IF the appointment of the most egregious of judges can be seen to be improper, we should pursue their removal. Congress should also require a PUBLIC, VERIFIABLE record of specific approval (in the Congressional Record?) for ALL autopen usage. For example, pardon approval should list all individuals to be pardoned. There should be no "class" pardons. If there is nothing in the Record, the autopen should not be used. Further, for significant Presidential actions, the autopen should not be allowed, i.e. major legislation, war actions, ...

Innuendo is one thing, and objective truth is another. Courts respond only to what can be proven (unless you're Letitia james/Alvin Bragg/Fani Willis) and if it can be proven that people who had no authority or business using the Presidential signature to grant pardons, should'nt they be prosecuted? Should a President (for example, BIDEN) be able to issue blanket pardons to his crackhead bagboy son Hunter for cirmes he hasn't even committed yet? If Washington, Adams, Jefferson, & Franklin saw the synopsis of the Biden Presidency, I should hope that they include in the Constitution that a sitting President may NOT issue blanket pardons to their own family. If they want that let them play Monopoly and draw a GET OUT OF JAIL FREE card.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom claimed that he did not want to bulldoze the remains of burned-down Palisades houses and replace them with low-income housing. But that is apparently exactly what he’s doing now, with the help of the California legislature—and Donald Trump’s special missions envoy is furious. Richard Grenell accused Newsom of lying about his fire recovery goals. Newsom had scoffed, “The claim that the Governor wants to bulldoze fire victims’ neighborhoods and replace them with ‘affordable housing’ is absurd.” But he just announced over $100 million for building low-income housing in the area of the Palisades and other burned areas, as a bill moves through the California

President Donald Trump announced Wednesday afternoon, July 16 that Coca-Cola has agreed to use real cane sugar for its soda beverages sold in the U.S. "I have been speaking to Coca-Cola about using REAL Cane Sugar in Coke in the United States, and they have agreed to do so," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "I’d like to thank all of those in authority at Coca-Cola. This will be a very good move by them — You’ll see. It’s just better!" USA TODAY has reached out to Coca-Cola for confirmation on the president's announcement. A spokesperson for the company told Reuters the Atlanta-based company will share details on new offerings

I'm sorry, y'all. I can't crack on this greasy, pathetic sleazeball enough. But this post will not be dedicated to skewering oleaginous California Governor Gavin 'Randall-Flagg Lite' Newsom for being a complete slime whose propensity for lying and manipulative subterfuge gives pondscum a bad rap. (X) (As I said last week - y'all got took.) No. No. This is going to be a little different approach to tweaking twitchy Twinkle Teeth. Let's call it a lighthearted romp through the evidence of what a frickin' freakazoid he really is - if you can stand to take two seconds to watch him in action. I mean eyeballs on the man, watch. His mannerisms are...unsettling.

The alphabet wars are, as you might think, primarily about sexuality, sex, and sexual morality. When looked at in those terms, as many liberals do or claim to, you can see, if you squint hard enough, the point they make about just letting people live their lives in peace. At least until you start thinking about the impact that allowing men into women's spaces and reality slaps you in the face. Most liberals only like to think about the issue as a question of tolerance. What do we care if some men want to wear dresses? In many cases, that is the limit of their thought process, akin to asking
Gavin Newsom's Four Hour, Curse-Filled,

Four hours of gaslighting and cursing. I've watched most of Newsom's latest venture in podcast politics in a four-hour-long Shawn Ryan Show interview. It was a curse-word-filled apologia of his time as governor and how everything is great in LaLa Land. Here are some highlights. Gavin Newsom is in favor of gun control, but he's not. He presided over and encouraged the dumbest decriminalization of felonies, prompting massive theft rings to prey upon shop owners, causing a mass exodus of people and retail outlets, but California is one of the toughest on crime. He's not running for president, but he is.

Let's kick off this column by paraphrasing Ronald Reagan: there they go again. California Governor Gavin Newsom has been boldly — and annoyingly — trying to make a case to Democrats to be the party's presidential nominee in 2028. Some may say it's a premature bid but, let's be honest, our presidential election cycles are practically endless now. For all intents and purposes, the 2028 primary season starts next Sunday, just after brunch. Don't shoot the messenger. Newsom knows that he has to get a head start because he's attempting to do something that is nigh on impossible in the current Dem electoral climate:

Many of us can recall when Barack Obama eagerly proclaimed on the eve of his election "we are five days away from transforming the United States of America" to thundering cheers of adoration back in 2008. Very few failed to ask why America, a constitutional republic, with self-governance as its cornerstone, would need a transformation; and what would America be transformed into? What if Barack Obama was a fraud, a communist Muslim plant ensconced into the highest echelons of our government by the U.N. and the World Economic Forum

In the annals of bad judgment, Elon Musk's picked fight with President Trump over federal spending stands out as a beaut. While it's true that the recently passed congressional budget, a.k.a., the "Big Beautiful Bill" involved a small rise in spending in the bid to get it through, which was Musk's beef, a beef so strong he ended his relationship with President Trump, it also contained critical tax cuts which usually yield more in tax revenue than congressional estimates. as the economy booms. Zohran Mamdani is running for mayor of New York City at exactly the right time in American history. The confluence of a shattered Democratic Party, an electorate wild for change, and a bitterly divided opposition will make the 33-year-old socialist the next mayor of New York City. As long as he doesn't self-destruct, that is. We're going to see if Mamdani can keep his foot out of his mouth in the next three and a half months and avoid making his support of an "intifada" against Jews any larger of a campaign issue than it already is. Otherwise, there doesn't appear to be anything that can stop his election victory.

Salem Radio host Charlie Kirk peeled back the layers of the ongoing controversy surrounding the Epstein files. President Trump went nuclear on those pressing what he calls the Epstein hoax. Kirk expounded extensively on what he thinks is the rationale behind Trump’s moves on this matter. It’s worth a listen. In short, Trump doesn’t want a repeat of 2017, when he had to essentially quarantine his attorney general, which led to the Mueller probe and the derailing of his first administration. Kirk argues that’s not what the base wants;

California's embattled high-speed rail project suffered a major setback after Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced the termination of $4 billion in unspent federal funding by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). Citing 16 years of failure, no completed high-speed track, and escalating costs, Duffy declared the project, dubbed the "train to nowhere," a mismanaged and over-budget "boondoggle." "This is California’s fault. Governor Newsom and the complicit Democrats have enabled this waste for years. Federal dollars are not a blank check – they come with a promise to deliver results," Duffy said in a statement.

The panel voted Thursday morning with only Republican support to advance Bove’s nomination, as every Democrat abstained from recording a vote either way. Sen. Maurene Comey, the daughter of former FBI Director James Comey, was fired Wednesday from the powerful Manhattan US Attorney’s Office — where she prosecuted Jeffrey Epstein, his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell and, most recently, Sean “Diddy” Combs,” sources told The Post. The reason for Comey’s firing, which law enforcement and Department of Justice sources confirmed, was not immediately clear. She was informed that she was being axed under Article II of the Constitution, which describes the powers of the president, the sources added. President Trump has a long history of conflicts with the elder Comey and fired him as FBI director in 2017 during his first term.
