Lake Shasta reservoirs ‘well above’
historical average after ‘experts’

Why did the so-called climate change experts predict a continued drought in California, instead of predicting the record snow and rain the state actually received? Precipitation that has caused the reservoirs to be well above the historical average? See the article below, shared by Yahoo News: California’s Lake Shasta rising from severe-drought levels in stunning before and after images Lake Shasta, the largest reservoir in California, is on an unexpected—though welcomed—rise in water levels. Heavy storms in the state have saturated the area, with nearly 37 inches of rain falling in the Shasta Dam

The idiots report that the water behind the "damn" high. Is no one able to spell these days? Gee, their "global warming' predictions aren't even remotely on target. California seeing near record water levels. A lake in Death Valley, which has been dry for 10,000 years - now has water. That's one heck of a man made drought....NOT.

My understanding is that historical averages are pretty much meaningless in CA. 4-5 years of drought are followed by a very wet year. Precipitation is rarely 'average' for a whole year.

I have not heard much about that volcano Hunga Tonga that erupted in January 2022 and put enough water vapor in the atmosphere that some scientists said it would impact the weather for possibly five years. Where is all that water coming from? What is causing atmospheric "rivers"? Interesting that we have El Nino after those underwater volcanic eruptions, isn't it?

On February 16, 2024, a judge in New York State imposed fines totaling just over $360 million on former president Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, and several related Trump companies and trusts in the civil case brought by the New York attorney general. President Trump’s sons Donald Trump, Jr. and Eric Trump were fined just over $4 million each. Greenies’ delusions of intelligence and enlightenment have some very serious real-world consequences, and the environmental fallout of a California dam removal project is a prime example. Here’s the story, shared by Katy Grimes at the California Globe today: Klamath Dam Removal: ‘It’s an Environmental Disaster’ The removal of dams along the Klamath River in Siskiyou County, Northern California was sold as necessary to save salmon – specifically, ‘to restore habitat for endangered fish.’ As Grimes reports, the official plans to demolish the dams were submitted in 2018, but ran into a series of roadblocks over the years; fast-forward to the beginning of last month.

For almost a century, there has been one constant in American politics: Jews vote for Democrats. There are multiple reasons for this fact but, regardless of the reason, the one thing Democrats could rely on was the Jewish vote. However, the Biden administration’s increasingly open hostility to Israel may be changing that pattern. One poll out of New York shows something remarkable: More than 50% of New York’s Jews plan to vote for Donald Trump! When Eastern European Jews came to America, they were escaping tsarist oppression. For them, the opposite of tsarism was Marxism. This binary viewpoint wasn’t unique to them. In pre-WWII England

The recent judgement for fraud against Donald Trump in a New York City Court, in a dollar amount higher than the GNP of some countries despite no one being defrauded, has revealed something many Americans didn’t know: New York State is driving out its most productive, tax-producing citizens and businesses. What happens to a state that, for leftist political reasons, purposely destroys its tax base? What happens to that self-defunding state when its federal Democrat/socialist/communist (D/s/c/) allies open the borders and send tens, even hundreds, of thousands of illegal immigrants to take advantage of the state’s self-imposed sanctuary? New York is finding out, and isn’t much liking it.

Last week, a court in Hong Kong ordered that Evergrande, China’s massive property developer, must be liquidated. Real estate accounts for about one-quarter of China’s GDP, and Evergrande isn’t the only troubled part of the Chinese real estate sector. While I’d always like to see China constrained, not only is a collapsing China dangerous, but the real estate collapse also reminds us of what’s happening domestically. Business Insider reported on Evergrande’s liquidation, which has long been expected and which will be carried out in an orderly fashion. The assets are valued at $245 billion (which I suspect is inflated), while the company’s debts are $300 billion.
