They contributed something by taking some of the flak directed at Donald but I wouldn't want my family around Washington either. The Obamas, on the other hand, had mothers (Mrs. Robinson), surrogate mothers (Valerie Jarrett) and the two Sullen Systers playing the role of daughters.

I'm sure I'm gonna get flamed for this, but I'm at the point where I don't care. I watched Trump last night and he LOOKED terrible. Not only should his supporters and loved ones be concerned about his physical health but he also seemed boxed in, trapped, mega defensive... That's not to say that he shouldn't be righteously indignant. His base thinks he's an innocent victim who's been forced to take daily rounds of incoming from a a hundred different angles, often from his most trusted or loyal advisors. He could just collapse from the pressure considering the amount of stress he's under. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So far he's holding up pretty well but his kids have mostly dispersed as have Melania and Baron. Understandably so. At some point, perhaps he'll be commanding a brigade of loyal supporters into a real battle. But stop and consider that for a second. What exactly can he accomplish when the media and the Deep State will withhold information that would in fact keep us divided and unable to communicate with each other? The bottom line here is we are giving Trump super-power status and guess what. He's only human, just like us. He hasn't been able to stop the Deep State/media from their attacks in the past and he won't be able to stop them in the future. They'll just keep adding more accusations until he can't accomplish any part of his agenda. Many L-dotters think that DR Jill is subjecting Old Joe to elder abuse by forcing him into situations that could further deteriorate his health. Are WE responsible for pushing Trump to the brink? Do we really think he would want to lead a suicidal cavalry into a battle where we sacrifice ourselves, as in “The Charge of the Light Brigade?” I don't know the answer. But what I saw last night was alarming and I think it deserves some deep thought.

#7~ Excellent post. Not flamed but commended for an appreciated, compassionate, intellectual analysis and conveyance of what needed to be expressed. Health / There has been speculation that several of Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” are being used to bring down President Trump whether it be through his health, abandonment of family, friends, professionals (legal and political) or MAGA followers to impact his health to the point of serious medical problems leading to incapacitation, withdrawing from politics, or death. Agenda / Quite accurate in assessing the willful withholding of President Trump’s accomplishments, goals, observations and communications makes for distrust, division, misunderstanding and outright disgust for him that has been calculated and based on denying honest and fair reporting on his behalf by his adversaries. What he can accomplish will be through sensationalism of one sort or another, campaign events, grassroots communications on his behalf and the power of prayer. Super-Power Status & Are WE responsible for pushing Trump to the brink? / Appropriate, absolute, necessary reality checks for MAGA followers. While such support for President Trump is admirable, appreciated, courageous and needed, it is necessary to keep in mind that he is “human, like us” and although he has been blessed with a brilliant mind as well as courage, his being a “mere mortal” like all of us means he cannot perform miracles. Lest anyone forget, God selects heads of nations (Haggai 2:20-23; 1 Chronicles 14:2; Daniel 2:21, 4:17; Romans 13:1-2; Revelation 1:4-5) and mortal man can only do so much. God blessed President Trump’s presidency with incredible accomplishments in spite of relentless assaults aimed at him by his adversaries and has kept him safe and strong to this point in time. It is through God’s grace to President Trump and his accomplishments that Americans were blessed. The power of prayer is meaningful, God hears our prayers—please pray for President Trump, his family, our country, and be certain to thank God for his merciful blessings. ~ 2 Chronicles 7:14 - If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. ~

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer’s (R-KY) probe into the Biden family’s business will lead directly to President Joe Biden’s “doorstep” in the coming months, Breitbart News senior contributor and Government Accountability Institute (GAI) President Peter Schweizer exclusively told the Breitbart News Daily podcast. On Tuesday, Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to two federal tax violation charges and one violation of gun laws, essentially triggering the end of the Justice Department’s probe into the president’s son, according to Schweizer. However, the Oversight Committee’s probe into the Bidens remains ongoing and capable of uncovering wrongdoing related to Joe Biden.

Alcoholism and addiction are probably the most pervasive diseases in America. I don’t know of one family that hasn’t been touched by the pain of these diseases. Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi told Republicans Wednesday on the House floor that they looked 'miserable' and said they had turned the chamber into a 'puppet show' at the behest of former President Donald Trump. Pelosi was the final Democrat to speak during the afternoon's debate over whether California Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff should be censured over his role in the House's Russia probe of Trump. A similar measure targeting Schiff, the former top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, who House Speaker Kevin McCarthy pushed off the panel earlier this year, failed in the House last week.

The motion put forward by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., to censure the California Democrat failed last week as Republican were leery of the $16 million fine it would have slapped Schiff with. A revamped resolution without the fine - merely a formal statement of disapproval -garnered more Republican votes. Last week 20 Republicans joined all Democrats in voting to table the measure - enough to send Luna back to the drawing board. Luna took out a clause that said if the Ethics Committee found Schiff 'lied, made misrepresentations or abused sensitive information' he should be fined $16 million.

It helped interfere in the 2020 election. It enabled Joe Biden to falsely claim the laptop was Russian disinformation. The organizer of the letter, former CIA Director Mike Morrell, said the intel letter was meant—in his mind—to help Joe Biden during his debate with former President Donald Trump and in the election, to give him a “talking point.”

Garland appeared at a press conference in Stockholm, Sweden, that concluded the E.U.-U.S. Ministerial Meeting on Justice and Home Affairs conference he was attending. He was asked to address accusations from former President Donald Trump and GOP lawmakers who saw Hunter Biden's plea deal as a 'slap on the wrist,' while the ex-president was charged with 37 federal crimes for his mishandling of classified documents, leaving him facing a maximum of 400 years in prison.

When asked about the degree of punishment Hunter Biden received, Garland referred the reporter to the U.S. Attorney on the case for questions about the investigation’s conclusion.

Democrats are strategically conflicted about how President Joe Biden’s campaign should approach Robert F. Kennedy Jr., his closest competitor for the Democratic presidential nomination. While some are of the mind that it is best for the president to ignore Kennedy’s candidacy, others believe that Biden should look to clear Kennedy out of the way early, as the Hill’s Niall Stanage wrote in his column. If he does not address the longshot, the fear among that faction is that the populist Democrat could garner further steam and, at the least, weaken Biden heading into the general election.
