Potentially damning text messages detailing when Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis’ affair with Nathan Wade began won’t be considered by a judge when he rules on whether the top prosecutor should be thrown off the Trump election fraud case — in a blow to former president’s case.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee said Friday text messages between Wade’s former divorce attorney Terrence Bradley and another defense lawyer couldn’t be admitted as evidence because Bradley spilled information that was covered under attorney-client privilege.

As a proud and devote member of the completely bias Democrat Fulton County community, judge McAfee had no choice other than to protect Fannys' fanny.

“ because Bradley spilled information that was covered under attorney-client privilege.”
Gee, every trial in which I was involved where this happened, it was deemed a waiver of the privilege.

I knew the way he let her take control over his courtroom that he would rule in her favor! Another judge in the tank for Dems using the courts to persecute Trump! No fair hearing or trial will ever be had when Dems are involved.

IF Bradley is spilling priviledged info then he should be disbarred, and after the spillage it seems it is no longer priviledged, it is out and fair game!

Given the Nature of the Criminal scum in the State House in Georgia along with the equally criminal scum in the Secy of State office, this Political Hack Judge, McAfee, could very well sink the entire nation with a treasonous ruling in favor of Willis.

Make a commercial with the texts and show them on TV. No corrupt judge or court needed. Just the airwaves. Make them public. Show their lies. What are they gonna do to Trump? Take him to a corrupt court again? Charge him w another 81 counts on some made up charge?

The uniparty will make sure Fani goes nowhere. Everything about this case has already been fixed. Our justice system everywhere is an absolute cesspool of crooked deals and crooked people.
And Fani was wearing her dress backward. No dress has a zipper in the front. lol

It appears that at the end of the day yesterday willis and wade turned on Bradley, pulled out the long knives and attacked him.
Using information that was "Privileged", between the "Partners".
Fanny and Willis's Lawyers overseeing Bradly are claiming 100% of everything ever said or seen is sacrosanct and cannot be discussed because he was Willis's divorce lawyer(even though there was no contract, no money paid, no hours billed, and it seems Willis just used Bradleys letterhead and filed all of his own motions). Willis was also Bradleys Lawyer in a construction case, thus SHOULD have had the same level of "Privileges and Responsibilities" towards anything HE ever heard or saw pertaining to Bradley's affairs..They pulled out that Information late yesterday in court and ambushed him with a sexual assault claim that had been kept quietly "In House".
Piercing the "Privilege envelope" by either side Pops that balloon.
They also managed to blunder into getting Bradley to say...'Yes, I always thought we were friends..Is he saying I'm Not?"
Thus making information said/heard/seen between friends is NOT covered by the narrow privilege that exists between Lawyer Client.
Perhaps worse for both Willis and Wade is that both have stated in testimony serious tax and finance violations, Wills confessed to taking campaign funds in cash, stashing them at her home and using them for personal spending, not keeping any records for large amounts of monies.
Willis stated in court he NEVER uses cash, or checks, or even a personal credit card, keeps ZERO receipts or ledgers. EVERYTHING is paid by a "Business Card", and he just hands over the stack of statements to an accountant every year who decides...with no input, questions, or reveiw...what is business/personal and files the taxes. He admits to using those business cards to pay for EVERYTHING he and Fanni ever did, then also claiming that she "Paid him back" in CASH, which he never reported or recorded, that SHE never reported or recorded. He and Bradley also divulged that Wade borrowed Bradleys Business card to book at least one of their trips together, while willis claims he NEVER uses checks, Bradley testified that Willis paid him back for things charged to Bradleys card with checks.
Wade testified that while he "Books lots of Cabins" he NEVER stayed at a cabin with Willis...Willis on the other hand testified that they DID book and stay at a cabin, on his 49th Birthday, he paid for it and she handed him "Cash" to cover "Her Share".
Even curious-er..Bradley never applied for the "Taint attorney" or the "Clearance attorney" jobs with the State/County, Fanni Willis never advertised them as being open, took no applications, never even met with Bradley...instead Wade simply showed up one day and asked Bradley is he wanted them...BEFORE Bradley was even hired. The first time Bradley even met Willis was when they signed the contracts, and it was extremely brief, shake hands, sign here, buhbye.
Wade also accompanied Willis on trips to meet with her 1st 3 choices for the "Special Prosecutor" job Wade eventually assumed, all of those she tried to recruit turned her down. Wade was NOT working for the county/state in any way at that time.Of the 3,000 lawyers in Atlanta, 30,000 lawyers in Georgia, all of the Lawyers/prosecutors already in her employ, she ended up granting lucrative and sensitive contracts to ALL THREE attorneys in her lover Wades practice. The financial arrangement in that practice was each client/case/contract was divvied up 1/3,1/3,1/3...so the first couple of nobid/no search/off the cuff contracts she handed without even an interview or phone convo to Bradley, also paid Wade.
While the judge excluded the "Evidence" confirming the lies and perjury by Willis and Wade...he HAS seen it, cannot unsee it, and KNOWS they both perjured themselves, co-mingled funds, used county/state offices and monies for personal purposes."Enriching" themselves not only financially...but socially and politically. He also knows that the Decision to even open this case against Trump etal..was a personal Decision under "Prosecutorial Discretion", and it certainly appears it was at least partially made, not based upon evidence but upon personal greed and ambition. They were all "Untruthful" in HIS COURT.
While the trips to Aruba, Bahamas, Napa and Belize have been covered to a certain extent, there was also a "Porsche Experience" brought up by Fanni Willis in part of her testimony, she mentioned it as taking place as the "1st time she had Wade visit her condo"..."The Porsche Experience" is a high dollar day of driving training, race course usage, in several models of Porches, and a fancy dinner. Depending upon "Level" signed up for it costs several $thousand per person. Costs as much as a Cruise ship vacation. Wade paid for it with his business card, Fanni claims to have handed him stacks of cash to cover "Her Share"

