Another attack on a music festival, this time in Germany. No one is using the T-word yet but some reports say this was a random attack using a knife. The attacker is still at large. This is a Google translated version of the story from Bild, the German news site which broke the news. They are reporting three people have died. Also a possible description which has not been confirmed by authorities: At around 9.45 p.m. a man in Solingen randomly stabbed passers-by with a knife. Gotta wonder how seriously the organizers of a "diversity festival" took security. Next time, hire the Hell's Angels and pay them with lots of good German bier. No arabs looking for trouble will dare show up. I promise.

Hard to believe that twice in the last century Germany almost took over the world. Now they happily invite in the means of their final destruction and dont even fire a shot. Growing up I met quite a few WW2 German soldiers who had survived the war. They were unaplogetic, strong and proud, even as old men. Obviously all dead now, having been replaced by metrosexual wimps.

The court in a brief order denied an emergency request filed by the administration seeking to lift a nationwide injunction imposed by an appeals court. There were no noted dissents. The order said the appeals court that is currently handling the case should "render its decision with appropriate dispatch." Still think Democrats are truly confident that Kamala Harris can win the election? I don't even think the Biden-Harris administration thinks she'll win. Let's consider the evidence. First, you have the Biden-Harris administration trying, yet again, to put Trump in prison with the latest indictment from special counsel Jack Smith. The Supreme Court eviscerated Smith's case earlier this year with its immunity ruling, and not willing to accept defeat, he tried again, mere months before the presidential election. It's hard to believe that the Biden-Harris administration is still using the Justice Department against Trump to stop him, but there must be a reason.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) has removed over one million people from the state’s voter rolls in an ongoing effort to bar ineligible voters, including non-citizens, from polling day. The move on voter fraud comes 69 days out from the Tuesday, November 5 2024 presidential election. Newsweek reports the removal of 1.1 million people from the voter rolls, which include those who have moved out of state, are deceased, or aren’t American citizens, came since the signing of Senate Bill 1 (SB 1) into law in September 2021. At the time, the law was seen

A three-judge panel for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit affirmed Tuesday illegal aliens do not have Second Amendment rights. They did so by pointing to United States v. Portillo-Munoz, “which prohibits an illegal alien from possessing a firearm or ammunition.” This prohibition was challenged by Defendant-Appellant Jose Paz Medina-Cantu, who was arrested July 13, 2022, for ” possession of a firearm and ammunition as an illegal alien…and illegal reentry into the United States.” Medina-Cantu argued that the firearm charges should be dismissed in light of Bruen (2022), but the Fifth Circuit explained that Bruen did not alter the prohibition contained in Portillo-Munoz.

NEW YORK - Sarah Palin on Wednesday won her bid for a new trial against the New York Times (NYT.N), opens new tab over an editorial that the former Alaska governor said was defamatory. The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Palin can try again to prove that the Times should be liable for a 2017 editorial that incorrectly linked her to a mass shooting six years earlier that killed six people and seriously wounded Democratic U.S. congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords. Media critics, and Palin herself, have viewed the case as a possible vehicle to overturn New York Times v. Sullivan,

Is it relevant that a sitting vice president has won the presidency only once in 188 years? Many vice presidents have gone on to win the presidency, but only after they left office. Only George H.W. Bush in 1988 was able to win the presidency running as a vice president. Before Bush, the last sitting vice president to win the presidency was Martin Van Buren in 1836. Other sitting vice presidents who became president were elevated to office after the death of the president. Recently, Al Gore and Richard Nixon ran for president while serving as vice president. Both men went down to defeat although Nixon won eight years later.

Smith narrowed the allegations after a landmark Supreme Court ruling on presidential power earlier this year.
