Rogue Judge Boasberg May Finally Be Impeached

Original Article

Judge James Boasberg's chickens may finally be coming home to roost. The Obama-nominated chief judge of the United States District Court for D.C. now faces impeachment articles that Rep. Brandon Gill (R-Tex.) filed, thanks to explosive revelations surrounding Operation Arctic Frost—a coordinated effort that saw 197 subpoenas unleashed against Republicans in Congress and citizens during the Biden administration. The specifics make your blood boil. Then-Special Counsel Jack Smith sought Sen. Ted Cruz's communications from AT&T, and Boasberg rubber-stamped the request. But here's where it gets really ugly: Boasberg issued an order explicitly prohibiting AT&T from notifying Cruz that his records were being seized.

If impeached by the House, it seems unlikely that the RINOs in the Senate will convict him. And it is a 100% certainty that NO Dem will vote for either, they love what this crooked guy has been doing, the laws be damned.

Yes, it's probable that the Senate Dems would not convict this "Judge," but I would expect the House to vote articles of impeachment ... and the hearings and trials are an excellent opportunity to place before the American people the crimes of this Judge and the Deep State cabal. Do it anyway.

I absolutely LOVE that kid, Congressman Gil. But why is ONLY one freshman congressman filing these papers? Where the hell are the other republicans? I know, I know, hiding under their beds as usual. Well thank you Congressman Gil. Boasberg been cruising for an impeachment. And unless the rest of the republican congressional delegation and senate wimp out, I can't wait for this criminal to finally be made to account for his corruption. And God, please let him be the first of many not only judges to be impeached (And John Roberts we don't give a rat's nose what your opinion is) but the other criminal characters from the FBI, DOJ, and all of the other alphabet agencies that tried to take out Trump and other Republicans and succeeded in lawlessly putting J6 and others behind bars. They must all be held accountable.

I am tired of #47 taking all the hits because he is out front getting things done and the "yeah..what he said" Repubs camping out on Foxnews. pay attention to #17. Impeachment is the same as an indictment. The House indicts, and the Senate holds a trial. Removal from the bench is a probable penalty, if convicted by the Senate.

While Senate Democrats have spent the past month pretending the crisis is all the GOP’s fault, Fetterman has blown up that narrative by calling it what it is: self-inflicted chaos. In a stunning interview with CNN’s Manu Raju, Fetterman didn’t just criticize the Democratic Party line—he bulldozed it. “Americans are not leverage,” he said, as food assistance programs teetered on collapse with SNAP benefits hours away from drying up. “This is not some sh—y gameshow about who’s winning or whatever.”
