Boasberg’s Senate Spying Gag Order Violated
Federal Law

Original Article

Judge James Boasberg, the lawfare fanatic serving as the chief judge of the U.S. District Court for D.C., issued an order intended to conceal the Biden administration’s attempted seizure of Sen. Ted Cruz’s phone records. In doing so, it appears he likely violated federal law. According to Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, as part of the Biden administration’s “Arctic Frost” inquiry dead set on targeting Republicans in battleground states, Special Counsel Jack Smith, who led the get-Trump lawfare for years, “secretly obtained phone record data from at least eight senators and one congressman.”

Even if impeachment fails to garner a conviction and removal, Congress does not need a 2/3 majority to redraw judicial district lines in such a way as to leave these black-robed tyrants without a judicial seat, i.e. out of a job. Though taxpayers will still be on the hook for their salaries, at least we won't be paying for the undermining of our constitutional republic.

Another spyder: Another nothing. If this "judge" managed to call for a Senator's phone records and he gets the information he's looking for, he needs to get prosecuted. Sent to Alcatraz. Oh well. We all know what this means? A big fat nothing burger. The judge just goes on with his dirty work and gets away with no prosecution. Getting tired with all this garbage.

A properly functioning judicial system by right should function with the assumption that honor will dominate its decisions and behavior. It is vulnerable to calculating scoundrels. Boasberg is a calculating scoundrel. Impeachment isn‘t a sufficient response to his behavior.

We have recently seen corrupt immigration court judges arrested (and now awaiting trial) for assisting defendants subject to ICE detainers to evade the ICE agents waiting outside the court. Those judges broke the law and are receiving the consequences. I see no reason why Bozoberg should get any less consideration by the Department of Justice. And last time I checked, there was no exemption in The Constitution permitting members of the courts to be free of prosecution for breaking laws. Arrest Boasberg, and if possible, deny him bail so that he cannot work as a thinly-veiled judicial activist for law-breaking Democrats.

#2--Yes and no.....judges have limited immunity for acts undertaken as judges, but not if they intentionally violate the law under the guise of judicial action. This one is in that area but who is going to be the judge who sits to convict his fellow jurist? Find me a judicial Boasberg enemy and I'll show you a Chief Justice and bud of Boasberg who will be sitting on the SCOTUS to rule that unfriendly judge has a conflict of interest.

The crises at the heart of the government shutdown fight in Washington were coming to a head Saturday as the federal food assistance program faced delays and millions of Americans were set to see a dramatic rise in their health insurance bills. The impacts on basic needs — food and medical care — underscored how the impasse is hitting homes across the United States. Plans by the Trump administration to freeze payments to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program on Saturday were halted by federal judges, but the delay in payouts will still likely leave millions of people short on their grocery bills.

As Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits dry up during Democrats’ government shutdown, the left-wing media along with millions of Americans reliant on SNAP are complaining about the lapse in coverage. But mixed into these complaints is a viral article highlighting that roughly 90,000 noncitizens will also lose SNAP access — not because of the shutdown, but because of the One Big Beautiful Bill. Advocates for noncitizens using taxpayer-funded welfare are using the moment of outrage about SNAP benefits pausing to pile on their grievances. The problem?Americans are realizing, many for the first time, just how much SNAP has been exploited to pay for noncitizens’ groceries.
