Twin Federal Court Rulings Kneecap Trump's
Election Integrity Agenda

In back-to-back rulings this week, two federal judges dealt significant blows to separate pillars of President Trump's election-integrity agenda, concluding that both Executive Order 14248 ("Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections") and one of the initiative's principal implementation mechanisms ran afoul of federal law. On Monday, D.C. District Court Judge Sparkle Sooknanan dismantled the administration's implementation of the expanded SAVE system, holding that it violates the Privacy Act, the Social Security Act, and the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).

Lawmakers can and do write and pass law to protect theri illegal schemes. But the people remember. Either fix the elections or face our wrath. If we cant vote you out, we'll resort to the 2nd Amendment.

In a delightful case of FAFO, a professional complainer unwittingly acted out the precise meaning of DEI when taken to its logical conclusion, breaking the law and the social contract in one fell swoop, and lost her lefty sinecure as a consequence. Our story begins with a video of the grievance monger manifesting everything that is despicable about the entire "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" racket. Namely, the notion that one's immutable genetics and chromosomes, as well as one's exotic sexual proclivities, entitle certain people to help themselves to public resources, paid for by the labor of others, and no matter the mess they leave behind.

Major League Baseball Commissioner Robert Manfred responded to Missouri Senator Josh Hawley’s congressional investigation on Friday, doubling down on the MLB’s decisions to bar players from wearing Bible verses on their uniforms while allowing pride-themed uniforms to be worn. Manfred further blamed the San Francisco Giants for “inadequate” communication with its players for the recent controversy. This comes after Giants starting pitcher Landen Roupp and relief pitchers JT Brubaker and Ryan Walker stood up to the League’s liberal agenda being foisted upon players and fans by writing verses from Genesis on their hats.

Sir Keir Starmer wants to force social networks and video platforms to make BBC content more prominent. Under plans to further restrict private media firms, news from public service broadcasters would be given priority to fight “disinformation”. The proposals will set Sir Keir on a collision course with tech giants already frustrated by his under-16s social media ban. The Government is expected to start a consultation this week on the rules, which would force platforms such as Facebook and YouTube to boost content from the BBC, ITV and Channel 4. Sources at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport said the rules would make it easier for Britons to “discover trusted news sources” online.

As the Department of Health and Human Services continues to commemorate Men’s Health Month, the department’s assistant secretary for health told the Daily Signal that President Donald Trump’s administration is focused on revitalizing fatherhood for the benefit of the nation. “We want to make a positive impact on men’s health during this administration,” Adm. Brian Christine told the Daily Signal. “In this administration, men matter.” Christine’s remarks come as the United States is witnessing a historic decline in men’s suicide rates, obesity, hypertension, and depression, while also seeing a rise in fertility and testosterone levels.

On her final day as director of national intelligence Friday, Tulsi Gabbard released damning declassified evidence accusing Dr. Anthony Fauci of causing the COVID-19 pandemic, engaging in a cover-up about the virus origins in China and lying to Congress about it. Perhaps most disturbingly, he was assisted by the US intelligence community. “It’s time you know the truth,” said Gabbard when she released “never-before-seen communications and documents exposing how Dr. Fauci provided millions in US taxpayer dollars to fund dangerous gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab, worked with politicized elements within the Intelligence Community to suppress the truth about his actions and hide the virus’ lab-leak origins,

At 72, Robet F. Kennedy, Jr. is an impressively educated environmental lawyer, author, aggressive activist on vaccines, critic of the pharmaceutical and food industries, and a lifetime political activist, many of whose credentials — particularly his creative thinking — appealed to President Trump, who nominated him to be Secretary of Health and Human Services. Of course, lifetime Democrats went crazy, as did a good number of his still prominent relatives, as well as Big Pharma and also 75 Nobel laureates who urged the U.S. Senate to oppose Kennedy’s nomination. But RFK Jr.was ultimately confirmed and sworn in by Supreme Court justice Neil Gorsuch in the Oval Office —

Democratic socialists are making gains in mayoral races across several of the nation’s largest cities. The latest breakthrough came in Washington, where Janeese Lewis George won the Democratic primary and is positioned to capture the mayor’s office in November in a city dominated by Democratic voters. Lewis George campaigned on a platform that includes subsidized or free child care, expanded assistance for homebuyers, community-based anti-crime initiatives and opposition to President Donald Trump’s efforts to reshape the nation’s capital. “People are tired of hearing what government can’t do. They want to hear what government can do,” Lewis George said before the primary election.

Tens of thousands of Iranian dissidents gathered Saturday in Paris for a demonstration that was supposed to be filled with historic symbolism: a city synonymous with revolution and resistance hosting a massive call for the oppressive regime in Iran to be toppled. Instead, French authorities banned the march. The result was a confrontation that transformed the annual gathering of the world’s largest Iranian dissident group into a debate about France and whether the government of President Emmanuel Macron yielded to security fears or pressure from Tehran.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Senate backed legislation on Tuesday directing President Donald Trump to halt U.S. military action against Iran, the latest rebuke of the Republican president from an increasingly restive Congress. The Senate voted 50-48 in favor of the war powers resolution, which passed the House ‌of Representatives early this month, reflecting growing concern even among some of Trump's Republicans about the unpopular conflict that began on February 28.
