In a scathing rebuke of a New York Judge’s decision to fine Donald Trump a staggering $355 million, the entrepreneur and media personality Kevin O’Leary minced no words, denouncing the ruling as “unjust,” “appalling” and ultimately “un-American.”[Snip]“That fact that he was found guilty, you might as well find guilty every real estate developer on Earth,” O’Leary said in an exclusive interview with The Post.[Snip]“I don’t understand where someone got hurt…What developer doesn’t ask for the highest price valued for any building they built?” O’Leary said.[Snip]He later added, “If this judgment sticks. Every developer must be jailed. They must be found guilty. They must be put out of business.

Both the judge and the DA, along with anyone they admit was directing them, need to be Nifonged. With their choice of hanging, impalement, breaking on the wheel or burning at the stake. Publicly. If the bureaucrats don't fear the people, they will just keep doing this.

This " judgement " put the hate that dems, rinos, deep state, swamp, globalists and the MSM have for Americans and America as founded, into focus. They believe it's their right to rule and that we're all disposable. Their treatment of Trump is meant to be a lesson to all of us.

America! America! . . .God mend thine ev'ry flaw. . .confirm thy soul. . .in self-control. . .thy liberty in law." We must be thankful poor Katherine Lee Bates, author of the lyrics to America the Beautiful did not live to see such shameful perversion of the American soul as this.

A fitting end to Engoron's travesty would be not getting a dime from Trump and losing billions of dollars in business and tax revenue for New York. We'll see how long he keeps that big stupid smile on his face.

It would take a bus load of calculators to figure out how many people denounce the ruling as “unjust,” “appalling” and ultimately “un-American." Arthur Engoron must be a swimming in pay-off money by now. Untraceable bills, for sure. And he needs a haircut!

The appeals process will take time and money.
The Dem plan is working perfectly.
Nov is only months away.
Hey Republicans, how are all those investigations coming?

Sounds like the US could use a new deck of cards, so to speak, harking back to the Gulf War and Mr Bush’ deck of 52 Iraqi most wanted. It would include all of the communist apparatchiks engaged in this lawfare, including both the wicked witches, that is the one in the north and the one in the south. It doesn't necessarily have to mean arrest, either, just a visit during the night or unexpectedly, say, on vacation or out in public.

Where is Trump going to find a bank not located in New York to come up with the nearly one billion so he can appeal the decision (while interest accumulates every single day)?

Real estate valuations are opinions. Unless they are so far out of line with reality, they can't be wrong or false. Also, the banks testified that they did not accept the valuations at 100% in making the loans because of the uncertainty of market conditions for commercial real estate. Essentially, what something is worth today might not be what it is worth in 10 years. We are seeing this now, with many empty office buildings losing most of their value post-pandemic. A statement of someone's financial condition is just a snapshot at a moment in time. And really, was there any doubt that Trump's financial condition was strong enough to justify the loans?

#11, he doesn't have to pay the judgment while he appeals. He can get an appeal bond where a surety company guarantees the payment if he loses. True, interest will accumulate, but as along as he has the money, he is presumably receiving interest or appreciation on his assets.

By saying “Every real estate developer must be jailed if this judgement sticks,” and asking, “What developer doesn’t ask for the highest price value for any building they build,” Kevin should have us thinking about what could be coming down the road.
The omnipotent Attorney General of New York, Leticia James has developed the playbook for threatening and/or prosecuting any real estate developer who is influential and in political opposition. Please, Superior Courts, put an end to this before it gets more out of hand?

I recall some statement from my past...that some men get hurt when you attack their money source...and that's what may have guided Obama/biden to direct the DOJ to go after President Trump's assets...thinking they could bring him to his knees...how foolish...when anyone attacks President Trump...he goes after them harder....and it only makes for more President Trump fans.....for 2024....
