FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried should be in custody by now, as far as Brian Armstrong is concerned. The Coinbase CEO said this week it’s “baffling to me why he’s not in custody already.”
“The DOJ or somebody should be able to make—just based on his public statements, I think there’s a very open and shut case for fraud,” Armstrong said at the a16z crypto Founder Summit on Tuesday. He added, “I’m not an expert on this, but the people I talk to seem to agree on that.”
Armstrong also questioned why the media has refrained from calling Bankman-Fried a criminal.

This was published about 20 minutes after the WSJ published an interview in which Sam Bankman - Fried appears to try to lay the blame on Alameda; and, he was ignorant ("little insight into its workings") of Alameda even though he owned 90% of it.

This is the second largest democrat donor behind Soros, and he has ALMOST as much protection from DOJ as Hunter. So don't nobody hold your breath waiting for this miscreant to be arrested...

Sammy Boy might want to worry about not waking up some morning more than going to jail.

The real story may be the Ukranian government taking the U.S. contributions to their war effort, putting the money in cryptocurrency, and donating part of th money to the dimocrat party. And, of course, part of it going to the Biden Crime Family.
This is the slickest move in scamming since Hunter Biden and his fake art.

He’s the Epstein of banking. He’s got the list of people who received his laundered funds including Ukraine and the DNC.

Baffling? He put millions in the right pockets of both sides of the aisle. He’ll never see a day in jail. Epstein’ed maybe.

He gave millions to the Democrat party. This gives him immunity just like Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton and bunches of other high-rankers in the party. Bankman-Fried will be old news in another month.

Because he is a Dem who kicked back to the DNC.
Hope this helps.

He is not in custody for the same reason that Jeffrey Epstein got off in his Florida arrest.

Investing with this wacko clown job makes as much sense as the people of PA electing John Fetterwoman? When common sense dies this is the sort of Schiff you get.

This is so simple that I can’t believe I actually have to explain it. He's not in custody yet because he’s a Democrat!

It's not so surprising, there are more criminals sitting in the Bahamas in modern days than there were when pirates ran rampant all over the Caribbean.

You have to figure, using a DC UniParty” and worldly view, if Sam Bankman-Fried is not just about bulletproof as to criminal prosecution these days and will be as long as the leftist Democrats control the White House and the Department of Justice. Keeping in mind that Bankman-Fried handed the leftist Democrats as their second largest donor, about 40 million dollars to help finance Democrat midterm political campaigns.
