Military aid provided by the United States and its NATO allies to Ukraine is being found in the hands of Iranians, according to a new CNN report.
“Russia has been capturing some of the US and NATO-provided weapons and equipment left on the battlefield in Ukraine and sending them to Iran, where the US believes Tehran will try to reverse-engineer the systems,” four sources familiar with the matter told CNN.
“Over the last year, US, NATO and other Western officials have seen several instances of Russian forces seizing smaller, shoulder-fired weapons equipment including Javelin anti-tank and Stinger anti-aircraft systems

The U.S. weapons have also been found in Burkina Faso, Vanuatu, and Paraguay.
They've become something like Philadelphia Cream Cheese - - you see them no matter where you go. No big deal.

And captured weapons have ALWAYS been picked up and sold off. This should surprise no one.
We collected huge amounts of AKs and related Soviet weapons and have handed them out for many decades to various groups that we supported.
This is like excitedly reporting that "the sun rose in the east". Weapons go into battle. Some are lost or captured. Duh.

Don’t forget the 8 billion dollars worth of American weapons Biden just up and left in Afghanistan. The Chinese, the Iranians, the Russians, and god know who else have been reverse engineering our hi tech stuff for quite a while now, courtesy of the filthy traitor Joe.

I have an idea. Zelenskyy wants jets F-16, right? How about if he were to use some of the US aid and buy jets from Afghanistan. They have plenty of jets after we pulled out and left all our equipment there.
Pretty soon we will be fighting against our own high-tech gear.

Proof for your baseless assertion #7? Or even the slightest evidence?
"Conservatives" who are so anxious to seek out and believe every single Russian propaganda lie are just perplexing. You'd think that people who can think, might grasp that they are being played, but the eagerness of the grabbing tight to any anti-Ukrainian line of BS is amazing.

Who will rid us of this terrible buffoon? Joseph ''R for Rosenberg'' Biden has treated the United States worse than all the spies since the Revolutionary War until now. His damn nasty cabal (DNC) is having a hey-day. Maybe he is just pretending to be senile and incompetent.

But Iran is now our friend thanks to Valerie Jarrett, so eventually the IDF will have to disarm them.

Yeah, but how about the $85 billion worth of military armaments, etc., left on the ground in Afghanistan? Do you suppose any of the 600,000 or so honest to goodness assault rifles--not AR-15s; real machine guns--managed to find their way to Mexico and then back into the USA over whichever border is the lesser patrolled? Nah. That couldn't happen in the Day of Let's Go Brandon.

Re #6 - Of course but tell us why we are arming Ukraine to the teeth? Russia Russia Russia blah blah blah. Since Peter the Great, Catherine the Great, etc. Russia has wanted to expand its empire west. Nothing new but of course, Putin is the worst dictator since well, ever. Mao, of course, is laughing at that description. So we get rid of Putin and then who? Hmmm???

Well... this is understandable...if weapons are left on the battlefield and Russia picks it up...then how can you fault the Ukrainian army...it's an example of what happens during war....do I like it...NO...but I understand it....

It happens. Stingers -- perhaps not the most recent version -- have already been reverse engineered. Many Western countries Russia have very effective shoulder-mounted anti-aircraft weapons. Javelins have been around a while. They're fairly unique but are very expensive to manufacture.
I don't see any way of stopping our weapons from being captured, especially weapons that the Ukrainians have been using by the thousands. We have also captured some of Russia's most advanced technology in this war. What bothers me the most is the way many billions of $ worth of advanced US weaponry were simply handed over to the Taliban, probably with instructions and manuals.
