The state of California is implementing full Marxism before our very eyes under the guise of “equity.” And so now there can be no possible doubt if there ever was for anyone: instituting Communism has been what “equity” initiatives have been about all along. Now three of its most powerful utility companies are saying that they’re going to charge based not on how much of their product was used, but on how much money the user makes. In simpler times, if you bought something, you paid for it. Rich or poor, tall or short, black or white, female or male, wise or foolish, everyone paid the same amount for a product.

Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen sent yet another letter to House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) on Monday afternoon, again warning that the United States is growing ever closer to defaulting on its debt unless a bill is passed by Congress and signed by President Joe Biden to increase the nation's debt limit.
Notably, Yellen continues sending these letters to McCarthy — the man who, along with House Republicans, already passed a bill that would raise the debt ceiling and avoid default — while failing to dispatch similarly snide letters to President Biden or Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY). Perhaps a letter could have been sent to Biden
If he didn’t bear the title of president of the United States and you met Old Joe Biden in any social setting, you’d smile and nod and not try to make any sense of what he was saying, because it would be abundantly clear that this is a man who is not in full possession of his faculties. But the poor WhiteHouse.gov transcript wonks have to try to turn Old Joe’s dementia-addled ramblings into something remotely approaching sense and accuracy, and he had them working overtime at a G7 Summit press conference on Sunday. The obvious reaction to the bizarre idea that Chris Christie will soon enter the 2024 GOP primaries and then win the general election – “Fat chance! – is accurate on every level. The rotund Republican has zero support among the base, having missed his window a decade ago and having gone on to become one of those Republicans whose primary function is to trash other Republicans – a chubby chimp dancing for dimes as the MSNBC organ grinders play. Why is he running? Delusion? Narcissism? Greed? Who knows?

President Joe Biden may have been thousands miles away from the United States over the weekend, but that didn't stop him from engaging in his usual embellishment of reality (read: lies) about his supposedly masterful leadership and adults-in-charge diplomacy.
During remarks on the sidelines of this week's G7 summit in Tokyo, Biden sought to take credit for an alliance called the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue — the "Quad" for short — but, much like Corn Pop and Biden's other colorful stories, he can't take credit.
Here's what Biden said about the Quad:
"What's going on now is, look at the meeting we had here today and yesterday of the Quad.
The far left has spent the past several years pushing plenty of unconstitutional nonsense, but there are two things we need to discuss forthwith: they gavaged arbitrary, science-free COVID-19 rules and regulations, which I consider tyrannical, down our throats, while simultaneously trying to take our guns, also a historically authoritarian, commie/Nazi/fascist move.
And they tried to do these things at the same time. Coincidence? Not a chance, and not a very clever move.
I believe the problem between patriotic Americans and the toilet-dwelling skelms on the far left is that We the People embrace liberty and the Bolshies fear it.
Worried about too much systemic rigging and fraud for a Republican ever to win office again? Good news! The riggers themselves are quietly starting to worry it may happen.
Politico ran a story on Friday, and I must say, the title quickened my pulse. Tellingly titled, “Hurricane Trump Is Coming — And Washington Hasn’t Bothered to Prepare,” the story ran with the subhead, “After 2020, reformers vowed to erect guardrails against a rogue chief executive. They ran into a wall of complacency, partisanship and distraction.”
As if Leftists would have done a single thing to curtail executive overreach while they held office. Puh-lease.

Imagine literally being upset about your state government preventing you from physically removing the genitals from your minor child. On Sunday's Meet the Press, moderator and former Senate Democrat staffer Chuck Todd parroted the kind of talking points you frequently hear from those in support of tyrannical regimes: if you haven't done anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about.
