During the online “Overtime” segment of Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time,” former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) argued that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against 2024 Republican presidential candidate former President Donald Trump and New York Attorney General Letitia James’ (D) case against the former President were bad cases that shouldn’t have been brought and wouldn’t have been brought if they were about anyone other than Trump and if Trump wasn’t a presidential candidate.
After host Bill Maher brought up the Bragg case, Cuomo said, “That case, the attorney general’s case in New York, should have never been brought. And if his name was not Donald Trump and

Yesterday, Breitbart News interviewed songwriter Chris Wallin — the Nashville hitmaker behind Country chart-toppers for superstars including Garth Brooks, Montgomery Gentry, Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, and Trace Adkins — about a song he wrote, from the point of view of a baby that never had a chance to be born, for 18-year-old country artist Rachel Holt.
Today, the powerful pro-life anthem, “I Was Gonna Be,” has rocketed to the top ten country music songs on iTunes. We asked Wallin what it felt like for a song like “I Was Gonna Be” to crack the top ten, he said, “I’m just humbled honestly.

Chris Cuomo played video on Friday night that shows a Saudi official plotting the 9-11 attacks that killed 3,000 Americans.
The video aired on News Nation and shows a Saudi official plotting the attack in Washington DC.
This is the first time The Gateway Pundit has seen this video.
Chris Cuomo: There’s a story that’s out right now that you have not been smothered with today. The more I think about it, it has been eating at me all day about how blanked up this is. We all remember 9/11. I guess we remember. Maybe we don’t? Maybe we don’t. Maybe time does heal all wounds unless

On Friday’s broadcast of New York’s 1010 WINS’s “The PM Rush,” New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) refused to say whether President Joe Biden or 2024 Republican presidential candidate former President Donald Trump would be better for New York and responded to a question on who’s better on immigration by saying that “I don’t think anyone can state mission accomplished at all.”
Host Lane Bajardi asked, “In your opinion, as the Mayor, and as a politician who’s followed this for a long time, whose immigration policies are better for New York City? Joe Biden’s or Donald Trump’s?” Adams responded, “Well, I don’t think anyone can state mission accomplished at all.

It’s already bad enough that illegal aliens are going around raping and murdering our citizens. These tragedies would have been preventable if the Biden administration had instructed federal immigration officers to enforce the law. Instead, it’s been quasi-open borders for three years. Rachel Morin, a mother of five, was murdered last year in Harford County, Maryland. Police recently arrested her alleged killer, an illegal alien. This week, Jocelyn Nungaray, 12, was strangled to death by two illegals from Venezuela. And some of the media coverage has been borderline offensive.

GOP Rep. Anna Paulina Luna said last week that she will bring force an inherent contempt vote to the House floor after the DOJ declined to prosecute US Attorney General Merrick Garland.
“Under inherent contempt proceedings, the House or Senate has its Sergeant-At-Arms, or deputy, take a person into custody for proceedings to be held in Congress,” according to the National Constitution Center.
The Justice Department won’t prosecute Merrick Garland for contempt of Congress over the Biden audio tapes.
In a letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson on Friday, the department said, “The department has determined that the responses by Attorney General Garland to the subpoenas issued

Former President Trump called to offer condolences to Patty Morin, the mother of Rachel Morin, the mother of five who was allegedly raped and murdered by an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, prompting a very different reaction than her response to the Biden administration’s seeming indifference to her pain.
Patty Morin revealed on Wednesday that no one in the Biden administration had reached out to her after the arrest of Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, 23, who was arrested last Friday in Tulsa, Oklahoma and charged with first-degree murder and first-degree rape in Rachel Morin’s death. Morin was murdered while she was reportedly jogging

Former President Donald Trump is expected to hold a huge rally in Virginia Friday, the day after he faces President Joe Biden on the debate stage for the first time in the 2024 cycle.
The move is meant to exude confidence, as Biden beat Trump in Virginia in 2020 by 10.2 points, whereas now Trump seems to be within striking distance.
It's stirring up VP rumors too, as Trump will reportedly be joined by Virginia's popular Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin - who was once being pushed by some Republican donors to run against Trump in the 2024 GOP primaries - an opportunity the first-term governor declined.

New data has revealed the most expensive state for a family of four to get by - and it is not California or New York.
In Massachusetts, a family of four needs to earn a salary of at least $150,578 to cover their basic needs, according to a new study from SmartAsset, which is largely due to soaring housing and childcare costs in the state.
Hawaii is the second most expensive state for families, followed by Connecticut in third place.
New York comes in fourth, while California is the fifth most expensive state for a family to make ends meet, it found.

The 2024 federal budget deficit will climb to $1.9 trillion, which is $400 billion more than projected, thanks, in large part, to student loan “forgiveness.”
The largest portion of that $400 billion surprise comes from “a $145 billion increase that’s partly due to changes the Biden administration made to student loan repayment plans and a new, proposed forgiveness program that would waive some accrued interest for millions of borrowers.”
Well, that’s how CNNLOL spins it, but, in Normal People language, it goes something like this… In a craven bid to purchase votes from a young demographic that he’s losing to Orange Man Bad, Biden is transferring student loan obligations from the privileged

An old Russian proverb admonishes readers to “Pray to God, but row away from the rocks.”
Good advice. But based on the dreadful macroeconomic strategies and visible results of the Biden administration’s policies, their misreading of this adage has had them commanding the ship of state at flank speeds towards the financial rocks.
The broad areas where Biden took us off course toward the shallows deal with strangling oil and gas availability, and unsustainable government overspending, both resulting in higher interest rates. His administration’s radical moves have greatly contributed to the inflationary conditions with which we are now grappling.

While speaking out against Biden-era immigration protocol Thursday on FNC’s “The Ingraham Angle,” former Immigrations and Customs Enforcement acting director Tom Homan also criticized Republicans who opposed impeaching Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
Homan said those Republican lawmakers could “go to hell,” and he talked about the threat that he argued was being concealed by sanctuary cities and other governments that do not compile specific data about violent crimes.
