Starbucks has reportedly dialed back the LGBTQ-themed decor with two weeks still left to go of PRIDE month. According to a Twitter thread shared by Starbucks Workers United (@SBWorkersUnited) — “Starbucks Partners coming together to create a better workplace” — management in a number of Starbucks franchises have opted to tone down PRIDE displays all across the United States. “BREAKING: In the middle of Pride Month, Starbucks BANS Pride decorations in stores across the United States,” the group tweeted, saying that workers had already begun to share the news via social media.

Why should the nation have to spend a month celebrating the viewpoints of a very small minority of persons? This is a total absurdity. Here is a message: I don't want minority viewpoints or people on my corn flake boxes. Put a picture of an ear of corn. Thank you!

I suspect what corporate had in mind was a few rainbow flags and a couple of rainbows on the walls. What went up was probably a lot more sexual in nature.

Char-bucks, same as several Seattle type brands, overroasts their beans, leaving some of the essential oils on the surface of the bean. When ground in a coffee mill, "them" greasy beans which glisten in the bag, leave a mess that must be scraped out. Proper roasting leaves dry beans that don't oil up you mill. In espresso drinks overdone beans aren't as big an issue as with regular coffee, meaning that Starbucks espressos are fairly good, if expensive. Espresso tastes a bit burnt anyway. The last time I was in Starbucks was four years ago. I don't intend to patronize any business that posts their profane rainbows around. Rainbows aren't supposed to mean that.

#10, they actually sell more iced drinks now than actual coffee. A public corporation must be concerned they do not become the next Bud Light, and willfully allow there stock price to drop over something that's not key to their product/service. They would be opening themselves up for class-action lawsuit. Also, believe the person who decided to show her breasts, go topless, at the WH pride event, hurt their cause more in a major way. Not even the WH could defend that action.

S'matter, management wouldn't let you make any more rainbow frappacino lattes because they only come out gray? This is freakin' hilarious. They have a barista's union? If I couldn't pour coffee into a paper cup and hand it to a customer without being unionized I would shoot myself. Management denies the action because they were confused how the public would react. If I hadn't bought my last Starbucks about twenty years ago, I would boycott them for sheer stupidity. On the homefront, the local Walmart had a big display of beach towels marked "clearance." Further perusal indicated that they were Pride towels with that definition printed on them in foot-high letters. I hope they bought thousands of them and will have to eat the inventory.

Too late, wokesters! The last time I went into a Starbucks was at least a year ago and the only reason I went at all was because I was given a gift card. There were dozens of tranny flags all over the store - all over. I got my latte and on the way out dropped my gift card, which still had cash on it, in the trash. Never ever again. I hope that they go the way of Bed, Bath & Beyond.

I only drink coffee in the mornings and have no desire for the iced version. I do have co-workers who love Char Buck and I asked one how much his drink cost. She told me 8.50. That is another reason why that place will never get my money. Other than the fact that they're more leftwing than Target and have wholly bought into the LGBTQXXX agenda. I prefer to make my own using Maxwell House.
