The report states:

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking into a series of mysterious drone sightings over Central New Jersey in recent weeks, not far from President-elect Donald Trump’s Bedminster golf course.
Federal aviation officials have shut down the airspace over the private club as well as a nearby army facility after several residents reported seeing suspicious drones flying overhead in the past two weeks.
“Witnesses have spotted the cluster of what look to be drones and a possible fixed-wing aircraft,” the FBI Newark wrote in a joint statement with NJ State Police and NJ Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness, noting they’ve received reports from both the public and law enforcement

President Joe Biden, when he pardoned his son, conceded his own Department of Justice (DOJ) is politically motivated, attorneys for President-elect Donald Trump wrote in a Monday filing.
In their latest motion to dismiss Trump’s New York case, defense attorneys pointed to Biden’s claim that his son was “selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted” with political motives that lead to a “miscarriage of justice” as further justification for ending proceedings. “These comments amounted to an extraordinary condemnation of President Biden’s own DOJ,” Trump’s attorneys wrote. “This is the same DOJ that coordinated and oversaw the politically-motivated, election-interference witch hunts targeting President Trump by disgraced Special Counsel Jack Smith,

Kash Patel, President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for FBI director, unofficially begins his confirmation process with a firm footing as some Republican senators already support him, and others are expressing an open mind.
The Allbritton Journalism Insitute (NOTUS) reported Monday night that all GOP Senators appear to be headed into Patel’s confirmation process with an open mind at a minimum.Establishment centrist Republican Sens. Susan Collins (R-ME) and Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) indicated on Monday that they would head into hearings impartially, which is a contrast to their public opposition to former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) when he was the nominee for attorney general weeks ago.

President Biden should pardon President-elect Donald Trump of “all charges,” outgoing Sen. Joe Manchin (I-WV) told CNN Tuesday.
Manchin, who occasionally blocked Biden’s agenda over the last four years, is among a growing faction who hope Biden will bring down the political temperature in the final days of his presidency.“What I would have done differently, and my recommendations and counsel would have been, why don’t you go ahead and pardon Donald Trump for all his charges?” Manchin said. “He would have gone down as a lot more balanced, if you will.”

CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins called President Joe Biden’s pardon of his son Hunter Biden a “political timebomb” that left Dems in “the blast radius” — and pointed out his hypocrisy after years of claiming he would respect the Justice Department’s rulings.
The Democratic president late Sunday pardoned Hunter, who was convicted of federal gun and tax evasion charges earlier this year, after repeatedly denying he would use his pardoning powers for his 54-year-old son.
“With 50 days left in his presidency, Joe Biden just set off a political timebomb before leaving for Africa today, and leaving his party behind to deal with the blast radius,” Collins said Monday night

Retiring President Biden noted Tuesday that he’s leaving office next month — telling an audience in Angola that “you don’t have to clap” — after stumbling and referring to the country as a “city.”
“Ladies and gentlemen, as you know, I’m in the final weeks of my presidency. You don’t have to clap for that. You can if you want,” Biden, 82, said while speaking behind a glass barrier streaked by rain.
The lame duck began his highly anticipated speech on an awkward note when he hailed “Angola, a vibrant city” before attempting to mop up the gaffe.
“Look, not the city,” he added. “The city, I know, is not Angola.

On Tuesday, Florida’s Miami-Dade County Commission approved the city of Hialeah’s request for county recognition of its tribute to President Trump with a street named in his honor, allowing the city to hang the street signs on county property.
The city successfully named the street “Donald J. Trump Avenue” last year, and now the county has officially recognized it.
The Mayor of Hialeah, Florida, vowed to President Trump at a rally in Hialeah, Florida on November 8, 2023, that he would rename the street and unveiled a big “Donald J. Trump Avenue” street sign.

Though many in the mainstream media are in full-blown Democrat apologist mode (more so than normal) in the aftermath of Joe Biden's "full and unconditional" pardoning of his son, convicted felon Hunter Biden, there are some for who the lame-duck president's 11th-hour actions in invoking Democrat Privilege are the last straw.Surprisingly, NBC News chief political analyst Chuck Todd is one of them. Todd, as RedState readers will recall, has for years been what I have previously described as the quintessential media water carrier for the Biden administration and the Biden family on the whole, no matter the issue.
One example that comes to mind was when Biden's

Prosecutors have shown grisly evidence at Daniel Penny's trial just moments before the judge sent the jury for deliberations.
The 26-year-old Marine veteran denies charges of manslaughter and negligent homicide after the May 2023 death of Jordan Neely on a New York City subway car.
Neely died on the floor of the uptown-bound F train in Manhattan after Penny placed him in a chokehold for six minutes to stop him threatening commuters.Assistant District Attorney Dafna Yoran on Tuesday displayed a graphic photo of inside Neely's eye, taken during an autopsy after his death, which shocked the room.

Whoopi Goldberg and her lefty cohorts on “The View” went to the mat Monday in defense of President Biden’s sweeping pardon of his son Hunter, writing it off as just “what presidents do” and dismissing criticism of the controversial move as “foolish” and “pearl-clutching.”
Goldberg launched straight into her defense of Biden during the ABC TV show’s “Hot Topics” segment by rattling off a list of people President-elect Donald Trump pardoned during his first term, including Roger Stone and Michael Flynn.
“That’s what presidents do every time. They do it every time, they pardon somebody, so I’m not sure why the pearl-clutching is happening now,

A New Jersey lawyer was tossed out of a town council meeting by cops last week for waving an American flag to protest a “stupid” new rule that bans so-called “props” from being used during the meetings.
Joel Bassoff, a local resident and attorney, was ordered to be removed from the Edison Township Council meeting after he pulled out the star-spangled banner while addressing council members on Nov. 25, footage obtained by New Brunswick Today shows.
Bassoff was among the slew of furious locals who were voicing their objections over the township’s new ordinance that prohibits them from using any props — including the flag and even the US Constitution —
