On MSNBC’s 11th Hour host Stephanie Ruhle and her co-panelists hit the panic button, claiming that the case allowed for a president like Trump to become a “king,” that there are “practically no limits whatsoever,” and tht Trump “can do whatever he wants.” These claims, not only completely false, exemplify the fear mongering which permeated the media’s agenda.

The ruling comes in response to Giuliani's involvement in challenging the 2020 presidential election. A panel of judges in New York’s Appellate Division, First Department wrote that Giuliani “flagrantly misused” his position as an attorney for former President Trump and his campaign to make “intentionally” false statements to courts, lawmakers and the public.
