President Donald Trump has referred to an unnamed Iranian someone (or someones) that he’s been negotiating with after the U.S. took out former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and most of his minions with Operation Epic Fury. The ayatollah’s son, Mojtaba Khamenei, was named the new supreme leader, but he’s been bedeviled by rumors that he’s not very bright, gay, and severely wounded. Meanwhile, he hasn’t been seen or heard in public, thus earning him the nickname the “Cardboard Ayatollah.” RedState’s Nick Arama has written previously that many speculate the man Trump is negotiating with is Iran's Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf,

Given their aggressive posture in today’s politics, you might assume the Democrats are in the ascendancy. In fact, however, they are in the midst of a long-term decline. YouGov charts party affiliation over the last 20 years. First, though, some historical perspective: 70 years ago, Democrats had a huge partisan advantage over Republicans. That advantage has steadily eroded over time, in large part because conservative Southerners, once Democrats, are now Republicans: Now, for the last 20 years: Over the past 20 years, the share of Americans who identify with or lean toward the Democratic Party has decreased at a steady pace.

Michigan's left-wing Democratic Senate candidate, Abdul El-Sayed, told staffers he wanted to avoid making a public statement about the assassination of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei—or taking any public position on it at all—because "there are a lot of people in Dearborn who are sad" about his death, according to audio from a private campaign strategy call obtainedIf reporters pressed him to take a position, he said, he would change the subject to Donald Trump's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. "I'm just gonna go straight to pedophilia, frankly," El-Sayed said. "I'll just be like, 'Pedophile president decides

The Democrats’ partial shutdown of the government, which has left the Department of Homeland Security underfunded and unable to operate efficiently, has now gone on for over 44 days. Dems have demanded radical and unacceptable reforms to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), or they’ll continue to throw their endless temper tantrums, no matter how many Americans it hurts. The latest Schumer Shutdown has caused Transportation Security Administration agents to go unpaid, resulting in over 500 officers quitting, massive no-shows, and hardships for agents who can’t pay their bills while Congress goes home for vacation. Once again, however, it would appear that the Dems

President Trump came out swinging against the "new regime" in Iran Monday morning, threatening in a Truth Social post to escalate military operations there if a deal isn't reached and the Strait of Hormuz isn't immediately reopened. The president indicated in his post that the U.S. has been in "serious discussions" with "A NEW, AND MORE REASONABLE, REGIME" to end the military operation. It's still unclear who, exactly, is part of this new regime and if it includes the presumed new Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei. Somewhat more clear is what the U.S. intends to do if a deal isn't reached "shortly"

Of course, Rowe's incredibly insightful commentary, which he posted to X on Sunday, was born from unfunny comedian Jimmy Kimmel's joke that maligned the fact that a plumber — that would be former plumber, former U.S. Senator from Oklahoma, and current Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Markwayne Mullin

On Sunday, a Frontier Airlines flight 2539 from Columbus, Ohio had to make an emergency landing at the Hartfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta after a passenger on board the aircraft made verbal bomb threats. The incident sparked a massive police response at the airport in Atlanta, Georgia, around 5pm on Sunday. The emergency landing took place shortly after that, amid allegations that the suspect allegedly tried to hijack the plane with the bomb threat. Fox 5 Atlanta reports citing the Atlanta Police Department, which is leading the investigation, that the bomb threat turned out to be a false alarm. However,

Kristen Welker said, “I want to start off by talking about the war with Iran. Senator, President Trump continues to insist that the United States is winning. Take a listen to a little bit of what he had to say this week.” Trump said, “Let me end with one. You know, you never like to say ‘too early’, you won…We won. We won the bet in the first hour. It was over. I think we won. The wind knocked out the Navy, the Air Force. We’ve knocked out

One of the surest ways you know that the left’s lame “No Kings” propaganda movement is inorganic is how much time, effort, and money must be concentrated every so many months just to get people to leave their homes for a narrow window in time on a single, slow-news Saturday. If the movement were truly grassroots and organic, you would be able to whip up a crowd in a day or so, especially if the movement were as nationwide as organizers want you to believe. If the movement were as real and as big as the organizers want you to believe, participants would be so “local”

At 87 years old, California Rep. Maxine Waters isn’t just part of the Democratic gerontocracy the party is trying to fight against — she’s arguably its most visible face. Thus, approaching the 2026 election, you’d think that she’d be considering retiring — and if not that, at least scaling back her role a bit. Pulling a Pelosi, if you will: take it a bit easy and let your stock portfolio do the work for you. But, no. Not only does crazy old Auntie Maxine plan on running for her 19th term in office — which she’ll almost certainly succeed at, given her name recognition and how blue her district is

It’s becoming increasingly obvious that, despite a 53-47 Republican majority, the U.S. Senate is a graveyard for President Trump’s agenda. This is largely the fault of Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.), who has never been a strong supporter of the President. Despite this, most Republicans hoped that Thune would work to advance Trump’s priorities, particularly after his decisive 2024 victory provided the momentum for the GOP to retake the Senate. But Thune’s refusal to get the SAVE America Act passed and his surrender to the Democrats on DHS funding — without additional money for ICE or CPB — dashed any hope.

A Ventura County woman has died from a rattlesnake bite she suffered while hiking at Wildwood Regional Park, authorities said Wednesday. The recent fatality marks the second rattlesnake-related death in California this month. Experts say record-breaking heat has made the snakes active earlier than usual. Southern California is a hiker’s paradise, but out on the trails, you’re rarely alone. The Southern Pacific rattlesnake is “right at home in the cracks and crevices of the great outdoors,” said local hiker Croy Tan. “Technically, this is where they are. This is their place, you know what I mean,” he added. On March 14, the Ventura County Fire Department said a 46-year-old woman

We wonder if anyone has conducted a demographic survey of the people who showed up at the “No Kings” protests around the country, because we suspect the results would be an embarrassment. We noticed as a rally marched down the main street in Pasadena, California, that the protesters were comprised almost entirely of white people who were predominantly middle-aged or older. (This is a city that is 40% black and Hispanic, according to the Census Bureau.) So we looked at videos and pictures from protests in other cities around the country this past Saturday, and noticed

It’s like a pandemic: Weekly news reports of yet another teacher arrested for having an erotic relationship with a student – often a young, attractive female exploiting a teen male under the age of consent. But this phenomenon of “educator sexual misconduct,” or ESM, is not as bad as it appears. In fact, it’s worse. Such stories evoke the prurient pop music theme found in the rock band Van Halen’s 1984 tune “Hot For Teacher.” However, in the real world, the overwhelming majority of these criminal relationships are never disclosed and prosecuted, and their destructive impact on victims goes largely unreported.

The Pentagon is preparing for weeks of boots on the ground operations in Iran, a major escalation in President Trump’s goal to dismantle the remaining faction of the murderous Iranian regime, according to a report. Officials have been discussing plans for sending troops into Iran for weeks. American military operations entered their second month on Saturday, following the US-Israel joint attacks on Iranian military facilities and officials on Feb. 28,
