The First Amendment is the bedrock of American liberty. Our citizens have the right, if not civic duty, to engage in open, dynamic discourse, and no government has the right to limit, suppress, censor or otherwise control it.
Yet as we dig deeper into discovery in our Big Tech censorship case — Missouri and Louisiana v. Biden — we uncover ever-more truly appalling abuses of power that President Joe Biden’s director of digital strategy, Rob Flaherty, admitted come from “the highest (and I mean highest) levels of the” White House.

It has again become openly fashionable to rhetorically complain about excessive government spending. One can wax eloquent about the fundamental insincerity of the complaint, but this misses a rather elemental and important point: it is possible to reduce the ongoing deficits of the Federal government. The simple mechanism for doing so is tax cuts.
I have written about this previously, illustrating that every tax cut ever enacted since John F. Kennedy has increased revenue to the Federal government. Now it must be said and almost always is pointed out among critics that in the first year of collection, revenues go down. But what is absolutely clear

Four border crossers, bused from Texas to New York City, were arrested this month after allegedly stealing nearly $12,500 worth of merchandise from a Macy’s department store.
On Monday, the Nassau County Police Department in Long Island, New York announced the arrests of 19-year-old Wrallan Cabezas Meza, 30-year-old Jose Garcia Escobar, 21-year-old Miguel Angel Rojas, and 27-year-old Rafael Rojas for allegedly shoplifting at Macy’s.
All of the men are newly arrived border crossers who were bused from Texas to New York City as part of Gov. Greg Abbott’s (R) plan to send migrant buses to sanctuary jurisdictions.

American hero General Michael Flynn released an emotional video today about American heroes.
General Flynn and President Trump were targeted by the corrupt Deep State and their lives were thrown upside down for standing up for America First.
General Flynn was the Deep State’s first target in the Trump Administration. He knew too much so they lied about him and took him down. They used inside swamp monsters who surrounded President Trump and pushed General Flynn out.

MSNBC contributor Jason Johnson claimed Monday on “The 11th Hour” that House Republicans were a “terrorist organization” led by Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), who has “no love for this country.”
Anchor Stephanie Ruhle said, “‘I will never leave that woman.’ Jason that is not a quote from Kevin Costner in the major motion picture The Bodyguard. That is Kevin McCarthy talking about a colleague. What do we do with that?”
Johnson said, “It’s one thing to say, that’s my work wife. Right? And it’s something else when you have Stockholm Syndrome. That’s what we have here. This guy’s been beat down by the far-right

A 67-year-old veteran farm worker has killed seven fellow Chinese agricultural laborers in what local news described as a workplace dispute.
Zhao Chunli, who lived in Half Moon Bay, was arrested and is 'fully cooperating' with law enforcement, officials said.
The shootings took place at two separate locations in Half Moon Bay, with four shot at a farm run by Concord Farms, and three at Mountain Mushroom Farms two miles away. Officials are unsure which was attacked first.
Children were present on the scene at the time, because some of the workers lived on-site with their families.

President Joe Biden’s personal attorneys reportedly misled the Department of Justice (DOJ) in November about classified documents being stored at his Wilmington residence.
Shortly after documents at the Penn Biden Center were unearthed on November 2, the White House and DOJ reportedly agreed to hide the scandal from the American people. It’s unclear why Biden’s personal attorneys were initially searching for his illegally stashed documents. The White House has failed to provide the initial reason or cause for the search.
After the initial discovery on November 2, Biden’s personal attorneys told the DOJ that the only location where troves of classified were stored was at the Penn Biden Center,

On Saturday Pelosi spawn, Alexandra Pelosi, claimed the Paul Pelosi scandal prompted her mother to perform an exorcism on their home in San Francisco.
The New York Times reported:
“I think that weighed really heavy on her soul. I think she felt really guilty. I think that really broke her. Over Thanksgiving, she had priests coming, trying to have an exorcism of the house and having prayer services,” Alexandra told the publication.
But then the next day the FOX and Friends Weekend hosts reported that There Was NO EXORCISM at the Pelosi home. The local Catholic Church confirmed the news.

Before we get into the question of how long it will take to replenish U.S. military stockpiles depleted by Joe Biden’s ongoing aid to Ukraine, let’s first catch up. My colleague Streiff has written extensively on the Russia-Ukraine War, including the eagerness of Biden and the Democrat Party to fund the endless war.
Here are several of Streiff’s reports:

The White House on Monday pledged to “accommodate legitimate oversight interests” in response to House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer’s (R-Ky.) request for materials related to classified documents found at President Biden’s old office and Delaware home.
White House counsel Stuart Delery wrote to Comer that the administration does not have possession of the documents the National Archives and Department of Justice (DOJ) have taken as part of the investigation into Biden’s handling of classified materials.

The Republican National Committee says the next GOP nominee for president will not participate in debates set up by the Commission on Presidential Debates, citing concerns of partisan bias.
Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel told organizations applying to host a debate not to "waste your time." She sent a letter to the commission with a history of the RNC voicing concerns over the debate structure, along with a list of changes to enact before Republican presidential candidates will consider going on the debate stage. The letter serves as a prelude to a rule change in the RNC winter meeting to "prohibit future Republican nominees from participating in CPD-sponsored debates."

Twitter may be a cesspool of inflammatory accusations, half-truths, and despicable child pornography. But there can be no doubt that it is a primary way to make one’s voice heard — the digital town square, to steal a phrase that has already been used to death. That is, of course, unless you have been shown the door of that town square and told never to return. Such was the case for President Donald Trump, who used Twitter throughout his campaign and during his term in office to great effect until the bird flipped him the bird. The Twitter ban in question was enacted after the Jan. 6 incident
