The Biden administration announced it will pay $75 million to relocate three Native American tribes whose communities are being impacted by climate change.
The Interior Department's relocation grants, announced at the White House Tribal Nations Summit on Wednesday, will provide $25 million each to Washington State's Quinault Indian Nation, Alaska's Newtok Village and Alaska's Native Village of Napakiak.
The Quinault Indian Nation is located on the Quinault River at the Pacific Ocean in Washington state, where the tribal community has been impacted by rising sea levels, storm surges and flooding, in addition to risks from tsunamis caused by earthquakes.

The Iniut and other tribes survived a journey across the land bridge between Asia and Alaska 10,000 years or more ago shortly before there really was global warming. They know how to take care of themselves through experience and lore. The government should just leave them alone instead of interfering. They will do better than most people, but not with our government "helping" them.

They live in a fantasy world. The sea hasn't risen any faster than in the past. There are no more storm surges than usual, and what the h do earthquakes have to do with "climate change"? It's just weird. The tribes probably promised to give several million of the loot to the Democrats.

Let me get this right. An inch of sea level rise every ten years has somehow flooded out entire tribes? This is a massive scam, some backhanded form of reparations.

BS, they were NOT impacted by anything that humans have done. The seas have been rising for many centuries. Around the world there are submerged coastal cities. Let them do what every other culture that planted a city too close to the edge has done....move inland and abandon the city.

When has Biden ever done anything that helped anyone?
When has the Federal Government's shuffling Indians around ever proven to their benefit?
Maybe Biden's minions are sincere, but it's more likely something else is afoot. Could this be a trial run for the Great reset? Or, is it just the same old mineral resource theft --for the Bidens, Cheneys etc.?

I’d like more information - is this the 21st Century’s version of The Trail of Tears? I strongly suspect investors or government want that land because of minerals or something else. This is extremely suspicious.

But wait, there’s more FTA:
The new tribal consultation standards were created with input received from Tribal Nations regarding Tribal consultation and ensure more consistency in how agencies initiate, provide notice for, conduct, record and report on Tribal consultations.
The memorandum will also require annual training regarding Tribal consultation for federal employees who work with Tribal Nations or on policies with Tribal implications, the White House said.
The White House said Tribal communities have been designated $32 billion from the American Rescue Plan, $13 billion in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and $700 million in the Inflation Reduction Act.
