Paxton Is Doing More To Pass The SAVE

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said he would consider dropping his senatorial bid if Congress would lift the filibuster in order to pass the SAVE America Act. Paxton and Sen. John Cornyn are headed to a runoff in May after neither candidate secured a majority of the vote during Tuesday’s primary. The SAVE America Act would require documentary proof of citizenship to register and voter ID to cast a ballot in federal elections. The legislation is overwhelmingly popular, with polling showing roughly 80 percent of Americans — including a large number of Democrats — support voter ID and citizenship requirements.

Cornyn should ALSO offer to PDJT47 to drop out, 1) since he's been such a disappointment supporting MAGA, and 2) Paxton is full of energy....which is SOMETHING the US Senate needs.....however the RINO Weasels populating the thing would 'hardly' want to work with Paxton, only difference is he conducts his ickly 'private life/affairs' is a much more public way that all the weasels do in private....Texas is to the point, we really don't care, he is getting RESULTS in his job, and might be an asshold at home, but he is getting results in the Arena....

If the SAVE act does not go through, I know a bunch of republicans who are going to lose their jobs and probably the majority for the next two years. Secure voting is more important than individual careers. It takes a lot of mental effort to get out and vote knowing that some Mexican or dead person is going to neutralize your effort. Get it done, you corrupt and lazy frauds.

The other side of this coin is that if Paxton drops out, the probability of Cornyn losing the next election goes up.

The geopolitical ramifications of the oil and liquified natural gas (LNG) impact from the ongoing conflict with Iran is changing many of the world’s energy supply chains. Given the nature of the issues there are a myriad of complex dynamics to discuss. However, one key component is the U.S. policy shift to deal with the supply. With that in mind, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent appears with Larry Kudlow to discuss the United States’ new $20 billion maritime reinsurance plan as well as the ongoing conflict in Iran. CTH will be expanding the conversation specifically as it relates to Russian oil/gas sales. This is a good precursor interview. WATCH:

In a big win for the Constitution, a federal appeals court ruled on Thursday that Washington, D.C.’s gun magazine restriction is unconstitutional. In a 2-1 ruling, the three-judge panel found that the federal district’s ban on firearm magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds violates the Second Amendment. Judges Joshua Deahl (Trump appointee) and Catharine Easterly (Obama appointee) comprised the majority, while Chief Judge Anna Blackburne-Rigsby (Bush 43 appointee) dissented.

The Ukraine war was the only war in modern history with ZERO mainstream media reports complete with helmets, flak jackets and play-by-play reporting of every moment within the conflict. Why?

Additionally, the Israeli military has reported they dismantled an underground bunker system in Tehran used by regime leadership. Originally the bunker was used by slain Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei underneath the leadership compound in central Tehran. The bunker was targeted by 50 Israeli fighter jets and subsequently destroyed. President Trump announced via Truth Social that he will not seek any terms with Iran other than unconditional surrender.

Apparently, Crenshaw was blindsided and didn’t see it coming.  American gasoline prices continued to rise on Friday and are up the most of any week since 2022. Iran widened attacks on energy-producing countries near its borders and the Strait of Hormuz remains closed to shipping, dashing hopes for a quick resolution to a crisis sending shockwaves through global markets. The United States last Saturday began a military campaign in Iran, one that has continued throughout the week with aggression. Friday at 1 p.m. Eastern, the U.S. national average price for regular gasoline had jumped approximately 35.9 cents per gallon from the same time in the previous week, reaching approximately $3.34 per gallon, according to GasBuddy.

A significant number of House Democrats voted “no” on declaring the Islamic Republic of Iran a “state sponsor of terrorism.” Sponsored by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) were expected to vote “no,” a full 53 proved somewhat surprising. The resolution said nothing about President Trump’s strikes on Iran, while saying the regime “remains the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism and provides substantial financial and military support to groups including Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis,”

Does being an European "ally" of America even mean anything anymore? That's a valid question after several NATO nations not only initially denied the use of their military bases during Operation Epic Fury, the ongoing attack on Iran, but also offered tacit support for the Islamic regime. Perhaps the most public betrayal came from Spain, whose left-wing prime minister claimed the United States was violating "international law."Given Spain's history over the last century or so, it wasn't exactly surprising that they'd take the side of Islamic fascists over the country that pays for their defense.
