"threat to democracy" is a dog whistle of the left. Phrase quickly became tired and trite, but the left still hurls it because they have no argument otherwise. The sound of Amanpour's voice is one of the most annoying in television. She alone is a good reason to not contribute to your local PBS station.

Was it Mr. Symbolism over Substance who suggested the interview be done in Greece? I imagine the ever pretentious B.O. clasped his hands, and was very sincere in his concern for "our democracy," he hesitates, looks thoughtful, as he stuttered, just a little, before he makes his profound statement. I'm sure he offers some instances as "proof" and that his insightful, observations are worthy of his superior intellect. He no longer worries, he's still the smartest man he knows, and because of this interview, in Athens, the birthplace of Democracy, the world is reminded of the glorious days of his reign. They yearn for his return to save us all. Just about everything really bad started with him. The stupid, cheating, drug taking, faker who was raised as a Communist and "taught" Alinsky. The guy who subverted Democracy by fixing every race he ever ran. He's underhanded and dirty traitor who participated (gleefully I am sure) in the greatest crime ever committed in the United States since its founding.

The core of the accusation against former President Donald Trump is the allegation that he retained and mishandled classified information and national defense secrets. Here is a list of eight past examples of high-profile individuals who were never prosecuted for the same basic or similar allegations.
