Former Special Counsel Jack Smith, failed leader of President Joe Biden’s Justice Department efforts to convict Donald Trump, is partnering with other leading figures in the lawfare against Trump to create a law firm.
Smith is joining ex-Department of Justice prosecutors Tim Heaphy, David Harbach, and Thomas Windom.
As Yahoo News reported:
The lawyers all played leading roles investigating Trump during his years out of power. Smith and two members of his team, Harbach and Windom, obtained indictments against Trump for attempting to overturn his 2020 election defeat and illegally retaining classified documents.
A former Obama-era U.S. Attorney, Heaphy was the lead investigative lawyer for the House of Representatives committee

European Christians have celebrated the birth of Jesus Christ in their town squares for roughly 400 years in what became known as "Christmas markets." They began in German-speaking regions of Central Europe and spread to Poland, Croatia, France, and beyond. Then the globalists gavaged marauding Muslims into Europe. Since then, Christmas in Europe hasn't been the same. It's been downright dangerous. Erbach, Germany, was one of the latest scenes of Yuletide destruction, which frequently occurs at the hands of Islamist freebooters who demand tolerance but can't seem to thole some back to their hosts. Sometimes the pillagers have gone so far as to decapitate the Baby Jesus.

How far did the wokeness mania inside Joe Biden’s White House go? Far enough that his former secretary of State ordered the department to shift typefaces on the basis of diversity and inclusion.
Now, Donald Trump’s secretary of State, Marco Rubio, is switching it back — and the media somehow thinks that’s the fact they should be mocking, not the fact that Biden’s people switched typefaces because of DEI. And they wonder why Donald Trump got elected in 2024. Multiple reports Tuesday confirmed that Secretary of State Rubio ordered the State Department to switch from the font Calibri — a sans-serif font — to Times New Roman, generally considered

Dallas pastor Frederick Haynes, who hailed anti-Semitic preacher Louis Farrakhan as a "great" man and lashed out at Israel in a sermon just one day after the Oct. 7 Hamas attack, is running to replace a member of his congregation in Congress: firebrand House Democrat Jasmine Crockett (Texas).
Haynes filed paperwork for Texas's 30th district on Monday, shortly after Crockett launched a campaign for Senate. "She’s the baddest sister out there," Haynes, the pastor of Friendship-West Baptist Church, said at a Senate kickoff event for Crockett. Haynes is likely to have an advantage in the race thanks to his alliance with Crockett, who frequently attends Friendship-West

Democrats can now add a major city in Donald Trump’s home state — and one set to host his future presidential library — to its list of off-cycle election wins. In a Tuesday runoff, Miamians elected Eileen Higgins as mayor, the first woman in the city’s history to hold the job and the first Democrat in 28 years. Higgins, a former county commissioner, defeated Republican Emilio González, an ex-city manager who had the endorsement of Trump and Gov. Ron DeSantis. Though the race and the job of mayor are nominally nonpartisan, the election generated sizable interest from national Democrats and Republicans. Higgins’ win adds to the slew of victories

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the arrest of two New Jersey men Tuesday who allegedly threatened to torture and murder assistant secretary of Homeland Security for public affairs Tricia McLaughlin.
Authorities charged Ricardo Antonio Roman-Flores and Emilio Roman-Flores over posts on social media that declared their intentions to shoot United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents on sight and to hang McLaughlin, according to a Tuesday release by DHS. Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons vowed that threats against officials would not be tolerated.
“Let this be a warning to anyone who dares threaten or attack our brave law enforcement officers,”

Civil war and famine spurred many Somalians to immigrate to the United States in 1991 and settle in Minnesota. That was 34 years ago. Somalians could have assimilated into U.S. culture by now, but American taxpayers have been roped into funding programs that coddle Somalians’ Third-World culture and disincentivize their assimilation.
The Somali population explosion has rendered parts of Minneapolis unrecognizable as they impose a decidedly non-American culture on every aspect of the city. Somalis are members of the police force, city council, state legislature, and even Congress, still speaking their own language in those positions and, at times, cutting English speakers out of the loop.

National Guardsman Andrew Wolfe, shot at close range by an Afghan alien in D.C. just before Thanksgiving, is now able to do some physical therapy as he recovers. Wolfe’s mother, Melody, described him as being in “stable but critical condition,” able to respond to commands and move different parts of his body. He also voluntarily reached out to comfort his mother as she sat by his bedside. Hopefully, he will be alert and out of critical condition by Christmas, but doctors appear to be cautious in their positive statements about the likely progress of his recovery. Melody Wolfe herself shared an update that

The man behind a viral app that tracks deportation officers is accusing the Trump administration of violating his free speech rights after Apple removed the app from its store.
Joshua Aaron, the liberal activist who launched ICEBlock earlier this year, filed a lawsuit against several top administration officials in federal court on Monday, according to court documents.
Aaron, who has publicly praised Antifa in the past and likened Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to Nazis, is claiming the White House unconstitutionally suppressed his free speech rights when it successfully provoked Apple into removing ICEBlock from its App Store in October.

South Carolina GOP Rep. Nancy Mace slammed her party's House leadership Monday in an opinion piece for the New York Times, where she claimed that former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was a "more effective" leader than Republicans.
Mace is the latest female Republican lawmaker to blast House leadership and the Trump administration, after Georgia firebrand Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene broke from her party to criticize its leadership in recent months.
"I came to Congress five years ago believing I could make a difference for my constituents, for South Carolina and for a country I love deeply," Mace wrote in her piece. "But I’ve learned that the system in the House

A veteran producer at CNN now serves as a registered foreign agent for the Qatar Foundation working to "elevate and promote" the regime-led nonprofit "within U.S. media," federal disclosures reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon show.
Monika Plocienniczak joined CNN as an associate producer in 2010, shortly after she graduated with a master's degree in journalism from Columbia University. She left the network five years later to work in the public relations industry, eventually joining the New York-based firm RF Binder as a managing director in December 2023. It was then that Plocienniczak registered as a foreign agent representing the Qatar Foundation. In her federal disclosure, which is active through

Just like his genders, this Delaware Democrat likes his commemoration days both ways.
Rep. Sarah McBride, the country’s first transgender U.S. representative, used Sunday’s anniversary of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor that killed more than 2,000 Americans to promote a video celebrating Delaware’s status as the first state to ratify the Constitution.
It was trite, it was chatty, and it was a slap in the face to the country’s history, its military, and to the dwindling number of survivors of the attack that brought the United States into World War II. Check it out here, complete with Rep. McBride’s little joke about “identity.”
