I know from my own multiple experiences that if I get an interview for a technical position and the "boss" that interviews me is from Indian, I'm not getting the job. That is another dirty little secret that Silicon Valley tries to hide.

I agree with #2. Not just LanceSoft, but every company that discriminates against US citizens. Seize all their records, their phones, their computers and freeze their bank accounts. Essentially put them out of business until the cases are settled. It shouldn't take more than 10 or 20 such cases before these companies realize the DOJ means business and they stop discriminating.

One would think companies would be wary of excluding American citizens on their own soil. Surely there's some sort of punishment. Fines, or restrictions on operating in the US. I hope this story gets more interest. It doesn't sound right.

Catholics beware: Virginia Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger apparently doesn’t consider it disqualifying for someone to endorse an activist group that considers the official teaching of your faith “hateful.” Stanley Meador, formerly the special agent in charge at the Richmond FBI office, approved the notorious memo targeting “radical-traditional Catholics” and citing as a reliable source a far-left activist group that characterizes part of the Catechism of the Catholic Church as hateful enough to merit inclusion on a map with chapters of the Ku Klux Klan. Spanberger, who presents herself as a moderate and uniter, nominated Meador the commonwealth’s next secretary of public safety and homeland security.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed suit on Friday against the East Plano Islamic Center, a related development company, and several leaders, accusing them of securities fraud in fundraising for a proposed 400-acre Muslim community in Collin and Hunt counties. The civil action alleges that Community Capital Partners, created by the center to buy and develop the land, sold securities without verifying that more than 10% of buyers were accredited investors as required by law and diverted substantial funds for personal use despite promises otherwise.

Democrats in Washington have spent the last two years celebrating the Inflation Reduction Act’s drug-pricing provisions. And, yes, lower prices and a $2,000 out-of-pocket cap make for good headlines, but beneath that victory lap sits a part of the health-care system almost no one thinks about: the pharmacies that serve nursing-home residents. Their stability determines whether millions of elderly Americans receive the medications they rely on every day. Those pharmacies are the weak point in the IRA rollout, and the pressure on them is building. Long-term-care (LTC) pharmacies aren’t retail storefronts. They don’t rely on walk-in traffic, and they don’t have the product mix that helps chains absorb financial shocks.

Americans with concerns about the influx of unvetted “migrants” have another example to worry about — and another potential future to be infuriated over. The venerable German tradition of Christmas markets — festive villages blossoming in city centers for the seasonal celebration — is taking a dark turn with the installation of massive security measures in the wake of deadly attacks by Muslims in recent years. And as U.K. conservative firebrand Tommy Robinson put it: “Christmas market in Germany is starting to look like a war zone.” It isn’t hard to see what he’s talking about. The targeted schools must notify students that their certification is in jeopardy. Another 4,500 schools are being warned they may face similar action. When the far left began to subsume cultural institutions, there was one “holy grail” (pun very much intended) target that they had their eyes set on: The church. While some churches resisted the calls to leftism, a fair number of them did not, leading to a rise in hyper-progressive churches that seem more interested in the rainbow of the LGBT movement than the crimson blood of Jesus Christ. Those same churches also became hyper-politicized, often siding with the left-wing establishment when it comes to all things President Donald Trump and his administration — including immigration enforcement. Before we get into the details of what President Trump wants to do and why, we need to talk about what “remittances” actually are. Because most Americans don’t realize just how massive this system is or how much of our economy has been very quietly bleeding out thanks to it. Remittances are simple: illegals come here, take jobs, use our schools, hospitals, roads, and services,
