The first rule of Federal Indictment Club is: you don’t talk about your case. And the second rule of Federal Indictment Club is: you don’t talk about your case, period. You hire a good lawyer or two and let them talk about your case in public. The surest way to help the prosecution is to go on television and make a damaging admission about the key element of a charge. Sort of like … this: TRUMP: ‘We never got this stuff, this back. Can we please, please, could we have it back?’ BAIER: And they did ask for it? TRUMP: [crosstalk] They have no — no — BAIER: And

Bret Baier??? He's his own worst enemy as far as his defense goes, and it's not just the Deep State Andy McCarthy types saying that. The best President of my lifetime, but it's over for him. Given the downward spiral of America, it probably doesn't matter. Flame away.

The espionage act does not apply. The Presidential Records Act is not a criminal statute. You can not “obstruct” absent a crime and there is no crime.

Trump needs to realize sooner or later that legal or illegal makes no difference. What they can twist the law into is what matters, and EVERYbody is out to get him by twisting any way they can. He needs to quit talking about his legal troubles and go back to how he is going to save the country. Trump is probably the only one capable of saving the USA and we don't need his own loose lips losing that for him, or us.

While I don’t think what Trump said during the interview was as catastrophic as portrayed in this article, he should stop talking about the case. As the writer says, no good can come from discussing the case. The primary reason for discretion, however, is that Trump is running for president and faces an uphill battle. He has the support of the base, which doesn’t number enough to give him a victory. His entire focus must be on expanding his support. Talk of his legal problems as well as the 2020 election are big turn offs. He needs to stop griping and start inspiring.

#1, I am not going to flame on, but I totally disagree. I refuse to give up on President Trump. He is the best chance we have to turn this country around. I will not abandon him because democrats are out to destroy him with amble support from the GOPe on bogus charges and their cacophony of lies. It’s not over and if he wants to fight the fight we must have, I will join him. I am not going to let the rabid anti-American democrats along with their ankle biting media gnats influence me. We know the heart of this man. He has earned our trust, therefore, he has earned my support, warts and all. Trump is talking about returning the documents to the NARA. Only the last question is about the subpoena. The subpoena did not call for personal records and Trump had a right to remove them before complying.

He and neatly all commentators are ignoring the what and why of how this all started... NARA, a subservient administration agency, founded, funded and designed to relieve past presidents of some of the expense of maintaining mountains of documents/memorabilia UNTIL they build, stock, open their Presidential Libraries or Presidential Centers(which have to be privately funded) Made the Unique and unprecedented claim that THEY had immediate and SOLE right to EVERYTHING Trump owned, including all of his family's CLOTHES. That THEY would decide what if ANYTHING they would allow him to get back. That HE had no right to take some time to go though a truckload of "stuff", but rather must give it ALL to them, and THEY would decide if he could even see that stuff. Their initial complaint, filed with DOJ/FBI was that they KNEW Trump had retained 2 Documents that THEY wanted/demanded. That those 2 documents had National Security and even Nuclear Policy data, discussions. Those 2 Documents were/are: 1) The Private Letter Obama left for Trump on the oval office desk. NO ONE has any right , nor has anyone ever seen any Presidents prior letters from that traditional practice. 2) The private letters Trump received from N.Koreas leader Kim Jong Un. Everything that has followed is the poison fruit of THAT poison Tree. They now claim that Trump moving a few boxes to his office to start going through them to COMPLY with their demands, is Obstructing their demands, that him not telling one of his lawyers he was doing so is Obstruction/suborning perjury, that him sending those same boxes BACK to the storeroom when he was informed that the FBI was going to go through that storeroom the next day was MORE obstruction. Rather than him making SURE that they had access to them. FBI/DOJ et al leaked constantly to the media that they had "seized 13,000 or more documents, many marked secret", then "180 boxes of documents, many marked secret/classified", then "0ver 100 pages with classified markings"...Only to charge him over 31 individual pages. Yet they have not and will not allow him the return of, or even to view ANYTHING else they have taken from him. This precludes him or any staff from designing, building, stocking a presidential library or center, removes any/all source materials from any proposed book or memoirs(Which EVERY former President has earned $MILLIONS by having written, Biden has claimed his VP memoirs already earned him more that $10 Million, Obamas paid him nearly $1Billion) PS: The photos of boxes they released to the media in the indictment showing boxes in a Bathroom? Those are marked "Melanias Bedroom". The earlier photos they leaked showing "Files marked secret" were just file COVERS, mostly empty. A supply of which is expected to be held on hand in case ANYTHING needed to be placed in one in the future. They then claimed in grand jury/to the media that it proved he had REMOVED documents from them, destroyed/hid or gave documents to others...but they did not charge that in the indictments.

Baier is a dense, offensive bull dog, that continues an ankle bite, until he is beaten off. Baier cannot smile. That is beyond his capacity. Forget about the obstruction absurdity. There can be no obstruction, when nothing was done wrong. Trump did a good job with Baier, pushing him off, but the bulldog always comes back, so Trump will have to beat him off time after time. Trump is saving Baier an audience, as Baier otherwise does not have one. I will watch the Trump interview, but otherwise, I never watch Baier, not even for money.

#20, Donald Trump is not trying to "win over" his enemies (Demon-Rats or RINO's). He is doing what he does best, and that is trolling the bad guys!!! Right now, that is exactly what he needs to be doing to win over the "undecideds". Right now, we have the weakest, most senile, president of all times. He is running for re-election, and but has only had one very orchestrated and controlled campaign rally (versus dozens for President Trump). Trump isn't now, and never will be, afraid to go into the enemy camp and argue to their faces. Right now in this country, because of Lyin' Joe bidet's extreme weakness, this country is imploding. Donald Trump's greatest asset is his strength. He isn't afraid of anybody or having to make the hard decisions. That is what everyone needs to see. Not him being timid and ignoring the enemy!!!!!!

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to impose new limits on state courts reviewing certain election-related issues by ruling against Republicans in North Carolina fighting for a congressional district map that would heavily favor their candidates. The justices ruled in a 6-3 vote that the North Carolina Supreme Court was acting within its authority in concluding that the map constituted a partisan gerrymander under the state Constitution. In doing so, the court declined to embrace a broad version of a hitherto obscure legal argument called the “independent state legislature” theory, which Republicans say limits the authority of state courts to strike down certain election laws enacted by state

He was accused of exploiting and abusing dozens of underage girls and utilizing a network of employees to ensure continued access to victims, according to

We’ve long been critical of Hollywood’s lack of fresh, new ideas and its apparent fascination with rebooting past films or giving us a sequel decades later. Sadly, merely paying homage to the original material is insufficient. Instead, producers opt to incorporate “wokeness,” believing it will be more appealing to modern viewers, but in the process, they end up taking something beloved and turning it into garbage that the masses don’t want to see. The latest example is Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, the prequel series to the 1978 hit film Grease. I’m not sure who wanted this — it’s bad enough to hear any of the original songs

The “tell” was not, however, the latest revelation by IRS whistleblowers about his corrupt administration. It was instead the sudden awakening of the White House press corps. The same “reporters” who snored through more than two years of preposterous claims by Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and her predecessor simultaneously woke up Friday. Correspondents from media outlets CNN, CBS, NBC, and even the New York Times aggressively questioned Jean-Pierre about the metastasizing Hunter Biden scandals.
