Now, this is how a nation takes care of a violent crime problem.
Rather than coddling violent thugs like Soros-supported prosecutors are in major American cities, El Salvador is throwing all of theirs behind bars.
On Friday, a 40,000 person prison facility, known as the Center for the Confinement of Terrorism (CECOT) officially opened, and 2,000 gang members became new residents. These include members of the most violent gangs in the world, including MS-13.
El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele made the announcement via Twitter, accompanied by a video.

Send that black kid who beat the hell out of that Florida school teacher to the CECOT. Bet he will miss his Nintendo switch.

Those that aren't in prison are coming up here to cross our border.

We need to create a new Devil's Island. Some remote place in the Aleutians. Just drop the thugs in by helicopter. No need for any guards, any facilities, any provisions. Cheap and effective, and possibly a deterrent.

They could transport that gang banger population to the US borderline, where there is a good chance that Biden and the leftist and socialist Democrats could well grant them parole or asylum in the USA.

I saw the video on Twitter. What a terrible waste of humanity. I hope those men can turn to God and find a way to reform their lives and become productive and be able to return to society.

One reason for prison is to keep criminals from harming others. I agree with # 1, the 6'6" 17-year-old black boy who continued to kick and beat the female teachers aid after she was unconscious should be sent there for life.

Once it is full......lock all the exits, and pipe in a few thousand gallons of gasoline and light it.

In other news....Tattoo Ink futures plummeted upon this video release.
Judge-"What made you think this person was involved in a criminal Gang"
Prosecutor- "Uhmmm other than the fact he has the gangs name/number tattooed all of his entire Body?"
Hollywood screenwriter- "Hey, how about a screenplay where an innocent journalist is framed and given full body tattoos to get him locked into a Salvadorian Prison to keep him from publishing his blockbuster exposee of police corruption and racism?"
Hollywood studio- "Ok, we'll give you $30 million to write the film....Uhmmm...$45 Million if as a plot twist the Hero Journalist is a trans woman...but...not even the other prisoners can tell,"
Hollywood director- "Oooooh, and in the sequal we'll have her win election to the Presidency of San Salvador...no wait, the Presidency of AMERICA!"

This is what the USA needs instead of closing prisons.

Isn't this just a recruitment center for the gangs when they get out? When will they get out?

FTA: "These measures include legalizing warrantless arrests and giving the El Salvadorian government access to the population’s communications." I get the need to lock 'em up, but warrantless arrests & invasion of privacy isn't justified. Further, how on Earth are you going to maintain control of this population? The video seems like a way for El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele to puff his credentials and is in no way proof of the effectiveness of the attempt. Time will tell.

I hope the intent is to put them to work. There is no excuse for any group of able bodied humans to produce less that required for personal sustenance. Subject them to the same cruel and unusual punishment the rest of us on the outside must endure.

I have read that the US has around 250,000 violent men ( majority black, a few Hispanics) who committed over 80% of all violent crimes. Police have their names, addresses and drivers licenses. The US could be crime free overnight if there is the political will.

That prison is a waste of time as all of El Salvador's gang members have been let into my beloved country by our idiot president.
