JD Vance Is Crushing It As Trump's Running Mate

I have to say that I'm liking JD Vance – in fact, he's killing it. Now, I've always liked the guy. I've met him a couple of times and he's not a stiff. He’s a normal human being, as one would expect from an Ohioan (I am one too, despite my California residence for the last half-century). He doesn't have that weird vibe you get from a lot of politicians, that if they take off their suit they'll disappear. The Democrats may think he's weird, or at least claim he is, but that's only because they are weirdos.

From the article: "Oh, and the new Dem babbling point is that somehow RFK Jr. has replaced JD Vance in the eyes of Trump, and that's just stupid. JD's not going to fall for that kind of cheesy manipulation. He's busy playing his own role, which is complementary to Trump's. And to Trump's great credit, as JD Vance shines – he is shining – Trump isn't offended or resentful. Trump loves it and is out focusing on doing his own things while JD does the things he needs to do." My answer to the Democrat's new talking point about RFK Jr. replacing JD Vance: strength in numbers and that is clearly a strength with Donald Trump and having key people helping him. Of late - Tulsi Gabbard. It is so evident that the Harris-Walz campaign has no platform.

I'm a former Ohioan too, and it took moving out of state for me to realize how rare a normal human being is. Don't mistake that humble Ohio Nice exterior--JD is a gifted debater with a razor wit. Walz is a phony, who has gotten away with phoniness because the press and blue state politics have both given him a pass. He must live in terror these days, wondering what lie will be exposed in today's news cycle.

FTA - "JD Vance has the quiet confidence of someone who has lived through adversity and prevailed. He survived grinding poverty, Marine Corps boot camp, and a deployment to Iraq. He survived at Yale as a normal person. And he's survived being beaten up by the regime media, coming out smiling at the other end of this gauntlet. He can survive a 60-year-old communist blue falcon who looks like he's 75 and on the verge of vapor locking." "...vapor locking." Good one, Kurt.

The democrats began their personal attacks against JD on the very day he was selected. According to their propagandists, people like JD, Donald Trump, Sarah Palin, Kari Lake, Tulsi Gabbard, etc. are all losers and should not dare to challenge any of them but, as we all know, there isn't a qualified, moral or honest democrat to be found anywhere in this government. The Freak Show assembled for the Biden administration is living proof of that. Gather Buttigieg, Levine, Blinken, Yellen, Garland, Brinton, Clinton, both Obamas and the rest under one tent and you would swear it was part of a Barnum and Bailey production.

Before we start going all faint and goo-goo-eyed over Vance, we'd better wait and make sure he's no Pence. My suspicion is he's bought and paid for by the Deep State. I used to say, "Trust, but verify," but now I say "Verify, and THEN trust."

I'm in Ohio, and I didn't know anything about JD Vance until he ran for senator of Ohio. I was intrigued by what I was reading, but when I heard that he wrote Hillbilly Elegy, I knew I had to read it. First, I was happy to learn that he read his own book on Audible. His voice is very pleasing, and his book was an eye-opener! He has struggled with life and could have been sucked up in the hopelessness of such an environment. He has overcome such odds, that anyone with sense would admire him. He is a very real and substantive person. He gives us hope for the future!

I, too, have been impressed. Walz lies to make himself seem important. And most of the time no one is checking into these lies. Until now. Plus Walz lies because he is a democrat. It's what they do and for the most part they are good at it. Never forget they lied about FJB and his broken brain right up until the end. There is no reason to trust or believe them on anything.

Actually, he scares me! Every time I see him on television, mostly on Fox News (the only one allowed on my TV) I can feel the knots starting to form in my stomach. He looks like someone should be administering drugs and ordering a truck to transport him to the nearest mental health facility. Why does he make those ridiculous faces? WHY? Funny, I got the same reaction from Hillary, Brain Dead And Obama. I truly believe that the Good Lord is desperately trying to tell us something!! Please let us all listen, please.....................

