Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in a recent interview with NBC News, pushed back on comments from Republican politicians who are hesitant to keep bolstering Ukraine’s military against Russia.
Zelenskyy joined NBC News to talk about Ukraine’s ongoing counteroffensive and his requests for additional weapons and aircraft for Ukrainian forces. (snip) Richard Engel asked Zelenskyy to respond to Republican presidential candidate Ron DeSantis’s characterization of the Ukraine-Russia conflict as a “territorial dispute” and fellow Republican candidate Donald Trump’s vow to quickly end the conflict and sue for peace between the two countries.
“If any candidate thinks supporting Ukraine is too costly, are they ready to go to war? Are they ready to fight?

This piece of garbage is well past his “Use By” date. He is an Obama-appointed, corrupt grifter who is blackmailing the Western Alliance in order to keep his stash of cocaine filled, and his wife in the latest fashions. Not one American soldier’s blood better be shed for this out-of-control brat and all the Western Alliance depravity he is hiding in his country.

Ukraine is not a member of NATO. We do not have any treaties with them that mandate that we have to protect them militarily. Nothing. Zero. Zilch. Nada!!!!!
This is not a war of "good guys" versus "bad guys". This is a war of "bad guys" versus "worse guys".
It's not our war, and certainly hasn't ever been justifiable to spend over $100,000,000,000 of US tax dollars defending Ukraine. Sadly, all this is is the swamp creatures in DC using this to keep people from noticing how terrible and quickly Senile Joe bidet, the Demon-Rats, and their RINO Republi-Can't allies in Congress, are destroying our republic for their own power and wealth!!!!!

Americans have sent enough young men to die in support European wars.
You started it, so end it, as best you can.

Even our pusillanimous, woke, substandard, LGBTQX military can beat the Russians at this point in time. They were caught with a weak, under-equipped, unmotivated and clueless army when they invaded Ukraine. We can let Zelinskyy bluster and keep taking our free money or we can set Putin straight with a real leader running the US Military. What will it be?

Zelensky, bud out of American politics. Ukraine is known for growing wheat. Stick to that. You are beginning to get on everyone's nerves. I am tired of learning how much of our tax $$$$ is invested in your generals' retirement accounts and Ukrainian soldiers pay. You should have enough money from your own country to pay for it. Of course, you could lay off your cocaine and your wife's trips to Paris it could save some money.

I have seen this movie before. When war starts against one of our enemies, we pull out the checkbook, make heroic speeches, and claim that the enemy of my enemy is my friend. When the war drags on too long, we declare victory and leave.

I am tired of funding this black hole. Let Europe pay more for this war. There is no end in sight and the supposedly Ukrainian advancements are intentionally being overblown. We cannot wreck our economy for this war. Enough time has passed to have had this war won. Biden refuses to pump more American oil into the world market to lower the cost of oil to the point it bankrupts Russian and they can no longer fund the war = The Dutch Syndrome. His answer was to ask Iran to do so…figures. Just Another reason this man needs to be voted out of office

I thought Joe Biden and the Democrats were the party of peace? Wasn't that their complaint about Dick Cheney and George W Bush with the Iraq or Afghanistan situation?

OUR southern border needs to be KEPT closed to keep out the killer Fentanyl and keep in President Trump’s immigration policy with Mexico.
This must be our focus for OUR children and grandchildren, nothing else.

This “War” will last as long as Biden and his pals continue receiving their lucrative kickback$ from corrupt grifter Zelenskyy. In the meantime, the U.S. arsenal continues to be depleted and Putin laughs at us.

Zelensky has worn out his welcome with the American people. How dare he question our Presidential candidates about anything? He needs to take the US tax dollars he’s squirreled away in his personal accounts and vanish.

China is donating all over the globe: controls most of the world's rare eats minerals key to EV batteries, iPhones and other advanced technologies and in some cases - actually mines it in the USA and then ships to CHIna to be processed while Biden has shut down mining bu the US for US rare earths), ties with Cuba, Central and South America (US Navy is really going to reset shutting down the Roosevelt Rodas Naval Station in Puerto Rico - thanks to Al Sharpton), threat to Taiwan,, Japan, etc and in the meantime. It's Putin is the biggest threat because the Russians aren't like the West and Westerners.
For those here who love Ukraine and Zelensky so much - pack up your kit and go over there and fight.

Remember back to a three-decade conflict we could have avoided except for the duplicity, lies, and toxic “woke” ideology of three Deep-State presidents and career politicians--Kleptocratic Democrats, Globalist Republicans, and unelected Swamp bureaucrats--happily using military force to intervene on behalf of foreigners in somebody else’s civil war that killed too many Americans and which we should never have been in, to begin with.
Well, it seems Traitor Obiden is about to do the same. Sorry, but China Joe needs to be eliminated. MAGA

There are no good and bad, right and wrong in this dispute. Track suit boy just has a few suckers he is using, Linsey Graham is just one of them. Russian manpower in their military was not as formidable as Putin would have us believe. DeSantis is right this is a land dispute which has been happening for centuries. We have no interest in this conflict and it has to stop. FJB

Like much smarter posters here have written. The little sawed off, track suit wearing dictatorial troll Zelenskyy has definitely worn out his welcome. I've yet to get a good explaination from a democrat as to why we pumping money into a nation that's not part of NATO to the tune of billions of dollars defending their border. While our Southern border is open for all manner of trash to come into my country. The little Ukrainian comedy skit needs to keep his big mouth shut about our political candidates and thank his lucky stars his buddy ATM Joe is in the WH. For now.

Some of you are forgetting that Zelensky is a freedom fighter with a white cape and that he and his country deserve to be rewarded with the same American largesse that granted the citizens of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Vietnam such amazing success in their freedom-fighting endeavors.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy is a very poor example of a used-up comedian. His name doesn't roll easily off the tongue, unless you were spitting tobacco anyway.
