So far, the tranche of released evidence consists of four volumes and nearly 1,900 pages, although large portions of the files are sealed or redacted. FTA "Chutkan said in her order on Oct. 17 that if she followed Trump’s request to delay the release of Smith’s appendix, she would be engaging in a form of election interference. “If the court withheld information that the public otherwise had a right to access solely because of the potential political consequences of releasing it, that withholding could itself constitute—or appear to be—election interference,” she said in her five-page order. “The court will therefore continue to keep political considerations out of its decision-making, rather than incorporating them as Defendant requests.” Yeah girl, contradictions all over the place, you got there. . .

See isn't releasing evidence. She is releasing allegations that have not been entered into a trial as evidence. She is doing nothing more than election interference knowing the Clinton, Obambi and Biden Jokes, er, judges on the DC Court of Appeals has her back. Before this even could make it to the Supreme Joke the damage is done. And Chatman knows nothing happens to her. Sick 'judicial' system we have here.

A clear attempt by illegally appointed Smith at election interference. By now, any open minded and informed voter knows that this is all lawfare crap and nothing real. So, if thejudge does NOT release this info it would be election interference, but if is IS released.........IT IS CLEAR election interference. Rotten judge, illegal persecutor, no case.

Judge Chutkan agreed to release Jack Smith's version of the evidence against Trump. Did she also compell him to release all exculpatory evidence? The one sided nature of this Democrat led political persecution of Trump is shining through here.

As #4 said, Jack Smith was illegally appointed. It doesn't matter 'Jack' what he says or writes. This is blatant election interference. If things were more honest, this crooked judge would be kicked out and then jailed, along with Smith.

Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul’s political witch hunt against Trump allies via a phony “fake electors” case is crumbling, propped up by a legal asterisk. After watching Vice President Kamala Harris’s incredible slog of a town hall-style interview Thursday on Univision, there’s absolutely no way her support among Latino U.S. voters is going to do anything but bottom out. That was the most excruciating hour-long campaign session I can recall and it’s not even close. The peak of the event was when she hollered at a non-English speaker who asked an innocuous question about the Democrat primary process, which Kamala skipped over before being hoisted up as the party nominee. That guy was named Mario and he identified himself as a 70-year-old from Uruguay.
