Hunter Biden was indicted Thursday on felony and misdemeanor charges — nine counts in total — stemming from alleged tax crimes the first son committed between 2016 and 2019.
The three felonies leveled against President Biden’s 53-year-old son include one count tax evasion for his 2018 personal taxes and two counts of filing a false return for his 2018 personal taxes and on a corporate income tax return for his company Owasco, PC.
He has also been hit with six misdemeanor counts of failure to pay and failure to file charges for the 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 tax years.

In the unlikely event that Hunter Biden is convicted, his conspirator the “big guy” will grant Hunter a Presidential pardon, that is a very safe bet.

Always remember even losing re-election Joey has till 1/20/25 to pardon his family.
You can bet the ranch that "Dr" Jill will have the pardons ready to sign.

Joe Biden will pardon Hunter and the Biden family, and Joe Biden, before he leaves office.

Knowing that, I would hope sentencing focuses on very hefty financial punishment. I also hope it is a Pandoras' Box of investigations into all levels of the high and mighty in DC. We got a thundering herd of new IRS agents. Let them descend on Washington.

If a jury does find him guilty--unlikely, the judge might as well forget a jail punishment and fine him the upper limit of the max fine penalty. Bidens like money so the more they lose the better I like it.

Most likely reason for this indictment, at this time, is to give him an out from his subpoena from the House.

Regardless of what happens, this is not good for Joe's 2024 campaign.
Playboy son spends millions on himself and does not pay his "fair share" of taxes.
Even the Dem sheeple hate that.

This is all a ruse so Hunter won’t have to appear before Congress. He has to be “convicted of something before Barack can order “Joe” to pardon Hunter…trust me, it will never, ever get that far.

The Family will pay the back taxes and Hunter will walk because there are two standards in the Biden justice Dept. He will never serve a day.

A very large and ostentatious show that elides important things:
1) By making it all about taxes the focus will be strictly on payment/nonpayment, not on source of funds, activities that 'earned' the funds, foreign associations etc.
2) By making it about taxes the focus is on the individual, not his slimy corrupt family including his slimy corrupt father.
3) Penalties will involve repayment, fines etc. not jail time. Hunter will get more money from daddy as he did all along.
4) Al Capone and all that. There are much bigger crimes here.

This was all planned. Look for his trial to be after the 2024 election so China Joe can pardon him because he's suffering in place of his dad!
They felt they could handle this easier than his testimony in front of the House. Now his lawyer will claim he can't testify or he will just take the 5th to every question.

This script writes itself. The President's chief rival for the nomination, is the governor of the state that filed felony charge against the President's son.

My pipe dream - Hunter goes for a plea deal in exchange for spilling all of the beans on his father, uncles, aunts, etc. As I said, pipe dream.

It'll never happen. It's all cooked into the books. Remember, we're talking about democrats here. They steal, they cheat and they're totally corrupt. It's in their DNA. After all those years of corruption how anybody trust that Weiss guy. Got it.

I suspect that the reason the Justice Department is finally proceeding with Hunter indictments now is so the convictions will be made before Biden’s term as President ends. That way Joe Biden can grant Hunter a Presidential pardon. Joe can’t do that after he leaves office.

I see only two chances of Hunter ever doing ANY jail time...Slim and none.
BTW...look for our football, rugby, champion, and college professor to pull an "LBJ"
at the Dem convention in Chicago....In other words "I will not seek the dem nomination...if nominated I will not serve."
I am pardoning my drug addict son Hunter for any crimes he may have committed now or in the future.
