Well, when it comes to terrible jokes, Kimmel is an expert.
That pronoun thing is such "small-minded, lowest-common denominator garbage" that Kimmel indilged in it.
But there is a mustard seed of truth in his statement. Musk has replaced Trump as a surrogate for real Americans who are tired of being screwed by the federal government and mocked by the media. He is not a conservative.

Former President Donald Trump said he had previously turned down a prisoner swap deal with Russia, saying he couldn’t have former U.S. Marine Paul Whelan home but allow out convicted Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout, who has “killed untold numbers.”

The White House previewed a massive signing celebration at the White House on Tuesday for a bill making gay marriage federally legal.