#1,#2~ Assumptions are one thing, reality another. Before rendering judgment on this young judge, a review of his background may suggest caution as to whether or not he is “a proud and devout member of the completely bias Democrat Fulton County community” or “is the judge on the take, or do they have pictures of him?”
Judge McAfee was a judicial intern for Georgia Supreme Court justice Keith R. Blackwell; he graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude; in law school he was the vice president of the school’s Federalist Society chapter, treasurer of Law Republicans and inducted into The Order of Barristers. (Wikipedia)
He is around 34-35 years old and joined the office of the district attorney in Fulton County, Georgia in April 2015 and assigned to preside over the State of Georgia v. Donald J. Trump et al case by Governor Kemp in August 2023. He is married and has two children. (Wikipedia)
On February 10, 2021, Attorney General Fani Willis launched a criminal investigation into President Trump’s inquiries about the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia alleging President Trump was trying to influence Georgia election officials to “override Joe Biden’s win in that state and thus undo Biden’s victory” by his telephone calls to Governor Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. (Wikipedia)
In all walks of life it is not uncommon to find one’s self among people who are less than what they were perceived to be, people who do not have the same ideology or morality than originally sensed, so a personal decision may become necessary whether to continue a friendship or career amidst such circumstances. Judge McAfee may very well be receptive to the current political views of both Governor Kemp and Secretary Raffensperger or he may not be and find himself in a catch-22 situation that if his judicial decision is contrary to the views of Governor Kemp and Secretary Raffensperger, it might present consequences for his career and family.

Atlanta is not the first huge American city to demonstrate its flagrant corruption to the rest of the nation, in fact it has become the norm. In fact these cities, when reaching a certain 'tipping point' in population density, tend to dominate entire states. We see this not only in NYC, Chicago, and California, but in Washington (state), Oregon, California, and even Arizona and Colorado, for example.
The corruption/density connection was identified in the nation's early history by Thomas Jefferson, who played a large part in drafting a constitution that would limit and distribute government power. It is attributed to him that he once said (paraphrased) that when people were piled on top of each other as they are in Europe, this country will become as corrupt as they are. High population density leads to corruption...Jefferson's law.

When a crime has been committed, it is a fact.
The veneer of "attorney-client privilege" is superficial only, and cannot change that fact, but may very well obstruct justice being served on the criminal.

It's interesting that Wade's own attorney leaked in order that it can't be used against them. Usually. once it's in the public domain, it's fair game, besides, their divorce is settled. There should be no reason it be held back. This Judge must be involved. Let us count the ways how the State of Georgia has become the State of Soros.
