Ohio Republican Senate candidate Bernie Moreno appeared outside Sen. Sherrod Brown’s (D-OH) office Thursday morning, declaring he covered up President Joe Biden’s “mental decline,” but the “gig is up,” per reports. [Snip] Samantha Jo-Roth of the Washington Examiner reported that Moreno noted Brown and Biden have been longtime “close personal friends” and that Brown was well aware of the “cognitive decline.” [Snip] Notably, Brown, who seeks reelection in red state where Republicans swept all statewide races in 2022, said Monday voters have “legitimate questions” about the president but refused to abandon Biden.

We have followed the Biden Pier disaster from the jump, as you know: Absolutely, Israel doesn't want or need this. Biden refuses to let Israel win. American troops are being inserted into the conflict so Biden can win the Michigan pro-Hamas vote. [Snip] The pier built by the U.S. military to bring humanitarian aid to Gaza will be reinstalled Wednesday to be used for several days, but then the plan is to pull it out permanently, several U.S. officials said. It would deal the final blow to a project long plagued by bad weather, security uncertainties and difficulties getting food into the hands of starving Palestinians.

LifeSite’s petition in support of Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganó has soared past 10,000 signatures. [Snip] LifeSite’s petition thanks His Excellency for his many “courageous public statements” while noting that “the double standard the Vatican applies to faithful clergy like yourself and dissident, pro-LGBT, pro-abortion clergy and laity across the world is disgraceful.” [Snip] Bishop Athanasius Schneider said last week that if Pope Francis excommunicates Archbishop Vigano he would only “increase divisions” in the Church. “I think the pope would be wise and prudent if he were to not excommunicate Archbishop Viganò,” he remarked.

Senator J.D Vance (R-OH) said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that he supported Americans having access to abortion pill Mifepristone. [Snip] ...“On the question of the abortion pill, what so many of us have said is look, the Supreme Court made a decision saying that the American people should have access to that medication. Donald Trump has supported that opinion. I support that opinion.” Welker said, “Just to be clear, you support Mifepristone being accessible?” Vance said, “Yes, Kristen, I do.”

Checking in on California and we find that civilization continues to unravel at an alarming rate, but nowhere is that more obvious than taking a look at the Bay Area. [Snip] Thirteen senior citizens reported being brutally attacked and robbed in just one week in an Oakland community. ...at one senior living facility in the city, they say the number is much higher and closer to an astounding 30. [Snip] ...residents of the assisted living facility number more than 700, and the average age is 85 years old; when venturing out to grocery shop or run other errands, they’ve been robbed and “brutally” beaten by prowling thugs.

“When I think that we are in the palace of the Holy Office, which is the exceptional witness of the Tradition and of the defense of the Catholic Faith, I cannot stop myself from thinking that I am at home, and that it is me, whom you call ‘the traditionalist,’ who should judge you.” So spoke Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre in 1979, [Snip] As I stated in my communiqué of June 20, I do not recognize the authority of the tribunal that claims to judge me, nor of its prefect, nor of the one who appointed him.

Both of CNN’s moderators for Thursday’s presidential debate have deep ties to intelligence officials who peddled now-debunked conspiracy theories about former President Donald Trump. Jake Tapper and Dana Bash are both intimately connected to former deep-state officials who pushed the now-discredited Steele Dossier and the hoax that reporting on Hunter Biden’s laptop was a product of Russian election meddling. The duo will preside over the first presidential debate Thursday between Trump and President Joe Biden.[Snip]Tapper published a story based on a leak from James Clapper, former President Obama’s Director of National Intelligence,[Snip]Bash was married to Jeremy Bash, a former CIA chief of staff in the Obama administration

The Trump Campaign is hosting a roundtable with Black business leaders and members of Congress this afternoon to discuss how Biden has “left Black Americans behind, burdened with higher prices and lower wages.” [Snip] Bidenflation is disproportionately hurting Black households as Black Americans bear the brunt of higher prices. Thanks to Joe Biden’s pro-criminal and weak open border policies that harm Black communities at a much higher rate than others, Black communities are less safe. Drug overdoses from fentanyl pouring into Black neighborhoods are spurring record number of drug overdoses among Black men. [Snip] The roundtable event in Atlanta comes the day before the first 2024 Presidential Debate,

Cannot imagine President Trump teasing Marco Rubio about being the Vice President nominee and not following through with that honor unless there is an “understanding” between them that the teasing is a smokescreen for what will be a stunning announcement as alluded to many months ago with Marco Rubio promised an otherwise appealing position in the new administration.
