Harris survived the debate (with a huge

Donald Trump got to Kamala Harris’ core problem in his debate close, waving off all her promises about what she’d do in office: “Why hasn’t she done it already?” Hard to think of a better riposte to her “We won’t go back” slogan — which aims to appeal to Americans’ desperate desire for change from the Biden policies she shares. Harris had a pretty smooth night: She did her homework for once, including prepping lines guaranteed to get under Trump’s skin — some of which plainly did put him off-balance. And of course she had backup from the moderators, ABC’s David Muir and Linsey Davis —

Well, 30 seconds of skimming Lucianne articles saved me 90 minutes of my life. No surprises. The fix is in. Get ready for Madam Wao. Maybe she'll appoint Taylor Swift music czar.

Trump could have done better. However, Kamala continued her lying about Project 2025 and a national abortion ban while saying that Trump was all lies lies lies. Nobody's mind was changed. You only liked each candidate less than before if you already disliked them.

I had a board meeting to get to last night so missed the Kamalie comedy circus. From the article, obvious that Muir and Davis were all too happy to help Kamalie work through the questions that they gave to Kamalie a month ago. It is rather sad that on this day the msm gushes about the last night's debate circus while not a peep is being spoken about what happened 23 years ago on September 11th. If it is mentioned today, it will only be because biden the cheater decided to get in front of a camera in NYC. Being stranded in India for two weeks during and after 9/11 is one business trip I will never forget. And for one of my college buddies, Vic Saracini, who was piloting United Flight 175 that was hijacked and flown into the World Trade Center - South Tower, rest on, brother.

I am so sick of all of it. I didnt watch. All they ever say is what their handlers tell them to say. Its never what they really think, its what they think will get them more votes. And always ignore the obvious, blame someone else and run from your record. Lets end this freak show and get on with the election. Fraud is a lot of work.

Let's focus on substance and what we know. Hag lady was very off putting with her facial expressions and glaring at him the whole time. She was clearly overconfident knowing she had the answers and the help of the so-called moderators. Can anyone name her policies? What the heck is an opportunity economy? People were looking for policies from her; she gave us sass. She accused Trump of being entitled, but she came off as entitled. She talked about some family friend who helped raise her, aka nanny/domestic, but she wants us to believe she grew up just like all us regular folk. ABC didn't help themselves either; they came away from the debate with Americans thinking worse of them than CNN. That's lower than dirt. Let's not forget, she didn't talk to the press before the debate and nobody knows what her thought out policies are. She's phoning it in just like biden, so our side better prepare for another steal. That is their plan; we better have a better plan for dealing with it, if it's successful. They also want a second debate after running from this one. That means they thought she killed it. She didn't. No policies, still. We can't let them rewrite recent history; that's what liars do.

Instead of mentioning dogs being allegedly eaten by illegal aliens in Springfield, President Trump should have instead invoked the names of Laken Reilly, Rachel Norin and 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungary, three American women, who were raped and murdered by illegal aliens that gained entry into the United States, “courtesy” of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s illegal and outrageous open immigration policies. President Trump should have said that the blood of those three murdered American women is solely on the hands of Joe “Biden on the Beach” and his feckless Vice President, Kamala Harris, the so-called “Border Czar.” I hope that President Trump ups his game (preferably on FOX News) if he does debate the loathsome Harris again.

Didn't watch. Only articles and comments. No surprises. Kamala lied. Trump could have done better. There will be no more debates. IMO, there was no knockout punch and none was realistically expected. It boils down to the key question that has been looming over this entire process for last couple of years. How much ballot fraud can they manage?. Can they completely prevent court ordered discovery the way they did last time? I don't see any evidence of how we can.

From another New York Post article by Dan McLaughlin: "Trump was belligerent. He bragged about his accomplishments and the things he thinks he would have done if he was re-elected — which he still claims he was. He was unapologetic about every bad thing he’s ever done." It seems like the New York Post is getting a lot of shots at Donald Trump. By the way, I noticed the first post for the "Must Reads" changed here on Lucianne. At 5:39, the article "Trump debate performance panned as well-prepped Harris gets help from ABC moderators:‘3 on 1" was the first one. Just wondering why it changed? I did not watch the debate. I do not believe that Kamala Harris is a legitimate candidate as she did not primary. With that said, I have been reading poster's comments. It seems that mediocre or awful performance from Donald Trump will be the new talking point by Harris supporters. By the way, there is bias with ABC. It is my understanding that Kamala Harris is friends with someone at the top. It is curious that there was no fact-checking being done on Harris. Mediocre or awful performance from Donald Trump? That's because he is not a performer and doesn't do scripts. That is what I look for in a CANDIDate - CANDIDness. What one calls belligerent, I call results-driven. This debate was no different than the forum Donald Trump spoke at and the ABC reporter was late; I believe her name is Rachel Scott. Democrats are always looking for shortcuts and favors. It always, always spins them in a positive and favored light.

By the way #8, I bet a lot of people are not aware of what is going on in Springfield, Ohio. My husband wasn't until I told him and he tries to stay current with the headlines. I think it is disgusting what is going on with geese, dogs, and cats etc. So I actually think Donald Trump made people aware of the controversy. Up his game? I guess if you think he needs to be performance driven.

Halfway through this, "Get Trump Lynching", I knew that she'd gotten the questions ahead of time AND that they had placed "bugs" in her ears for offstage assistance. Her incredibly well written and flowing orations of campaign slogans sprinkled with leftist-progressive bumper stickers could NOT have come from the vacuum of "Ms. Unburdened/Passage of Time/Yellow School Bus," without special assist. What a FRAUD of a show it was. Had that been done on Fox News there's no way she would have skated like she did... but no matter, it was clear they did not expect Donald Trump's responses would cut to the quick all those Demonrat talking points spewing from her mouth and that of her "handlers," the ABC Moderators. She didn't convince any Independents to vote for her, and certainly not many RFK Jr. fankids will vote for her. It was clear she's a puppet with no accomplishments during her 3.6 years on the job.

