A federal district court ruled Friday that a national sorority organization did not violate its own bylaws by allowing a biological man to live in a sorority house and dismissed the complaint from sorority sisters, according to court documents.
Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKG) sorority sisters sued the national organization in March for admitting a biological male into the University of Wyoming chapter, alleging that the national organization violated its bylaws and that 6 foot 2 biological male Artemis Langford, who identifies as trans, watched women in the house get undressed.

This is absolutely rediculous! The rights of everyone are being crushed for a few who really just want to make a statement by inserting themselves in situations or are just posing in order to infiltrate. So all these women who don't want males, trans or otherwise oggling them have no right to privacy. This country's laws and people's rights are being so perverted it is shameful

The sorority’s national association should change the bylaws to limit membership by chromosomes: females have two X chromosomes while males have one X and one Y. Only XX-identified persons admitted.
Of course legally that’s possibly a tort, bringing exposure to suit from gender-dysphoric applicants, turning upon the word sorority coming from the Latin word "soror" meaning sister, and their self determination of being women, hence eligible as “sisters;” but the court’s not wrong.
An over1litigious society with more grievances than sense; a culture degraded by a surplus of everything.
A big correction feels like it’s coming. Hope so, and it doesn’t cost us too dearly.

Bilbo Clitton is ALL excited. It's better than his old ploy to stand around under stairs and look up their dresses. He's too agitated to sleep. He'd better calm down before another gray cell hits the bug light.

Afraid this court is correct. In this case the voluntary part and the private organization part are lines in the sand as far as courts are concerned. It's up to the ladies if they want to be part of this disease or not. Get out, form your own sorority. Show how strong you really can be.

Ok ladies, real ladies, get out. Cut off funding for the sororities and let them wither away. It’s time for us women to reclaim our birthright and quit waiting on corrupt courts. Get out.

...???... I'm guessing that some of these sorority girls have boyfriends...??...WHY haven't a few Wyoming cowboys taken this clown out behind the barn ....and had a few words with him / it....??.... I'm guessing the "problem" would be resolved without all the legal time and expense...??

The girls can take care of this themselves.
There are many things they can do to make it very uncomfortable for this pervert.
Laughing and ridicule at him and his failed manhood

Where's the rocket science here?
Pack your stuff and leave the organization. Let the mentally ill guy be a sister of one all by HIMself.
If y'all actually like each other, form up a study group and spend time together, without the mentally ill guy.

Pretty safe play by the judge. And no point in appealing this, ladies - at least one of the Supreme Court Justices can't define what a 'woman' is, herself. How insane has society become when a simple membership charter must include such legalese as that submitted by #3?

My advice is to say goodbye to that Sorority. Form a new sisterhood support group and put in your bylaws that you will accept no members who are not biological females. Also refuse to recognize nor partner with "Sororities" who push men fanticizing they are women as members. If you've been betrayed by you national organization and the courts, walk away and take your money and support elsewhere.

What a great idea for a new sitcom! Sorority House Bosom Buddy Bunny Boys!
And aren't KKGs usually tall blondes? Artemis doesn't sound blonde...
And, based on the current female swimsuits, why would college girls be bothered by being watched while undressing?

Several years from now the sorority life won't matter. The friendships will matter.
Quit the sorority en masse.
Find other housing. Cherish your friendships.
OR all join a better sorority.
Let the guy live in the sorority house by himself.

A pledge has to be accepted first. If he is denied and sues, then every girl who has ever been backballed can sue too.

Women must step up or accept this depravity. Disband the sorority, quit the team, refuse to share the locker room. Don't expect Big Sister government to bail you out. Big Sister is your enemy
