Since the federal government, with the consent of both parties, just lit another 1.7 trillion dollars of imaginary money on fire, the generally quiet period between Christmas and the new year might be an opportune time to consider an important matter that has been almost completely ignored by both elected officials and the media. That would be the national debt. In case you hadn’t noticed, America’s debt has now reached a staggering level of 31.3 trillion dollars. That’s a figure so huge that it’s almost impossible to wrap your brain around it. In the Boston Globe this week, business and finance reporter Jim Puzzanghera has raised an important red flag,

The Democrats are looting the Treasury as fast as they can so they and their chosen constituencies can stock up before the Big Crash hits.
Convince me I'm wrong.

Yes it is and it is intentional. Read the UN Agenda 2030 for everything you need to know about how this country is under attack from enemies in foreign countries and our own beloved enemies within. You know full well who they are too. They will not stop until our economy is completely undermined and destroyed and it will be very ugly.

Yes, our Ship of State is headed for the bottom and the rats are robbing the purser's safe before they desert as it sinks.
Buckle up because the illegitimate moron in the White House has his and doesn’t care just like McConnell and the rest of the congressional scum looting our treasury.

I WISH the national debt was 31 trillion.
Social Security is not calculated into the national debt. So, in reality, the actual debt is probably closer to $100 trillion. Does anyone even understand the magnitude of that number??
They're doing the best they can killing people with the vaccine, but then they keep on hauling in trainloads of illegal aliens so the problem gets even worse.

Get into a money market or Treasury! Get out of the Stock Market! The Jan 23 crash is going to be Epic! The following depression will last 2 or 3 years! Then is the time to start buying stocks again!

The National Debt can thank all liberals and the Biden Administration for waste, pork, and fraud.

Biden and the Democrats own this. Unfortunately, the bill will come due while Republicans are in charge of the Hous. Biden and the Democrat controlled Senate, along with their friends in the media will find a way to blame the Republicans.

and all planned, and played out, by those who favor Putin, Xi and Jong Il as their representatives; when are the people who watch the alphabet channels and read those communist print media going to learn that they have the best of all worlds being born in this country where freedom is guaranteed not granted

You think the a holes from the U.N. are going to get China to fork over the trillions that the U.S. has done for the last 70 years with no influence? Dream on.

Back when the Federal Government under the PDT administration blew through $14 TRILLION raising that national debt by 50%, some said after that "conservatives" have no room to complain about the national debt. No, that spending on COVIDS handouts and giveaways was just fine. We were fighting a WAR many offered in defense.
Well, here we are at the very predicable situation that now suddenly is "Biden's fault", with Congress whizzing away even more TRILLIONS.
Republicans and Democrats are simply leveraging money. Really, inflation will take care of this, they assume. None will be around if indeed the US Government defaults...virtually impossible as it can create money out of thin air to cover the need. Spending is the lifesblood of politics, bringing home the bacon. There's no political value in cutting anything anywhere, creating sob stories of lost jobs and community impacts. What would Killeen, Texas, be without Fort Hood?
How many people here know that the US once minted 1//2 cent coins? For a reason. We hardly need coinage anymore.

Both parties set the country on a financial death spiral with few dissenting voices. The end will only come once the middle class can no longer pay the increased taxes a burdensome regulations restrict growth. Maybe the sooner the better then some future generation will do better.

Civilized people grow and build things.
Savages steal and destroy things.
Both have government. Civilized people use government to grow society. Savages use government to steal.
Our government is over 30 trillion in debt. The nation is over 90 trillion in debt.
Care to guess which group is in charge? Why are we voting for these people? Our government is a sham.

And it has been for 40 years, and the steepness of the dive is increasing.
