On Friday, Politico featured an article about President Trump’s pick for Federal Reserve chair, Kevin Warsh, and the announced opposition from Republican U.S. Senator Thom Tillis: This article is very complementary for Sen. Tillis, whose opposition to Warsh will certainly slow down, if not block the nomination process for Warsh on the Senate Banking Committee, where the GOP has only a 13 to 11 majority. Politico, of course, is a MSM news organ that hates Donald Trump, conservatism, and the GOP, while shamelessly in the tank for the Democrats and progressives. President Trump has invited several nations — including key U.S. allies — to join his “Board of Peace” to oversee postwar restoration efforts in the Gaza Strip, but several world leaders have rejected the request, and one country had its invitation revoked.
The board was established after the first phase of Trump’s 20-point peace plan to rehabilitate Gaza after Israel and Hamas reached a fragile ceasefire deal following two years of conflict that destroyed much of the territory’s infrastructure and killed tens of thousands of Palestinians. The Trump administration launched the board at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, and issued invitations for 60 countries to join the board.
The professional networking company LinkedIn removed a conservative organization’s post that encouraged states to cooperate with federal immigration authorities on Wednesday, later saying it did so in “error.” The company initially claimed the post constituted “hateful speech.”
In its post from earlier this week, the State Freedom Caucus Network (SCFN) underscored the “essential” work the Department of Homeland Security is doing in removing the millions of illegal aliens the Biden administration allowed into the United States. The group further noted the importance of states working alongside ICE and Customs and Border Protection officials to remove such individuals — including unlawfully present criminals — from America’s streets.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) enters the 2026 midterms in strong financial shape.
The same cannot be said for the Democratic National Committee (DNC).
According to a report from The New York Times, the DNC currently has $14 million on hand but is carrying $17.5 million in debt, leaving the party roughly $3.5 million in the red.
Party leaders are said to be “privately alarmed” by the state of the finances.By contrast, the RNC is sitting on a $95.1 million war chest and reports no debt.
