The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday upheld a law established by Congress requiring the deportation of foreign nationals who illegally enter the country.
The court ruled on three consolidated cases in Campos-Chaves v Garland that were on appeal in the Fifth and Ninth circuits, where the appellate courts issued conflicting rulings.
The lawsuits were brought by foreign nationals who illegally entered the country, were deemed “inadmissible” under federal law and given Notice to Appear (NTA) documents stating they must appear before an immigration court at a future date and time. Each of the plaintiffs didn’t show up to their hearings, and federal immigration judges ordered their removal in absentia in accordance

Great new. Just great. It gives me hope that about 10 million other than these three will soon be headed back to where they came from.

So three illegals who have been in this country ranging from 8-23 years and ignored the laws of the land for hearings were beging the Supreme Joke to let them stay on frivolous technicalities. And Dang Near Won! How sad our Supreme Joke is and our Judicial branch of the goobernment.

How refreshing. SCOTUS doing exactly what it is supposed to do. Upholding Constitutionally sound laws.... not making up law themselves.

What do the Dimowits have on Gorsuch? After the way they treated him during his confirmation, you'd never expect him to go full blown liberal.

Tell me how "foreign nationals" aka illegals get to file suit in our courts. That's a travesty in and of itself. Yet American citizens couldn't get standing in our 2020 election lawsuits. Beam me freakin up!

FTA: 'Justice Alito wrote. “When each alien failed to show up for the hearing, an Immigration Judge entered an in absentia order of removal.' So it's official, from on high. Stop calling them 'migrants' . They are, and always have been ALIENS. Foreigners, invaders, lawbreakers.

Gorsuch knew how 5 justices would vote so he took the opportunity to appeal to the left

Gorsuch hasn’t gone lefty or soft. The illegal aliens argued that because their “Notices To Appear” did not specify where, or when they were required to appear, they were denied due process of law. It’s not a frivolous argument. Even foreigners within our borders are entitled to due process of law, and even when it comes to removal proceedings. Gorsuch believes in Due Process. So do I. I wouldn’t cut them any slack because of length of presence in the country, but they’re certainly entitled to know where and when they have to appear.

Highly doubtful that any of the 3 have actually been deported or will ever be.

What is the point of deporting enemy aliens when they can simply walk back across an imaginary border?

The Rino's picked Gorsuch. Much like they picked VP Mike Pence and so many others that were in Trump's first couple of years in office. It was a plan to sabotage Trump and to control him.

I see Gorsuch is tuning to the Dark Side, that didn't take long. I guess we can't count on him for Presidential immunity either.

Great, so here's the new plan, fire 87,000 IRS agents, Hire 87,000 ICE agents, Put an ICE office in every county in the USA ( 3143) Staff them based on the concentration of Illegals in the county, Pay the $150,000 a year with a $100 bonus for each Illegal apprehension, give them a quote of 5 per week per agent in the office.
50 weeks of meeting the quote is 21,750,000 the first year. confiscate all assets compile the goods, sell said goods on government auction to off set the cost, My prediction is 3 months into the round up. Most illegals will try to sell all their assets take the money and self deport so they don't go home broke..
