Documents reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon show a private company’s unprecedented effort to inject DEI into classrooms. In January 2020, Walmart approached public school administrators in Bentonville, Arkansas, about hosting diversity training sessions for the district.
"We want people to feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe living here" in Northwest Arkansas, Candice Jones, Walmart’s head of diversity, emailed district leaders, according to documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. To that end, the company was offering to arrange teacher training sessions with a North Carolina-based consultancy known as the Racial Equity Institute, a group "devoted to creating racially equitable organizations and systems."

I would hope that Governor Sanders will give Gov. DeSantis a call and find out how you put a stop to this! She has the Power, she just needs the Know How!

Local communities should reevaluate every sweeheart deal that brought Walmart to their community and investigate who got paid what while sitting on the planning committee.
Void those agreements and tax Walmart like every other property owner.

This is heartbreaking! I can’t imagine that Mr.Sam would have ever gone along with this. Walmart is closing stores in Woke Chicago because of this type of destructive agenda that has overlooked its results since their store openings there seventeen years ago.
Arkansas is a beautiful, friendly state where it’s good people have gotten along together, cared about one another & had many things in common for the most part for many years. I pray for Governor Huckabee, & the good people of all races in Arkansas for awareness, & vigilance to stand strong together, so that this wonderful state isn’t allowed to be divided and destroyed by this ugly, invasive, cancerous evil. The Godless Woke divisive agenda is not an answer to any problems that may need to be addressed & fixed anywhere. Putting God first always leads to the right answers to any & all problems. Americans of all races used to know that. I pray that enough of us still do.

Gov. Sanders just signed School Choice into law. That will go a long way in rooting out Wokism

Sorry about the “Huckabee” in #3! Sarah is all grown up, and has established her credentials as a Sanders now!
God bless Governor Sarah Sanders! : )

Sorry for another post! Meant to add that Sarah was raised by a Republican governor in Arkansas. She not only has the power - she has loads of know how as well! If anyone can get the job done for Arkansas, it’s Sarah!

FTA...'if necessary, to form a "restorative circle" with students. ...
"To dispel any sense of hierarchy" in the circle, the handbook counsels, teachers and students should both sit on the floor.'
Parents should demand that school board members sit on the floor when they meet. Give them a real sense of being down with the people. Right? I've always been bothered by the grand elevated seats that City council members have, why can't they sit in the same type of chairs the citizens sit in, maybe elevated slightly on boxes so the people can see who is talking at a particular time.
The Walton family doesn't realize they are slitting their own throats with this CRT nonsense. As White multi-millionaires they have very large targets on their backs.

"devoted to creating racially equitable....."
Equitable...what a nice sounding EVIL, corrupt, crooked, racist word.
"Equitable" to them, means the same OUTCOMES regardless of lack of skills, intelligence, effort or competence. Equality is the same OPPORTUNITY to demonstrate your skills, intelligence, effort and competence. Equity is NOT equality.
"Equity" is pure RACISM and discriminates against the competent, the hard working, the intelligent and the capable in favor of the lazy, stupid, incompetent and ignorant as long as they have black skin.
THAT is pure evil, and destructive as anything ever done to our country.

I would prefer that Walmart abandon stakeholder capitalism (socialism), all political activity, and reduce prices to consumers. That is the way the founder, Sam Walton, ran the store.

IMO, from a racialist perspective, 'equity' is sugar-coating for 'revenge'. Centuries ago, tribe A sold members of tribe B to European nation C slavers, who shipped them to New World colonies D, one of which eventually became free Nation E. Now descendants of A or B want revenge on E's current population F. In short, equity...is all about F USA.

That load roaring sound is Sam Walton spinning in his grave because of the evil that is done in his name nowdays.
He was a sensible, reasonable guy. He flew himself around to see his stores in a small twin piston engined private aircraft....he was the pilot. He'd be very unhappy at what his hideous heirs have done.

Here is the problem. I have more than a few fellow W TX neighbors who have retired to that beautiful NW corner of Arkansas. They say the problem is that WM and Tyson donate so much money to Republicans including Sarah and Hutchinson before her. They say Governors Hutchinson never criticized Wal-Mart while they pushed Wokeness and Governor Sanders won’t either. Is this true?

And those who are here are the fortunate. Most slaves were sent to South America, The Carribean or Middle East where they perished. Less than 400 thousand out of 12 million of the slaves sent to the Americas came to what is now the US. As many or more were shipped to Arab countries. Countries worked millions to death - not North America. Within a few decades that 400k had grown to 4 million.
African Arab Pirates raided Europe and shipping for white slaves. The Marine Hymn line "To the shores of Tripoli" has a historical meaning.
I doubt most even know the true history of American slavery and certainly don't know about the history of worldwide slavery.

Walmart should stick to selling Chinese junk and stay out of politics and people's lives.
