It looks like it may finally be the execrable former Obama CIA head John Brennan's time.
The House Judiciary Committee announced on Tuesday that they were making a criminal referral to the Department of Justice for action. The Chair of the Committee, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), alleged that Brennan had lied to Congress. Rep. Jim Jordan claims in the letter:
1. Brennan falsely denied that the CIA relied on the discredited Steele dossier in drafting the post-election Intelligence Community Assessment.
2. Brennan falsely testified when he told the Committee that the CIA opposed including the Steele dossier in the ICA.
3. Brennan also provided false testimony during a HPSCI hearing in 2017.
