Budweiser has released a new patriotic advertisement as its parent company struggles with controversy over its endorsement partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
The advertisement, which was released on social media Friday, features one of Budweiser’s famous Clydesdale horses traversing the country from New York City to the Grand Canyon, passing by scenes in the American heartland as a narrator delivers a patriotic message.
“This is a story bigger than beer,” the ad’s narrator says in the ad. “This is the story of the American spirit.”
As the ad plays, the Clydesdale horse passes by some of the most famous American landmarks, showcasing the New York City skyline,

Probably the right move to go normal as a remedy for "go woke go broke." They will recover some in time from the Trans beer moniker as the public is fickle, but many will become acclimated to other beers thus weakening that recovery.

Posters 4 and 5 are probably right in the long run, but its going to be a painful recovery. Personally I think going for the lone horse was a lame idea. The American Spirit power of the Clydesdale symbol was the team pulling the beer wagon. The lone-horse symbol only continues the navel gazing all-about-me-ism of the woke crowd. Tone deaf major fail.

The team of draft horses pulling a heavily-laden beer wagon is a staple of Munich's annual Oktoberfest parade. And I suppose similar wagons delivered beer all around the USA in days gone by. But showing: this one renegade horse, apparently lost and wandering, doing nothing useful, is a remarkably apt depiction of their lost-forever image. The King Of Beers is now the 'Queen Of Swill'.

On Friday afternoon AB is 100% in with the woke culture and by Monday morning its motherhood and apple pie America. On one hand they need to feel the pain, real pain and not get a no harm no foul do-over in 72 hours of reflective pivoting. On the other hand they need to be rewarded for listening to the real marketplace otherwise our reaction won't carry power in the future.

A pre-planned ad campaign strategy? Bud Light signals its trendy fun-ness for a new generation of drinkers with ads which will be obnoxious to the brand’s base but will appeal to the thoughtless and phoned but expansive love of humanity in the young and inexperienced. Now, how to proceed? Appease the base by centering ads around focus-group approved words like “heart of America”, “opportunity”, “share”, “hope”, “tomorrow”, “American spirit”, etc. while showing glimpses of iconic images including the flag, the Lincoln Memorial, firefighters, the Brooklyn Bridge and a Clydesdale while a rugged American man narrates a “story”. The third stage will be how we all come together over a beer because we’re Americans and we “hope” and “dream” and “share” and “welcome” and together we can find a way to make our next chapter to the aforementioned story even better. This will be followed by “Yellowstone” inspired glimpses of the Big Sky Country and horses ridden by chap-wearing sweaty cowboys of indeterminate races. This imagery will be followed by menacing looking black and Hispanic urban youths (but not too young) covered in tats helping some old woman with her shopping bags or some other civically minded act. The final scene will be college kids of all races and inferred sexual preferences at a bonfire, probably on a beach, laughing, talking and clutching their Bud Lite cans because “this is America” and helping, loving and accepting diversity is what Americans do.

What's this about a list that corporations are trying to get high marks on? Big money managers are forcing companies to comply? Was this lame, stupid girlie ad a way to placate these money managers? Who is driving and paying for this? Please note, the American people don't like it. Seems there is more to the AB fiasco ad than what it appears.

No one is fooled. Support for the heartland, or support for transgenderism ideology. Can't be both. One is a lie. Which is it?
The ONLY way InBev can redeem itself at this point is to issue a public statement repudiating transgenderism and announcing the firing of everyone involved in the campaign promoting the delusion of transgenderism. But of course they can't do that because, really, does anyone think the CEO was not aware of it before it was launched? So he would have to go as well. Hmmmm. Been done before. Remember New Coke? That CEO didn't survive that fiasco either.

Budweiser was once an American icon. The left has incrementally and over time waged a war on all things American, Bud Light is just another victim of their strategy. That strategy is to co-opt anything iconic in American culture an destroy it by association. They did it to the national anthem/sports, Mickey Mouse/Disney, super heroes/comic books, holidays and holiday parades, TV has become unwatchable, it's saturated with leftist garbage. This is all in the name of diluting wholesome, moral, American culture with their inexcusable, perverse, deranged, anything goes, ideology.
