! LOL! Press releases and local radio announcements filled the airwaves that this terrible mistake would be corrected immediately!!! TK and I are registered as No Party Preference. When we received our replacement ballot...there was absolutely no difference in our choices of candidates. Its a Jungle Primary! Every candidate is on the ballot! I really don't know why the political parties even pretend here in California anymore. It is Kabuki Theater raised to the height of absurdity. We still get to vote for the candidates of our choice. Donald Trump for President and Steve Garvey for U.S. Senate. Make America Great Again - Make California Golden Again

A series of social media posts Wednesday claimed that Google’s artificial intelligence “Gemini” is a racist piece of trash. (snip) In one example, a user asked for images of the pope, and was allegedly sent images of an Asian woman and a black man in papal garb, despite the fact a woman cannot be the pope and there has never been a black pope, as far as the Catholic Church will tell us. In another, users asked for images of the American Founding Fathers, Vikings, and again, the pope. And, you guessed it, not a single one of them was white.

An education advocacy group hit Portland Public Schools (PPS) with a federal civil rights complaint Thursday over a policy that requires factoring students’ race and gender identity into disciplinary decisions. Parents Defending Education (PDE) alleges in its federal civil rights complaint that PPS is violating civil rights law and the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment through its new “Student Support and Discipline” policy, which requires educators to respond to “disruptive student behavior” by developing a behavior support plan that considers characteristics like race. The policy also requires the school district to assign educators based on race and gender identity.

One of the tricks of knowing when a leftist judge is pulling a fast one is if the decision is really, really long.