After laying a white rose at the site of the Diversity Festival slashing that left three dead and eight wounded, Chancellor Olaf Scholz promised rapid action would be taken against knives. Right now, people in Germany can carry knives up to 4.7 inches long. The law will be modified so that they can only carry knives up to 2.4 inches long. No one appears to have considered the possibility that Muslim terrorists on the way to killing as many infidels as possible might violate the law and carry a concealed knife of 4 inches or longer. Such thoughts are unthinkable.

For now, we’ll focus on the suppression of The Post’s Hunter Biden scoops in the runup to the 2020 election. You now regret that, but to truly atone, you need to release internal files and emails exposing exactly how your staff caved into pressure, just as Elon Musk did with the Twitter Files. There’s a heck of lot we still don’t know about what went on — and we were the ones your company targeted.

On Monday, Trump visited the Arlington cemetery and laid a wreath while FJB laid on the sand in Rehoboth Beach. It was the third anniversary of Biden’s surrender of Afghanistan to the Taliban. FJB also gave the terrorist organization billions of dollars in military equipment as a tribute. Finally, he did nothing to protect our military, leaving 13 troops to die in a war that had not seen a military death in a year. Later, Biden denied that any soldiers died on his watch. After visiting the graves and honoring the troops, Trump later got on Trump Force One and flew to Michigan.

Republican vice presidential nominee Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio) told Vice President Kamala Harris she “can go to hell” Wednesday if she wanted to criticize former President Donald Trump for attending a ceremony honoring the fallen 13 servicemembers who died during the Afghanistan withdrawal. Vance’s swipe came after the Trump campaign reportedly got into an altercation with a cemetery official at Arlington National Cemetery, who tried to stop them from filming and photographing in Section 60, the burial site for military personnel killed while fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq. In an interview with CNN, a spokesperson for Harris, Michael Tyler, called the incident “pretty sad” and “not surprising.”

One of the problems with reporters for The Washington Post is that they repeat the claims of liberals as if they are facts, without questioning the claims or pointing out the patently obvious problems with clearly false accusations. You can see that in a Page One story Saturday in which the Post blithely reports that “critics” of a new rule approved by the Georgia State Election Board say it “would empower county election officials to withhold certification of results without justification, potentially thwarting a popular result.” Nothing could be further from the truth, as is discernible by a simple reading of the rule, which the five-member Georgia State Election Board approved Aug.

Former President Trump and Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) are patching things up for now as Republicans look to put on a united front in the must-win state ahead of November. The battle for the Peach State has come increasingly into focus for Democrats since Vice President Harris replaced President Biden atop the ticket. And Trump’s spat with Kemp heightened concerns among Republicans that they could see a repeat of four years ago, when the former president narrowly lost the state and launched a vendetta against its GOP leaders.

This young Palestinian man is from a small village in the West Bank, and he grew up there with limited access to water and without a regular supply of electricity. Most of the kids he grew up with dropped out of school and went into manual labor. But this young man chose a different path. He won a scholarship to leave the West Bank and to study abroad for college. He ended up earning three degrees in three different countries.

In another sign of a party realignment, the endorsement of Trump by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. brings many voters to the Republican side. It creates a coalition of the anti-war Left and conservatives who recognize that only Trump can end the war in Ukraine and restore peace through strength for our country. “Bobby and I will fight together to defeat the corrupt political establishment,” Trump declared to a full arena near Phoenix, which erupted in applause as RFK Jr. joined him on stage. RFK Jr. later told Tucker Carlson that he is joining Trump’s transition team to help pick who will be in the next Trump administration.

Is Kamala Harris having second thoughts about picking Tim Walz as her running mate? If she isn't, she probably should be. A new poll out of Pennsylvania is shedding some light on just how much of an own-goal that was. Before getting there, though, the topline is really good news for Donald Trump, showing him tied in the head-to-head and leading in the five-way matchup (which is more relevant). It appears Harris' momentum has been completely halted, with no perceivable bounce from the DNC. Bob Casey, the Democrat senator up for re-election in Pennsylvania, only being up two points is also a huge result for Republicans.
