For the next five months, Dr. Kevin C. O’Connor will be one of the most powerful people in the world. The White House physician is the chief medical arbiter of Joe Biden’s fitness to continue as commander in chief in a war-torn world until the end of his term in January. Even as the public has long expressed concern about the 81-year-old president’s mental capacities and Democratic Party leaders pressured Biden to drop his bid for a second term, O’Connor has repeatedly given his boss a clean bill of health. As Republicans demand that the president be removed from office under the 25th amendment

Worth reading. O'Connor may have a medical license but he's more of a political actor. He's donated money to a variety of leftist causes and is never far from the Biden teat.

This article presupposes that the Sniffer is actually in charge as President. Too many things, including his being shoved aside and The Cackler anointed as the candidate-to-be, indicate that the Sniffer continues to be the puppet, and actual power is held by 'Oz', pulling the marionette strings from Behind the Green Curtain. Anything he does now is just filling time. His only real 'action item' left is to sign the pardon papers for the Huncher, just before he exits the office on 20th January.

O'Connor is a hack. There is simply no way any legitimate truthful doctor could continue to give Biden a clean bill of health. Any physician worth 2 cents would have done a cognitive screening years ago and there is no way Biden could have passed one in the last 4-5 years... and it should be given every year. He should lose his license to practice medicine.

It is obvious that O 'Conner is a fraud, but while we are focusing on mental capacity, I want a deep look into the current VP loon. What is the condition that causes her to vomit word salads instead of coherent thought? Is every sentence from her a lie, or is she just trying to hide her communist mindset? I think she is a total nothing. An empty vessel who is an enthusiastic tool of the Deep State. Just like the pedocreep who chose her as VP.

Vice President Kamala Harris’s effort to steer voter attention away from her radical policy positions — with the help of media allies — is working to keep even sizable majorities of Democrats and independent voters are in the dark about what she supports. The results of a new survey of her top 10 most controversial stands shows that her new supporters in her bid for president are unclear and mostly wrong about her. From a pool of 1,200 Democrats and independents, 71%-86% said that they “either had not heard of Harris’s position or were unsure,” according to the survey for the Media Research Center, the center-right media watchdog.

In a move critics say is designed to shield the Biden-Harris administration from election fallout, the administration has leveraged taxpayer funds to mask upcoming increases in Medicare premiums. Under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), which was intended to cap out-of-pocket drug costs for Medicare beneficiaries, insurers are poised to significantly hike monthly premiums, with average bids for Part D plans expected to triple by 2025. In response to potential voter backlash, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) rolled out a three-year "demonstration project" to subsidize these premiums, aiming to keep them artificially low.

Gov. Tim Walz, D-Minn., was largely unknown to voters across the country when Vice President Kamala Harris selected him as her running mate, so his record is coming under national scrutiny for the first time. Unfortunately for Walz and the Democrats, his record as governor of Minnesota is every bit as bad as that of the Biden-Harris administration, if not worse. When the George Floyd riots began in Minneapolis in May 2020, Walz dithered. For four days, while Minneapolis and other cities burned, Walz refused to call out the National Guard. By the time the riots were finally brought under control, the Minneapolis Police Department’s Third Precinct station

The president, the Democratic presidential candidate, and the vice presidential nominee all either cannot or will not speak casually and publicly to elected representatives, reporters, or the people. Biden President Biden was forced, unceremoniously and unwillingly, to abdicate from his impending reelection nomination. Since then, we have neither seen nor heard much from our sitting President. He has vanished, poof, gone. This is quite unusual if not alarming. Unlike prior to the June 27 debate, the left now makes no effort to hide Biden’s debility. Indeed, it accepts the reality that an infirm Biden might not be able to finish out his remaining six months.

The ultra-conservative House Freedom Caucus is signaling it will not help Congress avoid a government shutdown next month unless a short-term spending bill is linked to a bill requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote. The House GOP rebels are also calling for a short-term spending plan to extend until the new year, at which point allies of former President Trump hope he will be in the White House again. That puts the group in direct opposition to their more traditional GOP colleagues, including House Appropriations Chairman Tom Cole, R-Okla., who suggested last month that he would want to finish the government funding process by the end of 2024.

If the polls are right, support for Vice President Kamala Harris, the new Democratic nominee for president, is booming. After months of President Joe Biden trailing former President Donald Trump in the RealClearPolitics average of national polls, Harris now narrowly leads Trump. The last six polls in the average show Harris ahead. Although this is exactly what Trump’s pollster predicted would happen in the immediate aftermath of the Biden-Harris switch, it is still disheartening for Republicans. Last year in Texas, a father returned home from work to find his precious 11-year-old daughter dead beneath her own bed, stuffed into a plastic bag. The young girl, Maria Gonzalez, had been raped and strangled to death by a neighbor Juan Carlos Garcia-Rodriguez, who entered America illegally in 2023 from Guatemala, but was allowed to stay in our homeland — because under the lax border policies of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, he only needed a “sponsor” in Louisiana. A chilling letter this week from Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel is a reminder that Americans cannot forget about the importance of the judiciary in upholding free speech and our other constitutional freedoms. On Tuesday – ironically, the day Michiganders went to the primary polls to participate in our constitutional right to vote – Nessel issued a “cease-and-desist letter” against a citizen whom the letter claimed was violating a state law against “misleading or false information” about “polling locations.” The recipient of the letter, Kerry Lynn Elieff, was threatened with “criminal prosecutions” if she did not follow the order. With Kamala Harris becoming a rock star by inviting rock stars to open her act, it’s clear she’s focused on generating excitement through pure fluff. But whereas Harris captures headlines with showmanship, Donald Trump has an opportunity to resonate deeply with a far more substantial and often overlooked voting bloc: those who have paid into the Social Security system. If Trump zeroes in on this group, he can unlock a political goldmine that could propel him back into the White House. In what even the New York Times admits could be a game-changer, Trump has proposed ending income taxes on Social Security benefits.

Sasse ballooned spending under the president’s office to $17.3 million in his first year in office — up from $5.6 million in former UF President Kent Fuchs’ last year, according to publicly available administrative budget data. A majority of the spending surge was driven by lucrative contracts with big-name consulting firms and high-salaried, remote positions for Sasse’s former U.S. Senate staff and Republican officials.
