Anonymous Federal Judges Go To War Against
the Supreme Court

Have federal district judges peaked? Democrat judges, especially Biden judges, have been issuing insane rulings trying to stop President Trump from doing pretty much anything. These rulings are so bad that even Justice Kagan, hardly a Trump pal, was baffled by them. I’ve argued that these rulings are literal lawfare, there’s no pretense that these various blocks are even legal, they’re there to force Trump to go to the Supreme Court. And then the Supreme Court, especially its weakest man, Chief Justice Roberts to mull over what the cocktail party set will say and cringe over being accused of being a rubber stamp for Trump.

Comments:

Lower court judges anonymously whine to NBC that the USSC doesn't have their backs as they undermine PDJT. Mark Levin nailed this one on his radio show yesterday, noting that the job of the USSC was to uphold The Constitution and not to affirm lower court rogue judges.

A few days ago, some judge made a ruling and their comments sounded like they were reciting lefty talking points. Biden admin was hiring activists to be judges. They really shouldn't even be in these positions. They aren't judges.

Interesting, these leftist judges are complaining that SCOTUS is doing what they themselves are doing and is impeeding their lawfare. But, that is exactly what the Left does. Also, one has to question whether these judges even exist since NBC is not knows for its honesty and integrity.

" It’s a war against the Supreme Court, the Constitution and the rule of law." Leftist judges believe they are empowered to make up law as they go along. Written and approved law, including the Constitution, is only a weak guideline to be set aside at their whim. Unfortunately, they have been getting away with this for decades. It came into focus with allowing abortion at a federal level, an authority NOT granted in the Constitution. This SCOTUS corrected that error and continues to dial back federal overreach. The Left is getting more and more desperate. Their propaganda media is trying to stir up resistance. The Left is attacking the Constitution, stating that the reference to "God given rights" is similar to Iranian religious philosophy and therefore very dangerous. Of course this is insane but the Left is desperate to break the Constitution and all that flows from it so that they can do whatever they want. The reality is that law by judicial whim is no law at all. How can any citizen know if they are "breaking" the law when it is "created from whole cloth" only when you are pulled into court. How do you know if you are speeding if there are no set speed limits. Even if there are and you are obeying them, what happens when a judge, by whim, decides he doesn't agree with the set limit and fines you anyway? It would be chaos. The message would be, don't get noticed by the State because they will ruin you, one way or another. This is how Socialist countries work.

While I understand the comment about forcing Trump administration to go to the Supreme Court, and it's likely Justice Roberts is uncomfortable with many of these types of cases, I don't see it the same as the writer. I see it as a continuation of the non-peaceful transition that was launched by the Obama administration back in 2016 with the intent to obstruct and slow any progress President Trump could have. It also ties his administration up to prevent them from finding the files that would uncover many of the events crafted against the Trump campaign, the Hillary email server scandal, etc... The lawfare campaign is also designed to push against the massive government build up under Obama and Biden but also includes Trump 1.0 since they were pretty successful in maintaining the high level of government employment his first term. Let's hope SCOTUS finds the means to shut these activist judges down, and soon.

The federal judicial system is a mess, and badly needs changes at all levels below SCOTUS. Begin with imposing some kind of term limitation, and some kind of performance review process that will penalize political decisions and downright incompetence. What is happening now is nothing short of governance by judicial fiat, and it has to stop if our constitutional republic is to survive.

The optics for the Democratic Party are not great at the moment. Whether it's vehemently rejecting President Trump's mission to restore law and order in crime-ridden progressive cities or opposing the deportation of criminal illegal aliens, the party of confused radicals - still unable to define what a woman is - bankrolled by rogue leftist billionaires and propped up by dark-money NGOs, has firmly branded itself as the party of "America Last." If Democrats had their way, no illegal alien would ever be deported. That's because these third-worlders are seen as the party's future voting base to seize more political power.

Britain's Royal Air Force scrambled spy planes as it joined NATO in a huge hunt for a Russian submarine suspected of threatening a US aircraft carrier off Norway. In what defence sources are calling a 'highly unusual surge' of activity, NATO allies have deployed at least 27 specialist submarine-hunting sorties since Sunday in an urgent bid to track the vessel. The operation, which insiders insist is not a drill, comes as the USS Gerald R. Ford - the most advanced and expensive aircraft carrier in the world, worth around £11 billion, carries out exercises with the Norwegian Navy in Arctic waters.

In the wake of Robin Westman’s deadly Minneapolis rampage, some troll in the bowels of the Trump Justice Department reportedly proposed blocking trans people from buying firearms by declaring them all “mentally ill.” This, of course, is absurd as a simple matter of law: No rule that strips a (dubiously-defined) group of their Second Amendment rights has any chance of holding up in court. And if it did somehow survive, that’s an open invitation for future progs to create their own “mentally ill by definition” categories — deployable to limit lots of other rights.
