Sen. Tim Scott responded to Barack Obama's attacks on him by claiming it's proof Democrats are 'threatened' by his candidacy in the 2024 Republican presidential primary.
The primary contender is only polling around 3 percent, but is facing an onslaught from Democrats who claim that he doesn't understand race issues in America as a black Republican.
'There's no higher compliment than being attacked by President Obama,' Scott told Fox News Sunday. 'Whenever the Democrats feel threatened, they pull out – drag out the former president and have him make some negative comments about someone running, hoping that their numbers go down.'

Obama is an insufferable egomaniac and racist who has done irreparable damage to our constitution and republic. Sen. Scott should just ignore this pompous a**.

FTA: "But former President Obama said in a podcast released Thursday that it was time for the Republican Party to get real about how systemic racism shaped the nation's history."
Senator Scott means well but frankly his response to Obama is filled with boiler plate platitudes. A better response would be something on the lines of, "The Republican Party abolished slavery and amended the Constitution to give citizenship to every former slave. The Democratic Party went to war to keep black people enslaved. The Republican Party spent the next 100 years working to end segregation, imposed by the Democratic Party in the south. During those 100 years the Democratic Party launched the Ku Klux Klan, to keep black people "in their place.," The Republican Party has nothing to apologize for but the Democratic Party will forever be stained by its brutal, racist and un-American past.

I agree with Senator Scott. We aren't a racist country. We are under attack, tho, by those who profit from it being so. And there is a lot, A Lot, of government money in racism. It's just the niftiest word they can use to destroy this country. And it's working.

Bravo, #3! I love every word and wish you could send it to the Senator because he'll certainly have plenty of opportunity to use it.

In all honesty, Obama is the one who doesn't get being black in America having lived a white life with his grandparents in Hawaii. I probably wouldn't vote for Tim Scott, but I totally support and agree with him about Obama. White Democrats have a lot of nerve telling American blacks they don't know what it means to be black in America.

Do you remember that Obama WOULD NOT have anything to do with the American Flag ?
Do you want this "man" running the government ever? Even all he does is manipulate the man who says he is the President

He should have said: "It is hard to take a man seriously who lectures us on climate change while he buys two beachfront properties".

By all means, Tim Scott should give an honest accounting of racism in the US. Obama and the Democrats won't like it however, as it will be a history of Democrats in America and their continuing efforts to repress Black's in the US. This continues today.

Hard to win when only one side is playing to win. For Commiecrats, savage, ruthless and deceitful attacks are standard. For mainline Republicans (I do not place PDJT in that sorry lot) both responses and attacks are muted, feckless and perfunctory. TS should do better; I hope he will.

Scott is one of my senators and I’ve never been crazy about him. I still won’t vote for him in the presidential race, but I’m liking him more and more every day.

Just goes to show that the leftist Democrats are scared to death of Black people who hop off the Democrat plantation, are independent thinkers, and go on to become conservative Republican politicians and supporters.
