President Biden's administration and liberal supporters in Washington are bracing for a possible Donald Trump victory in November by installing "roadblocks" to limit the latter's ability to fire thousands of government workers, according to a new report. The Associated Press reported that a cabal of left-leaning experts, legal advisers and others are confident Biden will be re-elected but are urging him to prepare for the worst: another Trump presidency beginning in 2025.
"My impression is the Biden administration is taking very seriously that potential threat and is trying to do things now," Michael Linden, former executive associate director of the White House Office of Management and Budget

So maybe they’ll cede this election, knowing they can gum up the works thru lawsuits etc — much as they’re doing now.
Y’all get the impression they’re scared of him?

There's nothing they can do he can't undo with the stroke of a pen. Only Congress and USSC have the power to block the PotUS.

Hope Trump is prepared for this if/when he wins. Washington will throw everything at him. Just like last time. They know how to block him.

This is so Obamaesque. Making employees civil service to keep them from being fired.
We desperately need the House and the Senate.

Day 1, "I am honored to be re-elected as your president and I accept your mandate to tear down the deep state that has overtaken your Federal Government. Towards that end, I am calling for a Convention of the States to reform and rewrite the Constitution. There can be no restrictions on what this Convention creates but it is the only practical way to destroy this monster that is the Federal Government and, hopefully, replace it with a limited government as the Founders intended."

They needn’t waste their time. Anything not enacted by Congress is fair game. They won’t stop him.

Don’t fire - reassign. Lots of higher ups in government need a ‘promotion’ to vital positions far away from the decision making process.

No roadblock can stop a Reduction in Force (RIF). Upon swearing in...every executive employee with a SS number ending in an odd digit is laid off. Meets the Civil Service requirements. I say this as a one time ServiIe Civit (spelling, too much medicine). If Twitter continued with 75% reduction in staff. the federal government can stand a 50% reduction easily.

Seem to recall a recording played on Hannity's show shortly after Trump was sworn in, and she was bragging about how they hide things in files and folders to make it hard for the Trump administration to know what the Obama administration had done, or was doing.
So, I can believe they are following similar actions.
What do they all need to hide and are so afraid of President Trump that they've gone to such lengths over the past 7 years?

It’s very evident that Biden and the leftist and socialist Democrats attempt to blame Trump for in essence what they are doing for partisan political purposes. I was reading a report today that the Biden crew is firing immigration judges who do not grant what they believe are enough asylum claims filed by illegal aliens.

Several factoids:
During President Trump's first term, he no longer allowed the EPA to just go after whatever they wanted, hated. Many EPA creeps just attacked businesses because they could. After President Trump reeled in these creeps, many retired and/or just left the leviathan.
Also, I remember during Pelousy's first Speakership, she attempted to pass rules inside of legislation that "no future Congress could edit, alter, or delete." The next Congress just smiled and reversed it.
Also, there is some longstanding rules that legislation passed recently is more easily removed. It was one of the few things Paul Ryan got right.

Trump has a big advantage that he didn't have at the beginning of his first term: an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of the 'deep state.' He also now has no illusions about there being some sense of honor, integrity, and fair play that motivates them. With the potential help of a GOP Congress, he can eviscerate the shadow government that threatens our republic.

Firing the Entire Federal Government sounds reasonable. Then dispense with unnecessary Agencies, then repopulate, fresh.
Then investigate the old guard for treason.

Lots of 'disengaged' voters out there. I plan to see if I can help in my Congressional District. Many lifer Pols are retiring because they see the change a comin. #9 is right!
And start transferring these Partisans out! East Palestine (Ohio) could be a great place for the EPA!

What a glorious day...President Trump just insured his win in 2024....this man was told to give up his 50 years in the building of New York by the ny AG...and the judge just rubber stamped her findings...which are all bogus...they figured ...incorrectly...that hurting his wealth would make him cry uncle and he would drop out...they are such fools....I'm sure the Friday night cocktail parties were filled with "high" participants thinking they had hurt President Trump....but what they did was bring more voters to his side....

cut out the '' perks'' favours, and goodies that can institutionalise avarice in gov't svc.
...the govt funded travel, limos and planes, buying swiss ski chalets...the revolving doors of employment,
lobbying, ect, the bad personnel hiring and control of hiring, practises.
cut out the brazenly open politicking/voting, fund raising, recruiting members of their own political parties,
families, clubs, to to be hired, promoted, to ''pack'' the offices, boards, agencies with their own allies or to serve
corrupt or intimidating ends.
afaik, the english and canadians don't follow simple anti-corruption items, but the americans should;
and, i believe, do have laws in place that may be going unenforced.
a revival of rudy's broken windows doctrine would not go amiss, it would seem.
