WASHINGTON - Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump told Christians on Friday that if they vote for him this November, "in four years, you don't have to vote again. We'll have it fixed so good, you're not gonna have to vote." It was not clear what the former president meant by his remarks, [Snip] He added: "I love you Christians. I'm a Christian. I love you, get out, you gotta get out and vote. In four years, you don't have to vote again, we'll have it fixed so good you're not going to have to vote," Trump said.

At least the Joys, Rachel, and mourning Joe will have some new material for awhile. Their old stuff was getting.....well, "old". I expect Joy B. as a "Christian girl" as well as the deep theological thinker (s/) that she is will spend some time next week pontificating on his statement. Last week she declared that PDJT was "unchristian" for being grateful that the LORD protected him in Butler. We know he does sometimes say things specifically to troll the left and they always fall for it.

Commies, and all followers of Lucifer, have no sense of humor. They cannot laugh. They have no joy because they are outside of God. They can only howl and scream when confronted with humor and happiness. There is much truth in the phrase, kill them with them laughter. MAGA on, MAGA on!

OP explained all anyone needs to know if you did not view the speech yesterday. I knew when he said that we would be treated to Reuters/AP/MSNBC manipulation today.

Our media forgets that Pres Trump is fluent in languages other than English. You know, like sarcasm.

Unfortunately, if one hears this on the radio (as I did) or simply sees the transcript, that sarcasm gets lost in translation!

Rewtas.
(Reuters is among the most deep-state-compromised sources out there. Swamp city... They're also among the least subtle about it; and this is one is pretty brazenly an anti-Trump hit piece.)

Have you ever met anyone who works for Reuters? These are not the brightest, most acute people around. They had no clue of what Trump was saying.

I listened to that part of his speech, and it's very clear what he meant. He was speaking to Christians who are feeling disillusioned and maybe not enthusiastic about voting for him or anyone else. So he was telling them that if they vote for him, things will be better in 4 years and they won't have to vote for him again, obviously, and they won't have to vote for anybody, if they don't want to. Of course, the press also tried to use the same speech to say that he said he's not a christian, which is the exact opposite of what he said. These people are despicable. As dan bongino says, no matter how much you hate these people, you don't hate them enough

#10~ Affirmation of what President Trump said is most sincerely appreciated. / Referencing the speech transcript, the disgusting sensationalism of President Trump saying, “I’m not a Christian” has been misconstrued, taken out of context. At the beginning of his speech, President Trump said, “...I STAND BEFORE YOU TONIGHT THANKS TO THE POWER OF PRAYER AND THE GRACE OF ALMIGHTY GOD.” Further into the speech he said, “But Christians, you know, you’ll go to church every Sunday. ... My beautiful Christians. I love you Christians. I’M NOT CHRISTIAN. I love you.” What he said is a public admission that he is not an every-Sunday church attendee and pronouncing judgment upon himself “not being Christian” because of not being an every-Sunday church attendee--which is a most humble yet unfortunate judgment of self because it is very clear he IS a man of deep faith and sincere appreciation for God, family, country. He concluded his speech by saying, “God bless you. God bless you all. Thank you. Thank you very much. God bless you.”

Trump's sense of humor swoops over lefty heads yet again.

Just as Reuters has done, the left will be able to make hay out of this. Too many stupid voters who lack the inquisitiveness to learn more about what he said.

Trump’s idea there was that after he wins in November, that they would not have to vote for him again in four years as he would have completed two terms as President.

Whether due to journalists’ inappropriate education or innate languor, a review of President Trump’s remarks in proper context answers their question very clearly—simply put, connect the dots. Statistics imply that Christians (and NRA members) do not vote proportionately. Pointing out the seriousness of this country’s future, unenthusiastic Christians are being implored to get to polls for this election and vote for President Trump; doing so will allow him to make an effort to restore the integrity of America’s elections to prevent voter fraud and stolen elections. If successful, this group of Christian voters can revert to their tepid political persuasions.
