Supreme Court Chief Roberts Just Defended
The Censorship-Industrial Complex

Original Article

Over the last decade, America’s ruling class has used the threat of “mis-, dis-, and mal-information” to justify turning the awesome powers of the administrative state against domestic Wrongthinkers from elite orthodoxy. The most insidious and far-reaching manifestation of this phenomenon has been seen in the Censorship-Industrial Complex, which has eroded our First Amendment, thereby imperiling the republic itself. Alarmingly, a new report indicates that the Supreme Court — which refused to bring the censorship regime to justice — not only shares this regime’s concerns about “disinformation,” but likewise supports robust and widespread action to “combat” it. The report comes from Chief Justice John Roberts himself.

Remember, Roberts said that there are no Republican or Democrat judges or justices. In making that statement, he either lied or he doesn't have the mental capacity to be a Supreme Court Justice. After watching some of his statements and votes over the years, I think it is both.

In a recent conversation on “The Breakfast Club,” host Charlamagne Tha God raised pointed criticisms about former President Barack Obama’s optics when he shared a moment of camaraderie with Donald Trump at Jimmy Carter’s funeral that went viral on social media. Charlamagne made it clear he saw this interaction as a stark contradiction to Obama’s previous rhetoric against Trump. Gee, Obama a hypocrite? Charlamagne began by questioning the political optics of the moment, saying, “After you went so hard calling somebody a threat to democracy and calling somebody a fascist and now you just chummy-chummy with the man? You told us he was a threat to democracy.

The last hope for a small glimmer of sanity in the years-long saga of the lawfare warriors against President Trump has been extinguished by a 5-4 vote of the United States Supreme Court in the following order, handed down late on the evening before the day the Democrats will have their most fervent wish granted: that President Trump will start his second term as president of the United States as a “convicted felon”: (ORDER LIST: 604 U.S.) THURSDAY, JANUARY 9, 2025 ORDER IN PENDING CASE 24A666 TRUMP, DONALD J. In this episode of "Try to Control Your Shock and Amazement"... Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi has long been criticized for her seemingly uncanny ability to grow her investment portfolio at dizzyingly high rates of return. Pelosi and her husband Paul Pelosi have a combined net worth of nearly $250 million. In 2024, they managed to beat the S&P 500 stock index by 200 percent. According to financial data platform Unusual Whales’ 2024 Congress Trading Report, the Pelosi portfolio grew 70.9 percent between December 29, 2023, and December 30, 2024, beating the S&P 500 stock index by nearly 200 percent in 2024 and continuing their year-over-year streak of outperforming the index.

The late, great Andrew Breitbart was one of the most quotable conservatives of his era. "Walk toward the fire," he exhorted his fellow activists. "Don't worry about what they call you. All those things are said against you because they want to stop you in your tracks." It was good advice when Breitbart said it during the contentious Barack Obama years, and it's even better advice during the era of hyper-woke dogma today. But if Breitbart the man is singularly identified with any one line, it would undoubtedly be his well-known quip that "politics is downstream of culture." Indeed, this pithy formulation became known as the "Breitbart Doctrine."

He doesn’t get enough credit for it, but in his first term, President Donald Trump shut down some of the worst taxpayer-funded animal abuses imaginable, from deadly dog and cat experiments to dangerous bat labs in Wuhan. My old friends at the non-profit White Coat Waste Project have just released a four-point-plan for Trump 2.0 that can save billions and make America great again for animals: Defund dog and cat testing, cut off animal labs in China, reinstate Trump’s Environmental Protection Agency animal testing phaseout, and abolish Fauci’s National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

Donald Trump just appointed a veteran who survived attempted Taliban murder to a position at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Back in October, when Sam Brown was running for Senate in Nevada, he described himself as a “fighter,” and said, “The Taliban tried to kill me and failed.” Terrorists set him on fire, and though he was seriously injured and scarred, he survived. Few people have been burned alive and survived, but Brown did, and now he will be joining the Trump administration to fight for his fellow veterans.

Why on earth are we still hearing more expressions of empathy for Luigi Mangione, alleged assassin of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson, than for his young children left fatherless? Incredibly silly women are fawning over the 26-year-old alleged cold-blooded killer of the CEO and even getting his face tattooed on their bodies as an everlasting memory of their stupidity. Some gays have idolized him as an 'icon,' too. Even jealous Sean Diddy Combs is complaining that Mangione is getting more attention than he is at the correctional center they’re both now imprisoned at.

Elon Musk took yet another jab at Justin Trudeau after the disgraced Canadian Prime Minister tried to take a final stand against President-elect Donald Trump's rhetoric suggesting the United States could absorb the Great White North. Last month, Trump kicked off the entire controversy when he slammed Trudeau for bristling at his potential tariff threat to persuade northern leaders to tighten border security. Trump joked, "If Canada can't survive without ripping off the US to the tune of $100 billion a year, then maybe Canada should become the 51st state, and Trudeau could become its governor." Since that point, the 47th President has consistently chided Trudeau on social media.

It’s the year of our Lord 2025, which means we can leave the Constitution-threatening chaos of 2024 behind, right? Wrong! Unless something is done to curb the democracy-destroying behavior of the Democrats and the deep state, the future of the country is still very much hanging in the balance. Thankfully, a new calendar and a new administration mark another opportunity for Americans to take back what is rightfully theirs. It won’t be easy. And unlike your New Year’s resolutions, these “ins and outs” should not be forgotten in a couple of weeks. But if they are executed correctly, it will be worth it.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who will now be forever known as the weirdo who ran with Kamala Harris in 2024 and failed, is now endorsing gun control activist David Hogg in his bid to be vice chair of the Democratic National Committee. The 2024 election showed that Democrats have a serious problem with men, who are fleeing their party in droves. It’s not clear how having David Hogg in a leadership position would do anything to help fix this problem for them. None of that seems to matter to Walz, who believes Hogg will provide the ‘courageous leadership our party needs right now.’

The alleged booting follows Crowley lashing out against the Mayor’s cuts to her department, in an interview with a local Fox TV station around 12pm Friday. ‘My message is the fire department needs to be properly funded,’ the Chief said. ‘It’s not.’ ‘Did they fail you?’ Fox LA’s Gigi Graciette asked. ‘Yes,’ Crowley replied.

I was surprised, if not shocked, when two A-list celebrities, country singers Garth Brooks and his wife Trisha Yearwood, took the microphones at the State Funeral for Jimmy Carter yesterday and began performing “Imagine,” written by former Beatle John Lennon in 1971. The song is widely described as an “atheistic anthem” and incredibly is said to be one of the late 39th president’s favorite songs. "Imagine there’s no heaven It’s easy if you try. No hell below us Above us, only sky. . . Imagine all the people Livin’ for today Ah Imagine there’s no countries It isn’t hard to do Nothing to kill or die for And no religion, too" To me, it sounds like a globalist woke anthem

In December, Biden issued a “full and unconditional pardon” of his son, Hunter Biden, regarding “offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024.” “Have you ruled out a pardon for yourself or any other additional members of the family?”

Those cases are now closed.