We watched most of it, and we believe President Trump won the debate. VP Harris made the colossal blunder of demanded that President Trump defend his record, and he was happy to do so. We are not better off than we were four years ago, and he made that clear. As to Kamala, she was scolding, passive aggressive, condescending, and a liar. She keeps talking about how she was a prosecutor. How does that help us with Putin, Xi, Little Rocket Man, and the Mullahs? American law has no jurisdiction over these tyrants. So, she'll hector and scold, get out her arsenal of passive-aggressive zingers? God help us.

I am not gonna offer excuses. When he agreed to the debate, Trump knew the moderators would be liberal and he also knew exactly what the debate environment would be. He had a choice. He could prepare for a debate under those conditions or rely on his ability to wing it. He chose the latter, a terrible choice. Harris was in her element, using her small podium space as a counsel table and speaking directly to the jury, um, cameras. She used facial gestures such as wincing, glaring, laughing, smirking to react to Trump as he spoke, while he remained scowling when she spoke. He was totally unprepared and couldn't resist going completely off track to defend himself. She seemed to delight in the power she wielded by tossing out tidbits that made him react. When Trump said he only had a "concept" of an economic plan now because he hasn't been elected yet, she smirked, for good reason. In my mind, his performance was a disaster and it sounds like today he is declaring victory and won't admit that he personally messed up big time. There's nothing I personally can do to help Trump at this point. Either he'll survive and win or he won't. OTOH, there's Congress. Oh boy.

Reply No. 12, I was listening to the political talk show hosts on the New York City stations today, and they all thought that. President Trump did not articulate his political positions and ideas very well in last night’s debate with Kamala Harris. Michael Riedel and Mark Simone both on WOR-710 AM, with Mark Simone, who is a friend of President Trump, and WABC-770 AM’s Sid Rosenberg, who is a very close friend of President Trump, were all disappointed in his debate performance against the glib and strictly lightweight Kamala Harris. Heck, I also heard the always wonderfully wry and perceptive Boston newspaper columnist and radio host Howie Carr opine to Mark Simone today that President Trump looked tired and grumpy as he got off his plane before driving over to the debate in Philadelphia. All of these men also thought that President Trump should have cited the names of the American murder victims (Laken Reilly, Rachel Norin and Jocelyn Nungaray) at the hands of illegal aliens in the debate rather than bringing up that report of cats, dogs and wild geese being slaughtered and eaten by Haitian illegal aliens in Springfield, Ohio. How anyone in the state of Georgia can vote for the vile Kamala Harris after Georgia nursing student Laken Reilly was brutally raped and murdered by an illegal alien from Brazil is beyond me. THAT is what President Trump should be hammering “Cackling” Kamala Harris with in a second debate. I hope that he does that.

However, they face a difficult schedule to get it done, with several time-sensitive pieces of legislation due this fall and an entire month out of session in October. Prior to the August break, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin, D-Ill., announced that seven nominees had been advanced out of committee to be considered for confirmation. It's unclear when these votes will take place once the Senate is back.

The Trump campaign has cast Harris as a liberal firebrand, pointing to various positions she took in 2019 when she was running for president and courting liberal voters. In recent weeks, since becoming the Democratic nominee, Harris has shifted toward the center, most notably in moving away from her 2019 call to ban fracking, a critical issue in swing state Pennsylvania.

White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby was met with intense criticism Wednesday after he inadvertently emailed a reporter that there is “no use in responding” to veteran concerns about the Harris-Biden administration’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. Kirby, 61, apparently intended to send his dismissive response to White House staffers but accidentally hit “reply all” on an email chain that included the Fox News reporter making the inquiry. “Obviously no use in responding. A ‘handful’ of vets indeed and all of one stripe,” read Kirby’s email, according to the outlet.

There will not be a second presidential debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris. On Thursday, the former president announced that he wasn't interested in a rematch and then proceeded to slam Harris. When a prizefighter loses a fight, the first words out of his mouth are, “I WANT A REMATCH.” Polls clearly show that I won the Debate against Comrade Kamala Harris, the Democrats’ Radical Left Candidate, on Tuesday night, and she immediately called for a Second Debate. She and Crooked Joe have destroyed our Country, with millions of criminals and mentally deranged people pouring into the USA, totally unchecked

But how much of a difference is there really? Jewelry, political mementos and a “stunning collection of American art” once belonging to Sen. Dianne Feinstein are hitting the auction block. The “Legacy of a Stateswoman” auction from Bonhams, happening Oct. 8 in Los Angeles, will include some of the California Democrat’s most beloved — and glitzy — personal items. “Legacy of a Stateswoman”. How classy.

Well done, Sen. Vance. Last night, CNN’s Kaitlan Collins asked the 2024 vice presidential nominee about the Ohio Haitians ravaging the town of Springfield, where there are rumors of pets being eaten by these people. Ducks and geese are also being consumed, and we have police reports to that effect. The media has dismissed the claims, calling them myths, but we’ll have to wait and see. If geese are being chopped up, so can dogs and cats—it’s not that big of a stretch.

Democrat Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) warned that the American public would be ‘shocked, astonished, and appalled’ by the level of incompetence and failure within the Secret Service surrounding the July 13, 2024, assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. Trump almost got killed during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, by Thomas Crooks, an armed assailant who somehow infiltrated the rally, climbed onto rooftops, and fired off multiple shots. Crooks, who had been seen staking out the rally beforehand, was able to carry a gun onto a rooftop, leap between buildings,
