Washington — Systemic negligence, misconduct, and overall under-resourcing among federal prison staff and facilities contributed to the conditions that enabled financier Jeffrey Epstein to die by suicide in his prison cell, the Justice Department's inspector general concluded in a report released Tuesday.
The 66-year-old financier was found dead in his New York prison cell in 2019 a little over a month after federal authorities took him into custody for the alleged sex trafficking of minors. He was accused of exploiting and abusing dozens of underage girls and utilizing a network of employees to ensure continued access to victims, according to

Yep, lots of "suicides" when folks get on the wrong side of the Clinton Crime Organization.
Got a couple more curious deaths of political billionaires these days. One in that mysterious jet that intruded into Capital airspace and another lost in the Titanic tourist deathtrap implosion. Somebody is nervous and is sending warnings.

Especially that part of the guards handing him some rope to use as dental floss. But c'mon guys, we tied the noose for him.

There was no FBI/DHS failure. It was intentional. I have little doubt the FBI/DHS killed him and in that sense, it was a huge success. Our government no longer (was it ever?) benevolent.

BS. The feds bribed or blackmailed local stooges into breaking cameras and looking the other way while their enforcer went in and killed him. In doing so most of DC was protected from their baby raping crimes. And the coverup continues.

"Failures"? Yeah, paid to "fail", or threatened. Either way....Epstein was murdered.

I’m not even going to read this stupid article. We all know it was murder to protect his clients. How stupid do they think we are? Those higher-ups will pay for this betrayal one day.

Problem is nobody thinks Epstein committed suicide. There is no doubt the guards were otherwise occupied on the computer, but he was also suddenly roomie-less in his cell AND, as his lawyer said, was in a very good mood of late regarding the case against him. Come ON guys....do you REALLY think a man who could name big names killed himself?

I'm seriously insulted that they think we're that stupid. Of course though, their own voters/supporters are gullible and quite easy to fool.

Release all Epstein's evidence, and the public can decide what really happened. I am tired of liars telling me what happened, none of it backed up with any evidence, just their opinions.

Chances are it took some time to find and select the two dumbest and incompetent guards who through those factors essentially allowed Epstein to leave this world. If you were to locate these guards these days, you should not be surprised to find that they have been promoted.

Bull! They killed him because they didn't want him to get on the stand in front of Gd and country and expose all the perverts in government and business who had ":visited' the island.

The dude was amoral, but not stupid. His asset mgt scheme to extort was deviously brilliant! If you beieve he didn't have 'numerous' booby-traps in place to expose all of the big names he had ensnared if anything happened to him you are naive.
Ghis is working on her backhand, and in a few years all will be forgotten.....unless someone goes nuclear. Another reason so many powerful people are afraid of Trump.
I don't think he's dead
