Former President Donald Trump appears to have survived a second assassination attempt. Shots were fired in West Palm Beach, Fla., just outside his golf course, prompting Secret Service agents to take Trump to safety "after agents opened fire on a man who was spotted with what may have been a gun while the former president was on the links, according to law enforcement sources." "Officials believe the shots fired at Trump International Golf Club were intended for former President Donald Trump, according to sources familiar on the matter," CNN reported. Sean Hannity, who had been invited to golf with Trump on Sunday but didn’t end up participating, has spoken with Trump

Simply put, they know they can't cheat big enough to steal the election. They know he will win. How are the security with him vetted? Something is not right with the secret service. We found that out the first time they tried to kill him.

Because he is not a "Sitting President" he only gets a certain amount of protection. I would say, after TWO attempts on Trump's life, He should have the FULL load of Protections. Take a few Agents from Biden's Detail. Nobody is going to shoot at him! I can't wait until this Campaign is over! The shooter was hidden in the Bushes, Gun pushed through the Link Fence, just waiting for trump come along. It's a Miracle he was spotted before that happened. How many Miracles will Trump have??

#3, we STILL can't relax after election is over. Even if Trump wins, we STILL have a long wait until January 20th of next year to get him inaugurated (that nearly 3-month period is waay too long IMO)! After that, we STILL can't relax, but at least would have Vance insurance!!

"what may have been a gun" - This has been reported by the sheriff and others in a news conference to be an AK-47 with a scope. That is not what I would choose to make a shot at 300-500 yards but the cartridge is effective that far and a good marksman can probably be effective with it at that range. I would say that there is little doubt that this was an assassination attempt and the culprit had a gun, which he reportedly left behind at the scene.

#12 is correct. That shot can be made by a competent marksman especially scoped even with an AK. There are better choices for sniper use but what he had would do the job. All us Ldotters should offer prayers tonight for President Trump. He is in mortal danger. This perp has turned out to be a Trump hater who donated to the Dems multiple times. The Dems and their running dog media have been calling him a Nazi, a Fascist, a wannabee dictator and "literally Hitler" for years. It' no wonder that they have triggered some murderous loons to take matters into their own hands. Also recall all those lovely tweets, posts and comments from leftists saying they were sad that the Trump shooter didn't have better aim. TDS is indeed a psychopathic mental condition

Saudi diplomat and former intelligence chief Turki al-Faisal recently lamented the weak response by the administration of U.S. President Joe Biden and the greater West to Yemen’s Houthi terrorists disrupting commercial shipping in the Red Sea, the Guardian reported on Sunday, dismissing “pinprick bombings” as insufficient. The British Guardian newspaper was relaying comments that al-Faisal made during an appearance at London’s Chatham House to discuss the current turmoil in the Middle East. The Houthi terrorist movement, which relies heavily on support from Saudi Arabia’s longtime geopolitical rival Iran, has dramatically expanded its international profile

Following the second assassination attempt on Donald Trump, a common refrain from the left was that political violence is a "both sides" issue. MSNBC tried that line multiple times, as did some of the major newspapers, with the idea being that you can't call out Democrat rhetoric because Republican rhetoric has caused issues as well. So what was the evidence for that equivocation being used as a way to deflect from someone trying to murder Trump again? CNN's Dana Bash provided a perfect example of it when she accused JD Vance of inciting "bomb threats" in Springfield, OH. To be sure, the claim

Watching the media/left-wing euphoria on national and state-level polling numbers since Democrat elites forced Joe Biden out of the presidential race and installed Kamala Harris in his place has been an exercise in frustration mixed with sprinklings of hilarity along the way. But not long after the Democrat National Convention, reality soon intruded and the Harris-Walz political honeymoon fizzled to some extent, with GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump edging her out earlier this month in a Siena/New York Times national poll, as we previously reported. This is something that had not been expected considering the six weeks of fawning coverage she received.

Combs has also been accused of a long pattern of domestic violence against his former partner, R&B singer Cassie Ventura. She sued him in November and the pair quickly settled. But a distressing video of him assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016 recently resurfaced — prompting a new round of backlash.

Senator Josh Hawley (R., Mo.) released a whistleblower report Monday on the law-enforcement failures leading up to the assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump two months ago. The report was released one day after a suspect was apprehended in Florida for trying to kill Trump on his golf course in Florida. The Secret Service’s failures to secure Trump’s campaign rally in Butler, Pa., on July 13 were extensive and constituted one of the most consequential security debacles in U.S. history. Chief among them was law enforcement’s apparent choice to leave the rooftop of the American Glass Research (AGR) building unguarded, allegedly because of heat, before gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks

Reading the lie of the green is a golf term that has to do with helping you increase your score by having to putt less. If you've seen any tournament on television or even in person, golfers have all sorts of mannerisms they display when sizing up a putt. Sometimes, they squat and stare. Other times, they walk in a large circle all the way around the ball and the hole to see it from all 360 degrees. You've seen golfers hold up their putter like a pendulum to help measure what slope there is, if any. In politics, especially when media

Pope Francis has ruffled the feathers of some religious leaders in the United States by saying that all religions provide a path to God. Francis delivered the spontaneous remark late last week during an interfaith gathering with young people at a Catholic institution in Singapore, according to The Christian Post. He went off-script from his prepared speech, emphasizing that different faiths serve as “languages” leading to the same divine truth. “There’s only one God, and each of us has a language to arrive at God,” Francis said, as reported by the Catholic news website Crux Now. “Some are Sheik, Muslim, Hindu, Christian, and they are different paths [to God].”
